I booked a table, the girl had a birthday, promised congratulations from the waiters and the team.
Additionally, I once again asked the administrator if there would be a greeting in the form of a cake with a candle.
As a result, we waited for an hour, ordered the dessert we liked ourselves and there was no congratulations. They didn't leave in a very good mood.
The rest of the food is basic, nothing special, quite bland.

The coffee is the most ordinary, average, without enthusiasm, one of the cups with a crack. The pasta is ready-made, from the store, and not cooked in the restaurant kitchen, cooked without salt, overcooked - just no. Ravioli with shrimp just to hold for another minute, cooked without salt, 3 shrimp for the whole portion. The taste is also about nothing. The design of the dishes is sloppy.
They ordered two 40 ml martinis, offered to serve them not in shot glasses, but to pour them into glasses so that "it was beautiful". They brought two servings of 80 ml, as it turned out during the calculation. It's kind of weird when the waiter changes the order on his own without hurting the customer.
At the entrance, you immediately rest against the bar counter, they do not hurry to say hello in response (they also say goodbye) - the staff is busy with some important things of their own. There's not enough room. When the hall is fully loaded, it can be uncomfortable.
I don't regret that we came, but 97 rubles for two it definitely wasn't worth it).

We visited this wonderful restaurant on the advice of business partners. Opened 2-3 weeks ago, it is located near the historical center of the most beautiful city in Belarus.
Considering that my review is the first (I am shocked by it myself), I will try to make it as objective as possible.
Cuisine: 5 out of 5: the steak was wonderful, the scallop was fresh and amazingly delicious. Desserts and cocktails are stunning. Served quickly, the feed is beautiful and verified;
Service: 6 out of 5. I understand that this is just the beginning of work and the staff is now under constant control, but the fact remains: impeccable courtesy, tact. They talked about the dish, constantly looked at what could be removed. And all this without the obsession I dislike. Our son was with us, 8 years old, his requests for the kitchen (small does not accept haute cuisine, he always needs something simple and thorough) were quickly fulfilled :)
Interior: 5 out of 5. Eclecticism: small but interesting Italian notes in a modern interior. At the same time, the furniture is comfortable, practical, but not to the detriment of the designer's strategy. A number of items of tableware, other small things are made to order, branded. It is clear that the owners took every detail very seriously.
Cons (or too complimentary review):
1. It is difficult to book a table (the reverse side of popularity): On Friday at 1500, all tables were already booked from 19:00 until closing. I had to go by 17:30, but at the same time we still managed to sit perfectly, without haste;
2. The wine served (Sauvignon Blanc) was warm. As I understood, looking around the restaurant later, the wine cabinet has not yet been connected. But we must pay tribute, they brought wine in a bucket with ice and immediately provided additional ice to the table.
General conclusion: I strongly recommend visiting this place when traveling to Grodno and forming your own opinion.
PS photo from breakfast: we stopped by before returning to Minsk to have a snack. I highly recommend breakfast and coffee.

There is nothing fantastic about the food, unfortunately, bruschetta did not go in at all. Lemon cheesecake is decent. I couldn't taste the steak, I didn't have it. There were no potatoes.

Further along the kitchen: a delicious scramble with shrimp for breakfast, but for some reason the possibility of ordering roast beef was removed from the menu. Only toothless fresh fruit from one type of citrus can be prepared for breakfast, although grapefruit + orange is the base. But, closer to lunch, I managed to order fresh apple + celery - it's a delight! It was probably prepared by God 😇 Dude, teach the others to at least make a base🙏
For meat: I ordered a tenderloin and got a barbecue instead of a steak. You should have told me that the piece is too thick and it won't work to make medium - this is normal. There was also some kind of green salad, but in general it was some kind of no, so I didn't remember anything🤷♂️
The staff seems to be from Russia or Azerbaijan: less white and more relaxed. Beautiful, high-spirited.

I do not recommend the Boboli restaurant in Grodno because of my recent unpleasant experience. When ordering rib eye steak, the waiter informed me that it was not available and offered instead a T-bone steak, which, to my surprise, was not on the menu. I agreed, believing that the weight of the steak would be about 300-400 grams, as promised.
However, the wait for the order dragged on for an hour and a half in an almost empty restaurant, which seems incredibly long. I checked with the waiters several times, and each time they told me that it was only 5 more minutes. But those 5 minutes were constantly lengthening.
When the steak was finally brought, it turned out that its weight significantly exceeded the promised 400 grams, reaching 940 grams, and most of it consisted of bone and beef fat, which completely did not meet my expectations from the steak.
And finally, the main shock was the price: $100 for dinner per person, calculated based on the cost of rib eye steak, which was not even on the menu. This price seems completely disproportionate to the quality of the dish offered and the level of service. Based on all this, I highly recommend not visiting this restaurant if you are looking for high-quality meat and attentive service.

We came for breakfast today as a family, we booked a table in advance for 12:00. At the entrance, the staff pretended that we (3 people) had not been noticed, had not been served in the cloakroom. They went into the hall, said, "wait for you to be served." WE WAITED FOR 15 MINUTES , no one even came up . It took about 18 minutes, we got up and went. At the exit, the maintenance staff did not react in any way. The place is beautiful, the service is ZERO.
