One of the favorite places in Minsk with traditional local cuisine with a good beer hall. I tried soups: solyanka, borscht and excellent spicy goulash, beer snacks, schnitzel, as well as the highlight of the institution — Irish pork ham with Jack Daniels sauce (pictured). I highly recommend it to meat and beer lovers!

We have been going to Gambrinus since its opening. There have always been only pleasant impressions of the food, the atmosphere, and the beer. Yes, it was always expensive, but it was worth it. Any dish from the menu could be taken at random and knew exactly what would be delicious. I haven't had a chance to get here in the last few years, and now we finally got here, in anticipation of a pleasant evening. The interior is still the same and it's still nice to be in it, the staff is polite, the prices are not small as before, BUT the quality of the ordered dishes is just a disappointment. The cheese brushwood does not seem to be made of cheese at all, but of some incomprehensible substance strongly fried in oil. Fish and chips - pieces of fish, again, strongly fried in oil to the state of breadcrumbs, the taste of fish is generally absent. Only potato slices look like potatoes. The ordered dishes, which are cheese, fish and potatoes, seem to taste the same and are equally not tasty. In general, there is no desire to go there anymore.

The bar is located in the heart of the Capital, very tasty food, clean bathroom, prices are above average) the staff is young, not very smart, but tries to be polite. We had a rest with colleagues, 3 waiters were replaced, one just ran away. The first glass of water was waited for 30 minutes, the second was reminded 3 times, but it was never brought. They also asked for a bottle of wine, but the waiters brought a glass each. Hot food was not brought to everyone, which is why everyone waited until the last one was finally cooked and ate cold ... the rating is reduced for the service…

We were in Minsk. We looked at the rating of the institution. It turned out to be quite good. We decided to come in and have dinner. A wide range of beers. ..But from the food: salad with roast beef and pork ears according to the old Belarusian recipe leave much to be desired. The roast beef was overcooked and the combination of roast beef with parmesan is quite strange. The shrimp and avocado salad had 2 small pieces of avocado and 2 shrimp.. There are questions for the staff, but this is more likely due to a shortage of them.
A similar beer card in other pubs is much cheaper!
The kitchen was not happy. There is practically no gravy in the washcloth.
The burger patty was dry (and it didn't taste particularly interesting either).
The seafood gratin on the menu is described as tastier than in reality (just a set of seafood in a creamy sauce. Something is clearly missing).

The place is good, the surroundings are on the level, but the kitchen is frankly not impressed. I took 2 Czech beers: Budweiser and Pilsner urquel, draught, the foam immediately went somewhere, the taste vaguely resembled the original. The croutons that were on the beer plate... Well, these are not beer croutons, they are just fried pieces of bread. Tartar is sad. A plate with sliced beer - lard and roll in various variations, a little bit of kabanos... We could also work with sauces, mustard with horseradish, which no one eats, please, but something delicious... these are still snacks for beer, not vodka. There are no complaints about the service and staff.

My family came from Kaliningrad to Minsk for a week. Everything was delicious. The service is good. The cost of the dishes is comparable to Kaliningrad + extra charges for the capital and tourism)).
