We have been going to Gambrinus since its opening. There have always been only pleasant impressions of the food, the atmosphere, and the beer. Yes, it was always expensive, but it was worth it. Any dish from the menu could be taken at random and knew exactly what would be delicious. I haven't had a chance to get here in the last few years, and now we finally got here, in anticipation of a pleasant evening. The interior is still the same and it's still nice to be in it, the staff is polite, the prices are not small as before, BUT the quality of the ordered dishes is just a disappointment. The cheese brushwood does not seem to be made of cheese at all, but of some incomprehensible substance strongly fried in oil. Fish and chips - pieces of fish, again, strongly fried in oil to the state of breadcrumbs, the taste of fish is generally absent. Only potato slices look like potatoes. The ordered dishes, which are cheese, fish and potatoes, seem to taste the same and are equally not tasty. In general, there is no desire to go there anymore.

Бар расположен в самом сердце Столицы, очень вкусная еда, санузел чистый, цены-выше средних) персонал-молодой, не особо сообразительный, но старается быть вежливым. Отдыхали с коллегами, сменилось 3 официанта, один просто убежал. Первый Стакан воды ждали 30 минут, о втором напоминали 3 раза, но так и не принесли. Также просили бутылку вина, но официанты приносили по бокалу. Горячее принесли не всем, из-за чего все ждали, пока наконец приготовят еду последнему и ели холодное…оценка снижена за сервис…

After seeing the hostesses, they already doubted - a young lady in a traffic light suit of acid shades, although uniforms are usually provided in such establishments. The beer is diluted, about a third of the glass is 0.5-foam, while the price tag per glass is higher than in higher-level establishments. The waiter recommended the signature Gambrinus salad (marked "hit" in the menu)- the dressing in the salad is disgusting. My husband took a burger. The wait was about 40 minutes and no one warned about it. The burger was brought cold, the bun was over-dried, the patty was streaked, there was practically no cheese. But there was plenty of mayonnaise in coal slow and onions. The French fries with which the burger is served were dry and not salty, the sauce was diluted with water. It was so tasteless that we wanted to leave faster, but we asked for the bill three times.

Были с друзьями два раза во время приезда в Минск (25 и 29 апреля). Место прекрасное, приятный дизайн интерьера, довольно таки удобные места, как внутри зала, так и у бара. Еда очень вкусная и сытная!! Персонал доброжелательный, даже в максимальную загрузку (29 апреля) довольно быстро обслуживали, большие молодцы. Также бар - великолепные фруктово-ягодные наливки, разнообразные сорта пива. Особенно хочется отметить бармена Александра - подробно ответил на все наши вопросы, профессионал своего дела!

And the surprise was a disgusting dish that all four of them liked on the menu. "roast", which is "Meat with vegetables, mushrooms, under a fluffy cheese cap", weighing 420 g. The potato mass was brought, smeared in a frying pan with 3 tiny pieces of meat and 1 piece of mushroom. Cheese "for show". It doesn't taste good. No luck with this dish. The French fries are great. Draft beer is good, but expensive. 16-25 rubles per glass (0, 4-0,5).Alivaria 1 type, 9 p, but no density, water in the aftertaste. It's not very good for an institution with a rating of 4.9.They left disappointed.
