I stayed at this hotel in May of this year for 5 days. This is the second visit (earlier in 2021). I booked it just verbally over the phone.They are always greeted kindly and politely. The staff is excellent. We made a gift in the form of early check-in and an upgrade of the room, overlooking the river. The rooms correspond to the stated cost, cleanliness, fresh linen, bathrobes, slippers, safe - everything that is required for life. High-level service: daily cleaning, laundry, dry cleaning. The breakfasts are beyond praise! In addition, he used the fitness room and sauna. And the beauty of the embankment during morning runs… Even some of the check-out issues are resolved quickly and in favor of the guest. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit!

There is no overhead light in the rooms. Therefore, in the evening the room is dim. I was working on a laptop, I had to turn on all the sconces, a floor lamp, in the hallway, and it was still dark. The table lamp is very weak and does not lock in one position. In general, it is inconvenient for work.
When I stayed with my wife, I had to take the safe out of the closet and use it as a stool, since there is only one chair in the room.
The rooms are also poorly cleaned. Or they skip cleaning altogether, do not take out the trash. In the evening, when he came, he asked to clean up, but apparently there was no one. The towels were changed only once and the shampoo was renewed. And so the garbage lay in buckets and bags until the end of the week. In general, the room service is not great.

I checked in for two days. Then I extended it for more than three more. I asked for accounting documents on the eve of departure. We prepared it only for the first two days. They cannot prepare documents at night. I've been negotiating for a long time to send it to the Russian Federation. Two hours later, they agreed to send it by mail and duplicate it in electronic form.
Initially, at the reception in the evening they said: I don't know why such documents were prepared for you. Take it and that's it. Until I started asking leading questions, the problem was not solved.
There is no smell of five stars with such an attitude.
