the blueberry seedlings came in satisfactory condition, the leaves are affected by some kind of disease (round brown spots), but the lily costs 178 rubles. in diameter it is only 1.5 cm, but it is still better than from other online stores.

I ordered it for the 2nd and last time. By some miracle, after the first order, I became a regular customer (I note that it was not noted anywhere that there was a discount). I ordered seedlings for 100 rubles, I specially got to 100 rubles, because a peach was a gift. As a result, Sharashkin's office itself decided that I was a regular customer, they gave me a discount of 14%, in fact 10, and deprived me of a peach!!!! No one warned me about this, even though it was at the time of registration!!! To which they answered, they gave you 2 packs of seeds!!! If you hope that after registration you will check everything in your personal account, the availability of quantity and amount, then everything is done on the site so that you cannot check, and accordingly you will be left with a nose. And yes, if you want it to be sent to you on time, you have to call almost every week and remind about yourself and the order, otherwise you will not receive anything.

We ordered Clematis, they wrote that delivery from 50 rubles is free to the European Post pick-up point, but they send it to Grodno by mail, plus you need to pay 12.99 for delivery and plus 2.99 for packaging, a total of 15 rubles for the wind, that's what the system is. I don't recommend it. The order was immediately refused after the manager called.

I received the parcel today (it is worth noting that I picked it up as soon as it was delivered to the pick-up point)
Order:
Palm-leaved maple Atropurpureum - 1 pack x 15.20 rub.
Ginkgo biloba - 1 pack x 9.41 rubles.
Thunberg's Barberry Flamingo - 1 pack x 9.99 rub.
Packaging: a cardboard box, inside three broken cheap plastic containers in which maple and barabaris with dried shoots and roots were found, shaken out of the container, earth all over the box.
Ginkgo was a little more lucky - the roots managed to dry only half (I hope it will be possible to pump it out)
They put eggplant seeds as a gift...I don't even know if it's bullying or something else......
And now we look at the cost of the order:
Shipping cost: free of charge.
The Cost of The Package is 2.99 rubles.
The Cost of the Product is 34.6 rubles.
The total cost is 37.59 rubles.
Good gentlemen, can you tell me, please, what kind of packaging are we talking about? What is the client paying for?
