I periodically visit the institution with foreign guests. Everything is very decent, especially after the renovation (11/2014). The musical part and cover bands are always pleasing. Nice receptionist girls. Reasonable prices. A good combination of price and quality. A good very varied menu. There are a lot of delicious things to eat. We came to the establishment hoping for a pleasant lunch, but faced serious problems. The waiters were simply absent, and no one could serve us. We waited for more than 20 minutes, and went in search of a waiter on our own before someone came to our table. The order was accepted with great delay, and they also could not calculate us due to lack of staff.
It was a very unpleasant experience that spoiled the impression of a delicious meal. I hope that the management of the institution will pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve the service.

I want to share a terrible experience in this institution. I ordered veal cheeks with mashed potatoes, and there was a hair in the dish, and instead of the meat I was looking for there, it was all fat and veins. The receptionist did not consider this a sufficient reason to cancel the dish and offered to pay 50%, claiming that "50% was eaten". They brought a compliment, but even it was confused with what I chose. However, when paying the bill, they still counted 100%, and the administrator said that all 5 people from the company "misunderstood her." It was one continuous nightmare! The dish that I used to love has now become my anti-man, and the institution, its staff and management clearly need to reconsider their attitude towards customers and conflict resolution. Traditionally, we celebrated our son's anniversary in this restaurant, which we very much regret today, because we witnessed a very unpleasant incident. The guests of the restaurant at the next table rested with a company, pleasant people, however, apparently, according to the guards, they did not dance modestly enough, although there were no dancers there at all, most of the visitors watched a football match, I do not know what happened there, but in the end the restaurant staff called riot police, the guests were taken away. Honestly, the impression is terrible, no one else is naked in this restaurant, I would not like to look around while resting. The mood is ruined! I do not recommend this place, the restaurant's policy is not conducive to rest, there are many other customer-oriented establishments!
