A beautiful, pretentious place with excellent service and menu. I recommend their signature dessert. The price tag is high, quite a good Moscow restaurant. But it's worth it.

Every time I come to Minsk, I definitely look here! Atmospheric and exquisite! Attentive staff. Pleasant interiors. A variety of menus and a bar menu. My personal gastronomic preferences have also settled down - ice cream cake, Irish coffee and dumplings with cherries are incomparable! I highly recommend you to visit!

The service is excellent. But the kitchen has a lot to strive for. The dish with scallops is incomparable! I recommend it! The perfect balance of taste. We also ordered salmon with asparagus and artichoke. Disappointment. The salmon is raw and bland, but the asparagus and artichoke are over-salted and overcooked. There is an incomprehensible burnt sauce in carpaccio, besides it it is difficult to feel anything else in the dish. The rest of the dishes were not bad, but also not wow. Desserts are good and sooo big, you can safely order one for two.

If it were possible to put more stars, I would have. I celebrated my birthday in this place last night) The atmosphere is 10/10 new year, a cool playlist and a very beautiful interior. We ordered calamari and gnocchi, everything was just fine. Because it was a birthday, the waiter brought out a blueberry pie and a candle, an unequivocal recommendation, a very delicate, delicious and light dessert, they wanted alcohol for drinks, but they clarified the documents and did not sell (for which, too, a separate plus). They offered an alternative without alcohol (I highly recommend it with kir royal black currant). Staff 10/10, pleasant hostess, very nice and beautiful waitress, clean uniform and pleasant service. (Very clear movements, there is no fuss). In general, it is very pleasant to sit, no one bothered, the return of the dishes is fast. We will recommend it to everyone and we will come here more than once!🥰

The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Comfortable interior and unobtrusive background music. I always invite friends who come to stay here from abroad, and I have never had any problems with the kitchen. 07.01.25 I went to a cafe to find out about the possibility of buying mulled wine to take away. The receptionist met me at the entrance, listened to my question and left, saying that she would now invite a colleague who would be able to tell me about the cost and accept the order. After a few minutes of waiting, they brought me a ready-made mulled wine, without telling me its price, without specifying the amount of drink I needed.
I make a remark to the staff, as the cost of mulled wine turned out to be 2.5 times more expensive than the average price for it in the city. There are also questions about the taste of the drink - it is very sweet.

We had a rest in April , celebrated a birthday . We tried carpaccio, salmon tartare, crab salad - everything is a delight, it looks great, and it tastes the same.
I liked crabcake and steak with gratin from the hot one. The evening was great and we would like to mention the cocktails separately, the bartenders prepare them perfectly.

I recently visited the Grand Cafe in Minsk and was extremely disappointed. I ordered an ice latte with sugar syrup, but they served me an ice latte with caramel. When I pointed out the mistake, the bartender spent ten minutes explaining that caramel is essentially sugar, and that I needed to be more specific.
Despite this unnecessary lecture tone, he eventually made me a new drink with sugar syrup, as I had originally requested. However, I was charged for both drinks. The bartender kept insisting that caramel was sugar and that the mistake was mine because I wasn't clear enough, which was both condescending and humiliating.
I was very specific in my order, but I was poorly served and charged for a drink that I did not order and did not drink. This experience was quite unpleasant, especially when the bartender tried to humiliate me in front of other customers.
In the end, the manager reluctantly returned the money to me and admitted that the mistake was on their side, but it did not improve my impression of the stay. I will not return to the Grand Cafe and certainly would not recommend this place to others.

The breakfasts are great. Plus excellent service in a beautiful interior. Yes, the prices are high, you have to wait for a dish for 20 minutes or longer, but in a cozy atmosphere with pleasant music you can find something to occupy yourself or just relax.
I especially liked the sandwich with stewed beef, bacon and egg. It is served with delicious French fries. One serving is enough for two adults.

Perhaps one of the most "delicious" establishments in the personal rating. Everything we tried at the Grand during our two trips to Minsk was incredibly delicious! The restaurant is located in the very center of the city, it is incredibly atmospheric and beautiful inside. The service is top. This is one of the few restaurants that have been operating for quite a long time - more than 10 years. And still excellent service, good cuisine.
It is a rare case when waiters can pick up wine for a dish.
I liked the bar with excellent bartenders who are able to pick up a cocktail to suit your mood!
There is always a good mood after visiting this restaurant.

The expression of Carpe Diem under the sign of the Grand Café visually attracted attention, and after a long walk around the city, I decided to end my trip to the homeland of my ancestors with a meal in a beautiful place, rushing up the steps to Catch a Moment.
- Girl, where are you going? – unexpectedly for the visitor's ear (given the declared level of the establishment), there was a disturbing question from the hostess lady, who was busy with a telephone conversation at the moment when I entered and I, not wanting to waste time, waiting for someone or something, was going to go to the appointment in the hall.
- Don't you have a cafe here? Or did I misunderstand? I asked, perplexed.
- The restaurant! ("the Cafe is actually written verbatim," the author's thought) - the hostess corrected, looking at the visitor's appearance with a degree of arrogance. Then, finally, it was suggested to take off your outerwear and go to the table.
The table turned out to be by the panoramic window, the breakfast was very tasty, the setting was pleasing to the eye.
The only hitch arose with prosecco: Zonin (one of my favorites) appears on the breakfast menu, but if you want to order a glass, it turned out that it was non-alcoholic (how is it? why is it on the list of extra drinks for breakfast?)
And the classically expected prosecco was supposed to be looked for in another menu with a comment that it is more expensive there because it is alcoholic (as far as I understand, the price for drinks is not always directly proportional to the presence of alcohol or its absence).
There was no desire to find fault with anything else, the slightly spoiled mood in the first minutes of being here was compensated by the fascinating view from the window, music, and interior.
In general, it is a great institution and it would be ideal if it were possible to reduce the degree of pomposity of some employees (if the management is interested in knowing this and improving something) or at least so that an appreciative look at a particular visitor would be better disguised. I took off one star for this.
