We were in this dubious institution for the first and last time. I booked a place in advance and marked it in the comments so that they would contact me if the place was not booked by the window (I wanted to sit by the window). No one called me, so everything is fine, I thought. But on the day of booking, a girl calls, confirms the reservation and at the end informs me that the place is not reserved at the window and all the seats are already booked, to my question: “Why did no one contact me earlier and inform me about this?” I heard from her: “We check bookings day in and day out. You should have called yourself.“ A very unpleasant girl who did not offer any alternatives and did not apologize. It is a pity that no one teaches the staff how to communicate with guests. I was pleasantly surprised only by the waiter, who suggested to the young man what kind of meat is best to take and it was nice to listen to him, for this I put two stars, not one. They brought me risotto, which was with beetroot, as I understood it, but it was not indicated in the menu that there would be beetroot in the composition. The taste of this dish was just like onions with beets. When we left Boboli, the young man and I agreed that we would not go here anymore.

Mom had an anniversary, I decided to arrange a holiday for her in a special place. I wanted to give you pleasant memories. I ordered the table much in advance. The first "bells" started at the entrance when the pretentious lady could not find my reservation.
Anything can happen. But then the most interesting thing began. After making an order of snacks and hot, it began to turn out that there is only one piece of Rib Eye, and this is Monday evening, please note. But here, too, you think that this happens. We ordered a fillet steak (by the way, it was tender and delicious). Snacks were brought to the restaurant for 20-30 minutes. And then the expectation of a hot one began. What are your bets? We waited for him for 1.30 hours from the moment the snacks were served. But what's even cooler, one order was never delivered, referring to the fact that they don't have much cod today and they don't want to serve it. That is, they found out that their fish was not very good, TWO hours after the order was made. I have never seen such a lack of synchronization with the kitchen. Oil painting, 7 out of 8 guests with hot. And no matter how quickly the waiter brought the dish in return, the fleur of the holiday was already a little puffy.
Everything is very, very slow. Dirty dishes were removed from the table only upon request, we poured wine for ourselves, that is, the whole picture that is drawn to attract customers is just a dummy. I made only one conclusion, if there are two of you or you are a blogger with a large number of subscribers, then it is possible to serve you +\- normally, as it should be. But companies have nothing to do there.
The interior is beautiful, but it's worth working on the kitchen, service and communication with customers.

This place is such an institution, the city needed it for a long time, everything is so well done, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, it is clear that the owners put their soul into it, and not like we used to open unfinished and chop money, it is so pleasant to be there, it is like a connection with nature, so cozy and very tasty, the dishes are cooked with sophistication and correctly, which is not unimportant, the staff can be seen to be trained at the expense of the same administrators, who immediately show their experience at the entrance in meeting guests and accompanying them in the future!!! If you are in Grodno, be sure to visit this place, you will not make a mistake with the choice!!!

I am very disappointed with this institution and the staff! I was celebrating my doctor. To begin with, the kitchen has completely deteriorated: horror steaks (rubber with veins), there is no choice of salads, alcohol and water were carried for an hour, there is no bottled water, only they can bring it in a carafe, it is not clear from where it was typed (it tastes terrible), the waiter seems to be on the Moon. She took out a hair from Tartarus in silence, so as not to scare off her guests. There is no salt or pepper on the tables....), there are no plates upon arrival of the guests (and of course we were waiting with our waiter)! The flying flies in this place ate with me (they were sitting inside the restaurant). First of all, the toilet (m/w is one for everyone).!!!! I see, the evening is ruined! But, not only that…
The table was ordered for 18.00 (when booking, they asked what kind of celebration you had)). At 21.50, the Administrator came up (as I understand it) and informs me that the reservation of your table ends in 10 minutes, while no one informed me that the table is only until 21.00. I have never been in such a place before, that the table for celebrating is reserved only for 3 hours.... It's just a shock! I was in this place in March 2024, everything was delicious, atmospheric, the waiter was excellent in the dishes, the water was bottled, no one kicked us out! That's not the case today! Everything is just terribly unpleasant, no one even apologized!!!

According to the ten-point system: food 2 points, service 1 point, interior 10 points. I was in the institution as a guest, at a birthday party. They ordered steak for the hot meal - it's impossible to eat a rubber one. We ordered a bottle of wine, carried it for about an hour, explaining that there was no free ice cooler. And when they brought it, they handed it to me, saying that there was no stand. The wine was brought open, saying that it had been opened at the bar. And the cherry on the cake: at about 22:00, the receptionist informed us that the reservation for the table was until 22:00 and we needed to leave the establishment. When booking, no one informed the birthday girl that such rules apply in this institution.

