Upon arrival, while they were making out, the spouse wanted to drink water at the reception, asked for water, he wanted to drink from the road, there was no water, only in the rooms, they answered. Hilton, you can put a cooler at the reception, it won't be difficult for you, what kind of policy!? The room is clean, cleaned daily, the tea set and water are replenished. The breakfasts are European, delicious! The service, namely the service is slow, you can wait up to an hour for the delivery of dishes to the room.

Super, we stayed in room 1114, clean and cozy, snow-white linen, bathrobes, slippers, shower sets, full-length mirror, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, respectful, friendly staff, Parking on site. Convenient location, close to the unique, majestic Museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War, the Sports Palace, next to the cafe belkukhni. When we entered the room, pushing the bed aside, we saw an unpleasant surprise (I will attach a photo). Naturally, we went to the reception and asked to clean the room. Only this contraceptive package was cleaned in the room, the walls at the head of the bed are dirty, handprints are visible... it was terrible. I definitely do not recommend staying here in Minsk

So, the booking was made 2 weeks before the trip. Upon arrival at 18-30, we were informed that the room was not ready and asked to wait another half hour. We did not report a late arrival. Accordingly, room preparation was 5 hours late. When placed in the bathroom, a trash can with leftover food and underwear in a brown substance was found. I had to invite the hostesses and forgive them to remove this still life. The lock to the bathroom does not work in the room. The next day, after arriving from the tour, they could not open the window for ventilation and invited an employee to unlock it. The girl who came calmly walked in shoes over the children's duvet cover, which was not tucked in during the morning cleaning of the room. To my remark about the inadmissibility of walking in shoes on bed linen, the girl promised to send an employee to change the linen. Since the girl could not cope with the lock on the window, another employee came for her, who also went cheerfully in street shoes to the room, despite the fact that we were all standing barefoot. On remark, he notified that the shoes were clean. In general, if you think that there is some standard of disinfection and cleanliness in the room, you have no illusions - they quietly walk in street shoes. After I didn't wait for anyone to replace the bed linen for the child for 10 minutes, I went to the reception desk to find a specialist in changing the linen. Senior manager Kristina was very surprised by my story and promised to fix everything right away. And kaaaaaak forgot about everything and went straight home. After another call, a well-done man came to the reception, again in street shoes walked through the room and began to rearrange the duvet cover. As a result, the blanket turned out to be wider than the duvet cover. Spitting on everything, he asked me to tuck in this blanket somehow and give the family the opportunity to relax. The rolled-up blanket was finally placed in the duvet cover and I went to wash the child so that he could drink tea and fall asleep after a day of sightseeing. But that was not the case: It turned out that in the room where 3 people live there are 2 towels and 2 tea mugs with a tea set. Besides, there were 3 more towels in the morning. After another call at the reception, the hostess came and brought another towel. After waiting for the tea set and making 3 more calls at the reception, we waited for the waiter boy who brought the mug. There is still no spoon, tea, etc. Several hours have passed. It is clear that it is not worth experiencing illusions that the level of service will improve. But I hope that those who read my review will be able to sensibly assess whether they need such a service, or it is better to take a 5-star hotel for the same money and not have these problems.

You can't open the windows, the ventilation is noisy around the clock, and during the day it also smells like a food court. So, if you were given a room not on the roof of the shopping center, then you will find impeccable service, comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, a casino where you can even smoke, a good new bar on the 21st floor, and in general everything is fine in this hotel.

Relatives rested, as they always rest in this network. The comparison is not in favor of this place: soap stains in the bathroom near the washbasin, the doors are worn. For the average price category, of course, it's pretty good, but not for this declared category. The room is small: a bed, an armchair, a table, a floor lamp, a good view from the window, water, disposable: brush + tube of paste, razor + tube of cream, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm - everything is packed in small tubes. There is a kettle with mugs in the room-you can drink tea. The air conditioner works well. There is a separate restaurant on the upper floors, the prices are appropriate for this category. The staff is very polite at the highest level.

We checked into the hotel from 8 to 12 May. Nice hotel. But the service clearly leaves much to be desired!!! There are no hygiene products in the rooms, they are on call,there is no corkscrew, mini bar only on deposit! This is terrible, obviously not for a hotel on the level! Next, these are prices in dollars, but be careful, the payment is indicated in dollars, but - payment for the room and at the hotel is exclusively in Belarusian rubles, it's frustrating! We went up to the bar, on the 21st floor, a terrible place, good staff, but the cocktails are delicious! A terrible manager who absolutely does not know how to respectfully communicate with visitors and solve problems! We had such a problem: their terminal was not working at ONE o'clock in the morning. Naturally, we were no longer able to search and go down to the ATM, payment by card from them "for some reason", and it is clear to all of us why, did not take place. They asked to write down an invoice to the number, and were refused in response! Somehow they paid off, barely left! They asked to call the police, solve the issue together, no one did it!!! It's clear to everyone that they just wanted to make money))) Terrible place, terrible hotel, absolutely not recommended!
