The hotel is on the level , overlooking Svisloch . the bed is comfortable, the room is well and competently left. Good service, they even congratulated me on my birthday with a pie and extended the check-out to two hours... The rooftop bar with great cocktails, had a nice time. The casino is so-so, smoky to the point of nausea. I spent 200 rubles on roulette in 3 minutes.

We rested in this hotel with a family and a child during a visit to Minsk. Everything is quite expected - a high level of service, good breakfasts. The rooms are quiet, the view was over the river from a high floor. It is a little dusty in the corners, but this did not affect the quality of stay in any way. There is a minibar in the room, but for the money. I sincerely believe that in hotels of this level and with such a price tag, a minibar should be included in the room price (at least soft drinks and all sorts of snacks, you can 1-2 times during your stay). Well, in general, it's crazy - they refused the minibar at the reception. we bought yogurt for the child, we want to put it in the refrigerator, but it is locked) They came, opened it, said they trusted them and would not take the key or take everything out of the refrigerator. It was all very strange. Near the shopping center Gallery with shops and restaurants - convenient when you just arrived. Restaurants with an average price tag, shops as shops. The central part of the city is 15 minutes on foot, slowly. They gave the child a child's residence passport and stamped it. They put some chocolates. It's nice here.

The staff is very polite. Cleaning is daily, there is a coffee machine with capsules in the room, a kettle, water, which, if drunk, is put back on. There is tea and coffee in bags, and not bad. We took breakfast. The buffet. Excellent assortment, everything is delicious. Even at breakfast, the waiters serve like in a restaurant. They change plates, appliances, bring coffee. The hotel is great!! How many times have I been to Minsk, I wanted to stay in double three so much, but somehow it didn't work out. On the last trip, I specially selected this hotel (I found the most interesting offer on MTS travel, if anyone is interested). I have never regretted it) The ideal location is the central town hall, the embankment, the WWII Museum, and many different cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was taken as a standard with a large bed, overlooking the city. I think that with a view of the river, it would be more fun. The room itself is large, the bed is huge, even for two)))), the floor-to-ceiling windows are super. Clean, tidy. And yes, the pillows are just a bomb, we got high). I recommend you to stop at this hotel.

In October 2023, your family chose your hotel for a week-long stay in Minsk. And during this visit, the service and assortment of breakfast dishes (we had a buffet breakfast included in the room rate) was strikingly, not for the better, different from our visit to your hotel in 2019 - there were no oysters and champagne at the weekend, there was no present upon arrival at the hotel It was offered, but was provided after my verbal reminder at the reception. However, the most outrageous thing was the fact that the minibar in the room was locked with a key, without specifying any clear and understandable reasons for this. Summary of this stay at your hotel: If you continue to position yourself as a hotel that is part of the Hilton hotel system, you must adhere to the standards adopted in this system in everything - the quality of service, the range of dishes, etc. The second option is to change the status of the hotel, the star rating and, as a result, the cost of living. Minuses: - a locked minibar. The reception did not warn about this. It's very ridiculous. In a hotel of this level. Moreover, it says on the refrigerator: "We have prepared everything" or something like that. We decided to use it late in the evening and ran into a lock. Nonsense. - the switch in the shower did not work in the room, the water was pouring only from the top watering can. It was very unpleasant, I had to wet the children's heads. In general, it is inconvenient. - the bedside lamp did not work. - there is no agreement with taxi drivers to quickly serve cars to guests. There are problems with children's taxis in Minsk, it takes a long time to wait, you can't order with two seats at all. The hotel did not help to solve this problem promptly. Waiting for more than 30 minutes. I recommend the hotel. I hope that the broken things will be fixed (number 903).

Honestly? Well, it's not worth the money at all, alas. The only plus is the location! Reception and, in principle, service - there are big problems! They are constantly confusing something. At first, they tried to convince us that the rooms were without breakfast... although they were paid with breakfast, they spent 15 minutes on it. Then it turned out that the keys were not given to our rooms (we had 3 rooms). They didn't give out our suitcases from the luggage room, although they hang tags… We had a birthday girl - we noticed it when we checked in! As a result, she was given a tiny piece of cake when we came to collect our luggage at 17! Although even at breakfast we told the receptionist about it! It would be better not to congratulate, honestly! It's a shame! Rooms are a regular room for 4 people!!! There is nothing but shampoo and gel, the rest is only on call... there is also no coffee machine, although all Hilton have been serving espresso for a long time. There are big questions about room cleaning - we had the whole bathroom in our hair when we checked in. Breakfast - there are no freshly squeezed juices! Orange - mock-up! The choice is meager, we waited for the omelet for 25 minutes, although we did not come early at peak! A very modest choice at all! The only thing is a beautiful view from the 21st floor! You can't drink a glass of champagne either - it's not there) In my opinion, this is a straight average 4ka with a very overpriced price!!! We were in the same Renaissance, which is 2 times cheaper, but the breakfasts there are just amazing!!!! Therefore, if the location is important, you can stop, but I wouldn't even take breakfast! The staff is very helpful, they respond instantly to any request, without fee, without arrogance, wonderful people at the reception, in the restaurant, and at the housekeeping. Daily room cleaning, snow-white bed linen. Beds with such high and comfortable mattresses that you sleep and can't wake up, how good! Breakfasts deserve special praise: you can assemble a purely Belarusian breakfast with delicious pancakes, sour cream, dill and fried onions, the most delicate salted bacon; you can assemble a Mediterranean one with lightly salted red fish, olives, cheeses, herbs, sauces and crispy freshly baked bread, you can standard with scrambled eggs with various additives, cottage cheese and yoghurts. Freshly squeezed juices. We went to eat at a couple of city establishments with good reviews on the Internet, but it still wasn't as tasty as at the hotel. Thank you for the warm attitude towards the guests!
