A very nice hotel in the center of Minsk. Friendly staff, quick check-in, cozy rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Decent breakfasts and a great restaurant. Basically everything you should expect from a Hilton hotel, except for the only thing - room cleaning. Cleaning the rooms after 16 o'clock is somehow unusual for a 5* hotel, and it is inconvenient for residents.

I liked the location of the hotel, it is convenient to get to any point of the city. The restaurant and cafe are excellent, the food is very tasty and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention: the assortment will satisfy every taste, the staff is responsive and polite. However, the whole impression was spoiled by the staff of the reception and accommodation service. The receptionists at the reception were unpleasantly surprised by the lack of customer orientation and desire to help the guests. An unpleasant situation arose: it turned out that there was NO WAY to pay for accommodation online at the hotel. No one warned about this when booking, the site also does not have this information, the reception staff refused to help resolve this issue and offered us to drive around the city after 8 hours of driving and ask people to withdraw our money. There were also several moments of outright ridicule. For example, when we gave all our cash to pay for our stay and we didn't even have anything to eat, the reception said: "Well, you won't starve, here are two cookies for you, you'll make it to breakfast." I understand that no one owes us anything, but it is very difficult to perceive such statements as bullying after a grueling day and problems. As for the room: it is clean, pleasant, but clearly "tired". Shabby furniture, stains on the carpet, ingrained dirt on the tiles in the shower. Bathroom accessories are not located in an empty drawer under the bathroom mirror, but in the hallway near the refrigerator ... a whole quest to find them. And one more unpleasant thing: in the room on the 14th floor at night, you can perfectly hear the "pounding" of music either from the casino or from the club. This is not what you expect from a hotel stay at all.

The hotel is super!!! I was pleasantly surprised! I have been to many hotels of this chain around the world and I can say with confidence that one of the best! Nice room, clean, modern, not tired. The mattress-pillows are excellent, it was very comfortable to sleep! Thank you so much for the quality cleaning of room 1703! The breakfast is very good!!! For every taste! A small child could be fed with anything and yogurt, and various cereals, and cheesecakes, and pancakes. I would also like to mention the work of the waiters at the Ember restaurant, especially at breakfast (unfortunately I do not remember the names) - smart guys! Very helpful! The reception is open for 5+, they are always friendly, they will advise and help. In general, very good impressions were left both from the hotel and from the city itself!

I don't understand why some people are surprised by the alleged luxury and pathos of this hotel. In fact, nothing outstanding. Perhaps for those who rarely stay in 5-star hotels, it will be something impressive. Let's start with the check-in: the reception is very small, we didn't even realize at first that we were in a hotel. At the entrance, they asked us to pass the backpacks through the control, which surprised us, since this was the first time we had encountered such a thing. But if it's a security issue, fine. We settled in quickly and were treated to cookies. But the payment was charged at an inflated rate. The advantage is access to the mall directly from the lobby. Now about the number. The first thing that caught my eye was the mini—bar, locked with a key, which seemed strange. It was only opened by an employee when we ordered room service — and then after our request. But the staff itself is very friendly, it pleased me. The room was specially booked with a view of the river, but because of the heavy fog, the view was completely hidden, and there was only some kind of overhanging structure in front of my eyes, either a balcony or an element of a building. So if you want to enjoy the view, it's better to choose this option in summer. In general, as a person who travels a lot and has been to various hotels, including in Russia, I can say that for such a price, the rooms are clearly not worth the money.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel with a 6-year-old daughter and friends for a couple of nights. I really liked the attentive, polite, friendly staff: at the reception we were given a room immediately upon arrival (although there were 2.5 hours left before check-in), my daughter was given a voucher for a children's cocktail in the hotel restaurant and a cookie) The girl at the reception kindly explained where the currency exchange office is located (payment is accepted only in Belarusian rubles), said that you can pay for your stay after check-in and lunch)) The room is excellent, in a modern design: a chic double bed with large down pillows, very clean bed linen and towels. Not a speck of dust on the bedside tables, in the closet! High-quality plumbing, there are mini sets of shampoos, gels, soaps, a dental kit, etc. The room has a hair dryer, an ironing board with an iron (which is very convenient), a safe, a good mini-bar, tea, coffee) But the main advantage of this room is the view from the window of the river, the city😍 The restaurant on the 7th floor (amber, it seems) with a stunning view terrace deserves special attention! Breakfast is served in this restaurant (very high quality, food for every taste).Here we had lunch and went for an evening cocktail) the service and food are just super! Thanks to the hotel for these wonderful two days! I really wanted to stay at least another day!

2 stars for cleanliness and access to the shopping center directly from the hotel, but unfortunately there are much more disadvantages than advantages. The choice of breakfast dishes is very small, and I was also surprised that all guests staying at the hotel after 23:00 must register (I have never seen this anywhere before). Also, I noticed that in Belarus, most hotels can be checked in only after reaching the age of majority (18 years), which in my case was extremely inconvenient, although I did not find any legal restrictions anywhere, most likely these are just the internal rules of most hotels in Minsk. I also had to catch the guards' sidelong glances at me, either suspicious or contemptuous. During the eviction, a conversation began with one of the hotel workers, as a result, I felt like I was being interrogated, even the thought crept in that someone was "assigned" to me, there were a lot of personal questions on his part. When entering the gym, tears come to my eyes, I have not seen such a small and useless gym in any 5-star hotel, several cardio equipment, and dumbbells of 10 kg maximum, the hotel is clearly not for sports fans. In general, if you want to relax and enjoy the capital of Belarus, there are much better hotels for the same price, but if you come on business, then the hotel is quite suitable for itself due to its convenient location in the city center.

The most controversial Hilton I've ever been to. Breakfast for three, the restaurant service is very bad. The accommodation service is not for guests, but to raise money (the rate at which dollars are converted into Belarusian rubles is something) There is no room service (order from 40 minutes and half the dishes are served). You can probably get a discount on the full load, but this is a Hilton, not a hotel in the regional center.

Amber's restaurant - the food is delicious, the staff is polite. Beans and leaves Cafe is the same. The only thing that annoyed the sparrows was😂 The casino is small, but it's enough to play) I don't know why the reviews say that the Turkish administration is not friendly and does not speak Russian) I didn't feel any discomfort. The only thing that hurt is playing with the mini-bar - if you are not going to use it, it is closed and you are left without a refrigerator. A decent hotel in the city center. The historical center is 10-15 minutes on foot. The rooms are good, fatigue is visible in places, but this does not interfere with a comfortable stay. Great breakfasts, attentive service. The view bar on the 21st floor was closed, but the alternative on the terrace of the 7th floor seemed to me no worse.
