Dual impressions. I visited this institution for the first time on December 17, although there were several attempts before that. But apparently fate was leading away, as if it said that it was not worth it))))
I'll start with the extremely strange position of the institution about bringing alcohol with you. As in most establishments, when a certain order amount is reached, this is allowed. But there is a limit of 300 grams per person. Here's how two guests can bring 300 grams with them, if any bottle of strong alcohol is 500, and wine is 750 grams?!?! I understand that the establishment is aimed at buying from them, but the attitude towards the guests is immediately repulsive. Even if you make this "quota" equal to 250 grams, many questions will already be removed.
The next story is the process of controlling this brought alcohol. Okay, we checked the bags and bags at the entrance. This is understandable. But then the waiter drew up an alcohol acceptance certificate! And at the same time, the passport details of one of the guests were needed, which were entered into the act as responsible for this alcohol. As unfriendly as possible! I understand, probably, the premise of the institution. Most likely, they are insured against potential claims on the quality of alcohol and subsequent problems. Like, what kind of beer you brought, that's what you drink. But still! It's kind of disgusting.
The menu is decent. Everything is delicious and the serving is pretty. The waiters are great. The prices are reasonable for the city center. There's no question about it.
But there was a question about leisure activities again. The company came to the institution after 6 p.m. on Sunday. New Year's corporate party. Yes, we were warned that the New Year's program itself starts at 21. But from 18 to 19 o'clock, they just showed a movie on one of the TV channels on all screens. When asked by the waiter if it was possible to turn on background music, she replied that since the movie was on, someone was watching it. Although it is obvious in the general noise that it is not possible to watch the film)))
I knew and read in the reviews about the cramped dance floor. But I still wasn't ready that it was so tight!!! There is simply unrealistically little space. People live close to each other. If one of the guests tries to dance a little more differently than stepping on the spot, he immediately begins to interfere with others, pushing.
And in general, there are too many tables for this size of the room. Waiters and guests, passing by our table, constantly brushed against me, sitting on the edge of the table. Not because they were sloppy, but simply because there is no other way. The aisles between the tables are as minimal as possible)
It may be worthwhile for the institution to arrange the tables a little more spacious, slightly reduce the number of guests, but give them more comfort and pleasure from visiting
Finally. The menu, the food is at a good level. The interior is pleasant and pretty. The Cover Band is great. The festive program is worthy
But the interaction with the guests, the attitude towards them, unfortunately significantly worsens the impression
