A very cozy hotel. The staff is polite, the service is excellent. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The availability of parking and convenient access directly to the hotel pleases, especially when there are a lot of things with you. There are rooms for smokers, but they do not smell of smoke.

A very good hotel, especially for Kazakhstan and especially for Ust-Kamenogorsk! A large bed, a good mattress, room service, a rich breakfast, polite staff, a bathrobe was provided on request. The hotel is located on the embankment - it is very pleasant to walk there :)
I would have given five stars if it weren't for saving on small things - for example, cotton swabs (they were only on the first day), toilet paper (it was brought only when the roll was completely over, usually there is always a spare in the hotel, well, okay, I did it)) there were also paper napkins in the bathroom), free tea and coffee - they were not always updated either.
But what you could save on is a change of towels and bed linen. Despite the sign "leave it and the linen will be changed", everything was changed very often. I'm not offended)) but you can really save money on this!
