In 2021, Mom placed an order in an online store. The order arrived on time, well packed. Among other plants in the order were stock roses of yellow and pink color. Last year they did not bloom, but this year they were all in buds. We were looking forward to when they would bloom. But...how disappointed we were when the usual hollyhocks bloomed, which bloom in every yard. It's a disappointment. The photo shows what was ordered and what was sent.

order 65430- clematis and helium, orders were made in July, as a result, out of 18 lilies, only 2 were alive and 1 half-dead, the rest were rotten or dried. Clematis and helium are rotten, thrown away. In the claims department, 5 out of 10 lilies that were photographed were recognized as alive...the order is for 130p, they offered us to return 23p, we refused, exactly how much the reputation of this store is worth. For the first time I decided to order planting material in an online store. The experience turned out to be sad. I ordered a couple dozen bulbs of Dutch irises and five pieces of strawberry seedlings. The order from Moscow to Perm came only two weeks later!!! weeks. 70% of the bulbs were rotten with mold. Of the 5 pieces of strawberry seedlings, 1 piece was dead and 1 piece was filled with water. I filed a complaint with the store. I sent a photo of the received product. The money was returned reluctantly and slowly for two months. And it was returned not to the card, but to the phone. I do not recommend this store!!!

In August 2021, she ordered apricot seedlings for her parents (two seedlings of Shevchuk's Memory and one seedling of Triumph Severny), as well as vegetable seeds and strawberries. The seedlings came in early October of poor quality with dry roots, as a result, only one seedling took root. They refuse to reimburse the cost or send seedlings, because they had to take photos for 14 days, and the parents are elderly and do not know how to use modern gadgets.
Don't order anything here! The money is not small, but they will not send a high-quality product.

The answer is that it will live , non-viability does not affect after a crack to eat branches . I ordered peach and plum seedlings. Upon opening the parcel, I found that the peach seedling had no signs of life, with dried buds. I sent a claim. They replied that the seedling is in sleep mode, and has not yet woken up. We need to watch, they are waiting for a repeat photo in August. After a couple of weeks, the tree dried up completely and I informed the claims manager that I had no desire to observe the dead tree until August and wanted to refund the money for it and the money for the shipment. I was indignantly told that the money for the shipment would not be refunded and in general I had to carefully study the information on the site about it. And in order for them to return the money for the obviously unviable tree that was sent, I have to dig it up and send it back to them by mail. The seller does not behave decently, I do not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered white strawberries. Especially for a mother with allergies. But the red one grew up. When I started leaving negative reviews on other sites, I was contacted and offered a settlement, explaining that they were not to blame, the supplier was to blame. I agreed on the condition that they remove the "white strawberries" from sale altogether and begin selling under the present name. From further communication, I learned the following:
1. There are some liars working in this store. Firstly, because they are not sending what the buyer wants. Secondly, the "Valley of Plants" itself is listed on their website as the manufacturer of "Pineberry repair strawberries".
2. How does a civil organization behave when such a situation arises? At a minimum, it suspends the sale of questionable goods until it is clarified. But they didn't do it. The so-called "white" strawberries are still on sale. DON'T BUY it from them.
3. The store promises a guarantee. Only it works for them in a very specific way. I was asked to take a photo of all ten bushes to see that they really bear fruit with a red berry. Ok. I sent it. I can understand that. And after sending the photo, the most interesting thing began. They told me that I had to DIG up everything and return it back in order to get my money back. Otherwise, I will be given only half of the original amount (admire the screenshot). How do you like this, dear customers? You won't read this in the "Guarantees" section. Because if they had written such a thing, there would have been a sharp decrease in those who wanted to risk contacting them.
As the injured party, I don't owe anything in principle. This store owes me. My money is back + compensation for moral damage and time spent. At least that's how things are handled in a civilized place, but here the service is just collective farm.
DEAR VALLEY OF PLANTS! Do you want your inarticulate red sourness back? Come and dig it out yourself. But first, pay me for manure, for water, for insect repellent, for labor and for using my land for your purposes. After all, small bushes have turned into adult fruiting plants (although they belong in the trash, where they will go after writing this canvas).
I eventually refused to have further conversations with them. And money, too. Let them choke. The main thing is that the potential buyer knows how they behave.
Stamp roses bloomed. They didn't cheat on the yellow one. At least what I ordered arrived here. But with red, as with strawberries, the situation is the same. What they have in the insta, and what they have slipped in the photo.
