We were passing through Grodno when we traveled around Belarus by car. We had problems with the Internet and did not have the opportunity to "prepare" for choosing a place for dinner and rest. We went to Boboli just out of a hunch. And how pleasantly surprised we were: the interior, the kitchen itself, the service - everything is top notch. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the waitress (unfortunately, I did not remember the name): I have a very picky spouse to the kitchen (lactose, gluten, etc.), so the waitress easily "stood up" to all the questions where necessary - clarified at the kitchen, where necessary - recommended herself. We liked it so much that we came back for breakfast. The prices are reasonable and match the quality. We decided to definitely return to Grodno, well, accordingly, now we know where we will have a good time! ;)

The reviews are high, but the establishment as a whole is slightly overrated.
We came from St. Petersburg for a couple of days, and for a long time we chose an institution for dinner. Based on the feedback, it was decided to go in and book a table for the evening. A family of 4 people, two adults and two children.
Next, I will point out the points only for the purpose of constructive criticism.
1. If the guests came to the establishment at the moment when the hostess is talking on the phone, then according to the rules of etiquette, it is necessary to demonstrate their interest and greet the guests by covering the phone with the palm of your hand for a moment. But instead, the hostess looked at us for about a minute and a half while we stood awkwardly on the threshold)))
2. If you have assumed responsibility, and having raised the bar of the institution, you put cutlery on the table on a permanent basis. Then everything that is on the table should lie perfectly flat and neat. (seen in the photo)
3. After the guests finish dinner and leave, in a decent establishment, the chairs must be carefully and as close as possible to the table, and not as it was in the hall at almost all available tables.(seen in the photo)
With regard to cooking, most of the dishes left a pleasant impression, but these are the conventions of personal tastes and experience in tasting this cuisine.
A separate admiration and what will remain in the soul:
-Decently cooked Vitello tonnato;
- A vase with lemons at the entrance.

We went to this place with a young man for the first time, I wanted to appreciate the lauded "service" and have a delicious meal, there was not much time, but I really wanted to try the kitchen. Alas, it was not possible to eat. At the entrance, a girl met us (a hostess or a waiter - I have no idea), looked at us with a dissatisfied face, to the question "will there be a place for two?" condescendingly nodded towards the table on the terrace, but that's okay. As a result, they did not come up to us to take an order, we waited for 20 minutes, the same girl came up to the terrace several times without paying any attention to us. When I called her (she heard me, looked at me at that moment), she looked away and left. Then she came up to the terrace, once again ignoring us and just sat down at the entrance. To say that we are in shock is to say nothing. They left hungry after hearing just "goodbye" from this very girl (they didn't even bother to find out the reason why we didn't want to stay). This attitude towards the guests from the staff is as incomprehensible as possible (especially since we came for the first time), I hope that if we still want to come again, we will get at least some kind of service instead of completely ignoring (well, we are not Nurlan Saburov to run around us, but just ordinary guests). One star for the beautiful interior. Prosperity to you and adequate responsible employees!

The waiter apologized, saying that they were changing the coals in the grill in the kitchen. But, firstly, it was possible to warn, and secondly, in decent places they offer some kind of compliment from the restaurant for such delays. Well, the cherry on the cake - a vase of flowers was overturned at the next table, and "all the royal cavalry, all the royal army," including our waiter, ran there to eliminate the consequences, which in general added to our waiting time.
But the dishes (duck and beef cheeks) were cooked perfectly, I must admit.

We were at this place on March 8, there was a special dessert for 20 or 25 rubles, I don't remember for sure. Tiramisu. The feed is beautiful, instagrammed, it tasted fine. But it's not tiramisu once) when I told the waiter about it, he grinned and said, "no, it's tiramisu." It was said as if I was an idiot and didn't know what tiramisu was. To be honest, I even thought for a second, maybe I'm confusing something?) But no)))
The next point is pasta with seafood. There were only 2 shrimps, 2 mussels and langoustine, which was obviously not fresh, it tasted disgusting. My husband didn't eat it. When the waiter was informed about this, he grinned again and said with a haughty look, "actually, it's langoustine and it tastes like that." We are shocked) but they noticed in the receipt that this dish was counted not for the whole cost, but 2/3. Thanks for that too) My personal opinion is that in a restaurant of such a high level, and the restaurant positions itself as the best in the city, there should not be such an attitude towards guests. Most likely, if we were media, Instagram people, we would be licked from head to toe. I don't know where so many rave reviews come from. Maybe someday I'll give this place a second chance and change my mind) but now 2 stars for the interior and a delicious roast beef salad

I discovered a new place for myself. We accidentally went in and found ourselves in the "winter garden". A covered terrace with natural flowers. The decor is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a composition with stabilized moss on each table. Glass ceiling, walls let in light well. Chandeliers and sconces reflect the sun's rays in their droplets. The leather stands for the dishes are decorated with a gold monogram. Very friendly girls. Everything is in 10++

The dishes are quite interesting. Beef cheeks with sweet potato puree - a fairy tale. A very good balance of taste, a pleasant combination of structures.
Drinks are a separate topic, judging by the explanations - the basis for drinks is prepared by the su-vi method with the addition of certain ingredients, for example tomatoes or vanilla.
The price tag is almost Moscow.
In general, everyone was more than satisfied. Definitely worth a visit.

I didn't like the grilled beef steak with eggplant, the seafood pasta is tasteless and semi-cold with three pieces of these same seafood, the shrimp separately are also tasteless. The waiters are slow, they searched for glasses for 40 minutes, because they boasted that they had different glasses for each alcohol, as a result, it was all very long and tedious. It was not without broken dishes by the staff themselves) tables with glass tops are cracked. Dessert is a honey cake, a small piece turned out to be completely) the menu is without photos, it is inconvenient to choose without a visual. The price-quality ratio is not met.
