Probably for Ust-Kamenogorsk, this is a good hotel, really a very luxurious bed, good furniture, but the service is lame, and on both legs. The lobby bar is empty, there are no drinks (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc.). Red Bull is warm, the breakfasts are not delicious, somehow the tea (boiling water) ran out for breakfast. For 80% of the staff, you are not interesting at all as a guest, but objectively the remaining 20% of the staff save the situation. I liked the room, it was nice, spacious, clean. But again, the service. The linen was changed, the garbage was not removed, the refrigerator did not work when checking in, there was no remote control from the TV. I asked the reception to resolve the issue, we could only after the third call. But on the plus side, I can say that both at the reception and in the restaurant there was a staff who solved questions for 5+. As a result, I recommend this hotel, I liked my stay here.

When booking, (by phone) that a late check-in is planned, we arrived at 11 pm, after a shaky road. We were traveling from Yekaterinburg by car. At first they could not find the administrator on the spot, after 15 minutes they came, but even then they did not immediately check us in, they said the room had not been cleaned yet, they waited at the reception for about an hour. The staff is impolite, they cannot give normal information to the question, they answer through their teeth and are absolutely not friendly.
Which is strange, because the hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel, but the attitude of the staff and the provision of services actually turned out to be like in a hostel. And this is provided that the superior double room is by no means cheap for a week's stay.

Dear hotel management. I checked my wife with two children and a group of friends into the hotel on 07/16/12. At the reception, the girl took rubles at the rate of 7 tenge / ruble, said she would put it on deposit and they would close the room, I agreed to this and left on business, I did not spend the night with my family at the hotel. In the morning at 8, my wife was leaving when she tried to hand over the room, they demanded an additional payment in rubles in an ultimatum form, recalculating the payment at the rate of 3 tenge per ruble. She was confused and gave an additional payment, 34,000 Russian rubles, for her room, children and our friends, because I was not there, but your administrator pressed her. Please deal with your employee who dares to extort money from women. My correctness is confirmed by the fact that Sergei Mikhailovich Booth, one of our group, was charged 10 thousand rubles for a deposit, demanded an additional payment in the morning, rebuffed and returned 4 thousand rubles, those rooms cost him the required 6 tr. (price for booking.com ) But the situation is absolutely mirrored. It is doubly insulting, because I have been your regular guest for many years and have never had any problems. Excellent staff, apparently with the exception of one person. Please find him (he worked on the night of July 16-17), punish him, return the 34 thousand rubles he stole from me. I am waiting for apologies and explanations.

The hotel is good, but I don't like hotels where there is general climate control, and it is impossible to adjust the temperature in the room the way I feel comfortable, although there is a regulator. It was cold in the off-season!!! The breakfast is good, there is a large selection. The price is space, if you did not book through Booking or something else, but it did not affect me, an acceptable 27k per night. For some reason, there is an empty refrigerator, turned on, rattling all night. It was nice to receive delicious cookies and a welcome letter upon arrival. I think I'll go again, I hope it will be warm.
