Sea bass tartare - photo attached. This is not tartarus.
Salmon is a strange serving - sauce in the center and fish around the edges. The sauce itself tastes like sour cream - nothing like that.
Not high cuisine - the cook does not understand how to make delicious food. Disappointed.

But alas, the food is tasteless, I ate a salad with crab, the avocado is sluggish dark, the pieces are cut in advance. Crab 5-10 grams, three thin fibers.
The sauce is chemical horror, the tooth enamel has already been corroded. I know how good food should look and taste, so I know what I'm saying.
Alcohol has also been open for a long time, probably took wine by the glass. Although I asked in advance. I've drunk this wine many times, I know how fresh it tastes.

Been here twice. The first time can be said by accident. The second time purposefully. The work of the staff is impeccable! Meeting the guest, choosing a convenient place for him in the hall. Waiters insure each other, dishes are served to all guests at the table at the same time. Waiters do not just talk about the ingredients included in the dishes, but can also tell about the peculiarities of processing products; offer options for spices, sauces, serving. They are well oriented in the wine list.
The kitchen is beautiful. It rarely happens that the taste of a variety of dishes and drinks brings so many positive emotions. We will be happy to visit here again!

The food is excellent, the location is convenient and the interior is interesting, but there are many questions with the staff: I came with a girl and her younger student sisters, they were very appraisingly and condescendingly examined, the hostess proudly walked around the hall with an air of her own superiority and very imposing, as if she were the owner of the institution. In general, there was a feeling that they were doing us a favor, that they were allowed to make such an assurance and generally serve us. Plus, 2 glasses of wine were mistakenly included in the bill, I called a passing hostess and she was very unhappy with it, judging by the look. After the mistake was recognized, no one even apologized, no compliment was offered to smooth the situation.
