How we celebrated the New Year at Friends Restaurant on December 31, 2023:
1. We have been corresponding with the restaurant about the menu selection since December 23rd.
2. By the last day, the menu was discussed, but we did not receive an affirmative answer. Moreover, an advance payment of 350 bel. rubles was taken.
3. We came to the restaurant at 7.30 pm, several waiters came up to us, but we immediately invited the administrator to decide on the menu and when to bring hot dishes.
4. We decided, but the cranberry compote, which was forcibly entered into the menu, was not on the table, as well as there was no lemonade that we ordered.
5. All this was said to the waiter, to which he replied that there was no compote, as well as lemonade.
6. There were no salads on the table, arugula was 3 days old and there were few crackers, as in the war. The salad was not delicious.
7. The cheese plate was also weathered.
8. The red fish, from the first hot one, was barely warm.
9. The second hot dish was ordered at 23 o'clock, it was brought to us at 03.30. We wanted to leave the restaurant already.
10. In general, I didn't like the service and neither did my friend. When we got into a taxi, we also heard interesting things about the "best" restaurant in Minsk.

We celebrated the New Year in karaoke.
This is the most terrible place!
The kitchen couldn't cope. The hot stuff was brought to us around 3 a.m. The staff, in particular the administrator, not only did not help solve the issue, but also raised his voice, and said we have 700 people, what do you want?!
A pre-order was placed with comments about the time of serving the dishes. They refused not to include in the bill and not to cook the second hot dish, which was no longer needed at 4 a.m.
An entertainment program that cost 50p per person - 3 contests about nothing. The presenter and DJ just left after 00:00 for 20-30 minutes to celebrate the New Year with other staff, leaving the guests with bad music that no one can switch.
All the staff, I'm sorry, were drinking at the workplace!
In general, it's just a nightmare!
We will never return and we will not advise anyone to spend and spoil their holiday there.

We visit this place more than once. It impresses with its size. There is a lot of space and you can safely call it one of the best establishments in Minsk, which corresponds to its name. We are pleased with the reasonable prices. Always attentive service. The staff is helpful and courteous. They mostly invite good musical groups with an interesting and diverse repertoire (especially "Minsk Sea").
