I was very worried about the packaging and seedlings, but I was worried in vain: everything was neatly packed and the seedlings were not damaged during transportation. The seedlings are strong, whole, well processed and of excellent quality, as promised on the website. There were 11 items in the order. I'm planning my next order.

I will leave a not very good review, I am writing two years after landing.I have been making orders on this site probably since 2011, there were no complaints, I ordered tulips and other things, everything that I ordered came- I was happy in the spring, everything was perfectly packed.That year I changed the cottage, decided to order tulips to repeat the beauty of the photo, I attach what I ordered and what grew, Everything came in quantity and as for the quality of the bulbs, there are no claims, but the same red and not clear in the variety did not exist at all in the order, even in a single case when everything was equally bloomed it feels like they just signed the same bulbs in different ways.The store deteriorated and discouraged me from ordering anything ......

The worst service is with extremely aggressive advertising. Delivery is promised on the website 2-3 days plus Euromail. Really - 2 weeks. It's unprofessional to refer to the download. It's like bringing flowers by March 8 in a week.

Or they offered another option, to come to their warehouse. That is, I paid for the shipment of goods, but they offer me to come to them for free with 5 kg of overall goods. Guys, this is your joint and I am not a courier. That is, I had to pay for the delivery of the goods, but for your mistakes you offer me to spend my time, money and bring it to you for free.
Come to me with a replacement product or money. I fulfilled my part of the deal - I paid for both the goods and the mail. And what did you do?
I wrote a letter of complaint - they remain silent. This situation is not the fault of several employees. That's how they work. Pass by, don't waste your time and money!!!

It's terrible, don't order here. Here is what you will receive for 121 rubles. after a long wait and delay in sending. Corpse-colored hemophlebone, ugly shaped cherry blossoms, I'm generally silent about echinacea. Everything can be viewed in the photo. The leaves are rotten, dry and eaten, and some plants show no signs of life. The support is terrible. They can't really answer anything, they transfer it to Viber, they say on Viber: "well, check the roots." Thanks for the advice, we thought it was your job to check the plants before shipping.
For customers: if you decide to order something and you love plants, then think twice. Because, at the sight of these poor devils, you will not be able to hold back your tears. The score is 0 out of 10.

I sometimes read negative reviews from people and don't understand how!!? Are they really writing about the Valley of Plants? It's like we're talking about different stores)) I have been cooperating with the valley of plants for the third year now, and I can say for myself for SURE - this is the BEST store I have come across.. I ordered completely different categories of goods, both fruit, seeds and shrubs.. there have never been any problems with delivery and I have always been lucky in terms of the quality of the seedlings. I ordered, the manager called back and agreed, a week later - you already pick up everything fresh in pots from the post office. Phlox, asters, lilies, apple tree, peppers and tomatoes.. and this is just a small list of what I grew out of this store without any complaints.

Everything is neatly packed, labeled, which fully corresponded to my order. It's been 4 days.Broom, azalea have already woken up: this can be seen in the plants. Only Marcel Menard's rhododendron bothers me. The foliage on it is "not very cheerful." I'll be waiting. It's a pity the photos of my new pets didn't go through.

The order was shipped for almost two weeks. Why lie and write 1-2 days delivery? The packaging is so-so, the plants are hanging out in this box, standing on top of each other. But most importantly, not all clematis came alive. Sorry for the wasted money. I will definitely never order anything from them again.

We made a big order a few years ago. They did not send what they ordered (the apple variety is different, they put apple trees instead of pears).
We ordered 2 figs, one is still growing, and the second dried up quickly. When I started to take the figs out of the pot, I saw that it was just a trunk cut off from two sides, without a root. Deception!
I do not recommend ordering on this site.

Dry plants were sent. No dialogue. They send it, they don't look at it at all. Actually, there are not a single living kidney on two raspberries. Nectarine, pear and two almonds, 4 honeysuckle - outright dead wood! Shame on you! It's a shame! I will never order anything from them again!

A very extensive assortment during the season on the website. The plants come tiny, from 5 sprouts of a hydrangea tree (straight milipusechnye sprouts came, and the price for them is 750 rubles!!!!!) None of them caught on!!! Of the 4 raspberry bushes (sticks), only 2 took root, the Canadian raspberry tree is the most expensive did not take root (( The only plus 3 apples and 1 apricot took root.