We were there 2 times, both times had breakfast. There are not many tables, fast service, its own beautiful "branded" dishes. My wife and I are delighted. We took tuna and salad sandwiches for the first time, scramble with shrimp for the second time, my respects to the cook. We liked the coffee too. I don't know if it's always the same or we were lucky, but there was a compliment for breakfast - a glass of champagne. For tourists, a great start to the day))

The quality of service is minus infinity. Everything was OK at the entrance, but they sat down at a table later than the people who came in after us. The waiter is something until they came to take the order, it took about ten or fifteen minutes. The food is ordinary, nothing special, but I think the price is too high. The interior is cool, the location is great. I really liked the dishes with monograms. But the rest is not even a C grade, but a solid stake.

Roast beef in a salad with roast beef is not enough for 20 + white rubles, tomato soup for 30 + white rubles did not have enough richness, the fish in it has a very strange taste.

From the very beginning, our visit did not go well: our table reservation was lost (we wanted to sit in the Winter Garden hall), and we were offered a dubious alternative in a small "Lemon" hall. It was uncomfortable and cramped in this room, and for the first 40 minutes there was no music playing, although 4 out of 5 tables were occupied.
There was a tray on the chair they motioned me to sit on, which the waitress didn't even notice. The table on my side was dirty and sticky, despite the fact that the tables are glass and cleaning them should not be difficult.
I had to wait about 20 minutes for the menu. The waitress clarified whether to carry the drinks immediately, and we agreed, but as a result, the drinks were brought 20 minutes AFTER the HOT ONE was SERVED.
The food, although delicious, was brought, but the appliances had to wait another 5 minutes after serving the dishes. It was awkward to sit over the plate, not knowing what to do next. Moreover, I had to remind you about the devices. Also, the waitress confused which dish was intended for which guest, and she had to call for help to determine which of our soups (there are only 2 on the menu)
One of the cocktails brought with a long delay, the waitress spilled on my friend, pouring it, the table, the floor and everything nearby.
They immediately asked for an invoice, which had to be requested twice and waited another 20 minutes.
The waitress presented the embarrassment with the drink that they removed it from the account as an apology (although we asked to do it ourselves, because we did not want to wait another half hour for the cocktail). Which is very strange for such a level of establishment, no discount on my friend's check, no small dessert as an apology.
As a result, there was a lost impression of an institution that positions itself as one of the best restaurants in Grodno. There are a lot of questions about the service and staff training. There were too many nuances to our two-hour dinner on a typical Thursday evening. A lot of pathos, but in fact it sucks. I give 2 stars only for delicious food. Everything else leaves much to be desired.

after tartar, brownie for some reason was no longer surprised...they brought a piece of sticky dough ... "it" has nothing to do with brownies...
it seems that the cook has no idea what a brownie should be...and I confused tartare with minced meat for cutlets.

There are no questions about the kitchen-it's delicious. But there is no service and maintenance. Waiting for the waiter to place an order is 18 minutes :) Waiting for a hot dish (with incomplete seating in the hall) - 1 hour 15 minutes, bruschetta-45 minutes. The waiter even forgot about some orders.
When asked politely if certain dishes will be served soon, the answer is "Preparing".I haven't seen such a service for a long time) Conduct staff training, adopt best practices from competitors. It is impossible to go far on a nice interior and "novelty", well, or for a short time)
I repeat, the food is quite tasty.

However, we were discussed by a very strange waiter, who obviously brought the wrong cocktail that we asked to "repeat", and tried to prove to us that this was the ONE, only even tastier, and that the previous ingredient had run out and they decided to change to gin. I consider this unprofessional discussion and rudeness on the part of the waiter. Management, take a closer look at the recruitment process. It spoiled the mood.
There are no questions about food and drinks to the institution, everything is very tasty.

Why did I give 4 stars - the food does not leave vivid taste impressions. The serving and the dishes are very beautiful, but it's not enough. In my understanding, in such an institution, the dishes should be such that it is clear that you will not be able to cook this at home and you will definitely return to this restaurant to taste the dishes you like again. Asked if there were free seats, the hostess replied with the same displeased face that yes, there is. When we were being led to a table, I just wanted to turn around and leave. Because it seemed that we were not welcome here at all. There are no complaints about the waiters and dishes, good service and everything is very tasty. But please work with your hostesses, they are the face of your establishment.
