About New Year's Eve karaoke "Friends". We had a rest with the company. The service leaves much to be desired. We waited for the hottest New Year's Eve from 23:00 to 04:00. All this time, the waiters said they would figure it out. And we only heard excuses that the kitchen was overloaded. This is considering the fact that we made a pre-order about a month before the new year and there was enough time, because all orders were known in advance. The salad that we pre-ordered was not brought, referring to the fact on the day of the event that "it's a glass, it's not even 100 grams and we removed it from the menu in principle." They could not replace this salad in the shot with anything. The duck legs with mashed potatoes were not brought to us. Quote at 4:30 a.m. on New Year's Eve: "We have a blockage in the kitchen, there was such an incident, the legs ran out altogether, sorry. Let me bring you salmon instead of legs." I remind you that we formed an order a month before the event and finalized everything a couple of days before the event, all dishes and positions. I also did not like the fact that some girls (karaoke workers) did not allow me to perform karaoke compositions completely by myself. They were often heard better than the campers themselves. Although there were many guests with good performances who did not need a sub-voice at all. And in some cases, the sub-voice turned into singing instead of the guests. In our case, it was very annoying. I would like to praise the host of the event, a very friendly and nice girl, spent everything fun and interesting. However, the program itself lasted from 22:00 to 00:00, and we were given information by phone that the karaoke program would last from 21:00 to 01:00. It turns out that the employees of the institution themselves do not know the information and mislead the guests. Bottom line: if you don't want to stay hungry, I don't recommend this place as a banquet /corporate event.

I don't really have an impression of the last visit. According to the facts, I didn't like it:
- one group for the whole evening, singing for 15 minutes, a 30-minute break, and in this break there is silence, not even background music.
- planted in winter on a summer terrace, OK, planted, but provide a comfortable temperature regime, or add a number of blankets.
- the waiters are, to put it mildly, unprofessional: the dishes were served those that need to be eaten with gloves- without them; they carried ice for 15 minutes; they said in front of the guests - how they had already got me.
Definitely not coming anymore.

We were on Friday evening, there is an entrance fee. The atmosphere is party-like, very lively music. On the ground floor, the "incendiaries" are crowded. The service is average, although there is a good selection of food, snacks, and drinks. The food is not bad, the portions are large. The waiting time is short. There is a parking lot.
