It's a pity that a wonderful kitchen is overshadowed by terrible service. We stopped by for lunch and tried the gastroset. After the menu was brought, a decent amount of time passed and the waiter, if I'm not mistaken, Artyom, came up to us. He started to take the order, but then his phone rang (personal, because the call was synchronized with his smartwatch), he said "wait a minute" and left to answer. After chatting on the floor above for 10 minutes, he returned and finally accepted the order. We asked how long it would take to cook and, having learned that the children's menu can be prepared for more than 20 minutes, we asked what can be prepared faster from the main menu for a child. In response, they received the phrase that this is a beer restaurant, and it has nothing to offer from the main menu (although there is plenty to choose from and the child is not small and omnivorous). We made an order. After bringing the drinks, he spilled lemonade on the table, wiped the table so that his hands stuck to it later, and the glass also turned out to be poured, sticky and dirty, and in a good way, it had to be replaced. As a result, no one has touched this lemonade. Noticing that another waiter brought coloring books to the next table, I asked Artyom to bring them to us, he left and then I only saw him either at the bar or at the counter where other waiters were sitting and, after a while, I went up to this counter and asked another waiter to bring them to us which was done. Artyom has not returned to us. The rest of the lunch was served by a girl who left a radically opposite impression about the service, but the desire to leave a tip disappeared.
Even if it's a brasserie, it's not a diner. There is always a great kitchen here, for my taste, one of the best with a simple and understandable kitchen, but it gets boring to go and wonder if you will be lucky with the waiter.

05.10 We celebrated a birthday. 30 years (to understand that we had a real holiday). It started with the fact that we were stopped by a guard (we were carrying a cake as a gift), you can't do it with your own. In principle, we were allowed to give it away, it's okay here. The next stage is the dishes. I would like to eat hot food at least warm. Saturday, evening, pre-order... I understand everything, but the situation is extremely unpleasant. Everything would be fine and there might not be a review, BUT. By the end of the evening, a waitress came up to us with the words "our terminal is not working." We only have a phone with us for payment. We are offered to withdraw cash from an ATM (I will refer to this further). We explain that we only have a phone and it is impossible to withdraw cash and ask to call the administrator. The administrator approached us from what seemed to us not the most friendly position. We offered to pay with a free payment, but we need the details. That's when the swearing started. I will not go into much detail about what was said by both him and us, we ended up being ready to call the police and then the administrator changed his anger to mercy. It turned out that it was not the terminal itself that was not working, but problems in the bank itself (how did they want us to withdraw cash from the ATM of the same bank?). With the words "the authorities are aware of your situation, you need to wait", the admin left. A waitress came running with a terminal, we tried it 10 times, it didn't work out, definitely not from our side, Alfa bank was working, there was money! The admin came up again and offered us to TRANSFER MONEY TO THEIR MANAGER'S PERSONAL CARD, there was no limit to our indignation, of course we refused (I omit many of the dialogues, otherwise I can write for a very long time). We said that we are not running away and are waiting for a decision further. Let's go a little aside. At this moment, the waitress gets sick in the hall, she falls down, you start boiling. Our administrator starts running, calling an ambulance, etc. We are understanding people, of course we do not climb. I don't know how much time has passed, but the ambulance hasn't arrived yet. I approached the crowd near the waitress with the words "I'm in the car, I can take you." The waiter, who did not pay attention to the name, replied to me, "WOMAN, THE AMBULANCE HAS ALREADY BEEN CALLED, STOP CREATING PANIC." It was so rude that it still won't let me go. Okay, I'm a girl (we'll forgive him for that))), but snorting like that to a client and a person who offers help is just disgusting. Let's go back to the payment. Here, an ADEQUATE PERSON appears, if I'm not mistaken, Irina, who solves the situation very quickly: we write a receipt, the next day a person arrives with a terminal and a pleasant present. Summing up, I can say that the junior staff (admin and waiters, our waitress also had questions about communication) behaves disgustingly, the management should pay attention. We are not cattle to talk to us like that, we were not lying drunk (like some guests near our table). The impression was not of a restaurant, but of a certain second-rate establishment.

It's a very unusual place. It is quite non-standard with several entrances at a bunch of different stairs. It is quite spacious and it is convenient for a large company to be there. The music is perfectly audible from anywhere inside. Comfortable sofas, sociable and cultured staff. The kitchen is at the highest level.
