A great place, a nice mini park with a bunch of cafes for every taste. And of course the cascade itself is super! It's good that we just went down (we got to the park), it's certainly difficult to climb it, there are a lot of steps🙂

Ну, жемчужина, как не крути! Не смотря на недостроенную часть впечатляет. Для красивых фото есть 5 красивых террас с разной архитектурой. Также это место можно использовать для занятия фитнесом ( растрясти хинкали), дело в том, что Каскад имеет внутри эскалаторы, но они работают до 20:00 и если вы живëте на верху каскада и возвращаетесь домой после вкусного ужина, то придётся подняться пешком на 572 ступени. Хорошее кардио с красивым видом

Главный плюс- расположение в центре. Убирались каждый день. Персонал на ресепшене, отличный дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Завтраки честно говоря простоваты, повторялись каждый день, но голодным не уйдете. В целом достойно но есть над чем поработать.

Очень красивое место! Есть эскалаторы до верха. Сверху видно весь город и гору Арарат. Внизу можно погулять по парку и есть парковка для машин. Можно вызвать яндекс такси. Если вам нужно посетить одну достопримечательность в Армении и вы не можете выбрать какую, смело езжайте сюда!

An interesting architectural solution, I've wanted to go there for a long time, it's a pity I didn't find out in advance the schedule that Wednesday is a day off, but despite the closing of the exhibition, there was something to look at - funny sculptures, art objects and of course a beautiful view. When leaving, the handsome man at passport control reproached me that it was unfair to use Yerevan as a transfer platform and took the word that next time I would come for a few days. I will prepare more seriously for the trip, make a plan, study the schedule)

A beautifully arranged cascade of stairs, the upper part of which is unfinished and ends with a cliff. There are escalators up/down inside. It is better to visit it, having previously reached Akhtanak Park with the Mother Armenia monument by any transport. And then from there go down to the Cascade, walking through the park.

Отличная обзорная площадка. Попали в ясный день, был шикарный вид на Арарат. Обязательно для посещения! На каждой площадке свои интересные архитектурные решения. Есть эскалатор, если тяжело преодолеть ступени. Внутри также выставки.

Каскад красивое место. Можно сидеть на теплых лесенках вечером, среди красивых цветов и любоваться ночным городом. Это излюбленное место туристов и влюбленных пар местного населения. Внизу есть кафешки, где можно вкусного кофе испить. А я больше всего люблю прогуляться по лесенкам босиком. По теплым камням. Они за целый день нагреваются, а потом вечером делятся с нами теплом)))

С высоты Каскада открывается потрясающий вид на Арарат и Ереван. Особенно красив город в закатных лучах солнца. Мы приезжали в Ереван на большое мероприятие. И Каскад оказася тем местом, где мы встретилсь (не договариваясь!) со старыми друзьями, которых не видели много лет, и познакомились с новыми.
Знаковое место!!!

The locals are very proud of this place, but actually it's literally just a big staircase with fountains (which don't work in winter). The laugh is that it has not been completed yet - there is a construction site at the top.
Compared to the rest of the city, this is, of course, a really good place, but the overall impression is average.
The most important plus is the steep view of Ararat and Aragats from here

Милый культурный центр: вокруг заведения, где можно выпить вина или пообедать. До самого каскада - аллея милых и жизнеутверждающих скульптур. Сам каскад ещё недостроен, но на каждом островке отдыха вас встречают впечатляющие скульптуры и гигантские архитектурные объекты. С верхушки каскада виден Ереван, а вдалеке Арарат. После подъёма возможно пройти влево и дойти пешком до парка победы (20 минут), но в жару не решились

Of the cons. The cascade is not completed: there is a sinkhole in the upper part, in which reinforcement and concrete blanks are visible. Second: the escalators are turned off at eight in the evening, so later only legs.

Однозначно да! Быть в Ереване и не посетить Каскад - значит и не быть. 740 ступеней, 118 метров, классно и снаружи, и внутри есть что посмотреть! Перед Каскадом аллея современного искусства с забавными скульптурами, а по бокам миллион чудесных кафе с волшебным кофе

Просто великолепное место и локация в Ереване! По мне так лучшего места в столице Армении нет! Подниматься по ступенькам очень легко и угол подъема не резкий, очень комфортно + имеются эскалаторы под ступеньками. Виды на город с Каскада - завораживают в любое время суток!
Архитектурная задумка с каскадом фонтанов - великолепна!

Гигантская лестница похожа на зиккурат, но на вершине вы найдёте не богов, а смотровую площадку с видом на город и гору Арарат (если, конечно, её будет видно😉). Да и жертв не надо: внутри есть эскалатор для тех, кому не в радость подъём по 572 ступеням. Не спешите и рассмотрите скульптуры на площади: они не хуже, чем в Музеоне.
Для фото в этом месте подойдёт любая одежда, но лучше всего смотрятся бежевый и красный цвет. Приходите рано утром или на закате, когда мало туристов и видна гора Арарат. На верхнем ярусе можно сесть на край и запечатлеть панораму города. Обязательно подойдите к скульптурам с прыгунами и настройте кадр так, чтобы в бассейне отражалось небо.
