We rest from 01:07 to 12:07 room 1314, the hotel guests are treated disgustingly on the beach we have to do everything ourselves, there are not enough sun beds, there are not enough umbrellas. Vacationers from the Anchor Hotel occupy the sun beds and umbrellas of the Rossiya hotel, no one is watching this. There were 2 elevators on 18 floors during rush Hours (breakfast, lunch and dinner) from the 13th floor down the stairs, towels were not changed at all (there is no shift, only for newly arrived guests) there were no fruits, watermelons, but they are now over an orange and an apple with a slight rot.

The rooms are spacious, the view from the window is beautiful, the staff is friendly, BUT every day someone catches rotovirus or intestines, the nearest hospital already knows where you came from (they said that 30 people a day from this hotel). We rested for only 3 days out of the planned 6 days (07/27.23-07/29.23), because we caught rotovirus, went to the hospital to put an IV, as it became easier, we moved out.

The cleaner, on the 5th floor, instead of replacing the beds (as a result, she changed 1 time in 10 days as well as towels), began to offer teas and other things for purchase. There are no shelves for shower gels, you have to put everything on the floor. But the main thing is the food - it's just a horror and a nightmare, we've been in many places, but we haven't met such a buffet yet

We lived on the 18th floor and there was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom. When the hood is turned on, the smell disappears, so I had to keep it turned on when I was in the room. There is not enough shampoo, gel was given out 1 time in 6 days. The hotel does not sell related products (toothpaste, sunscreen, etc.), although there is a large bar where you can sell it along the way.

One of the worst hotels!!!
2 elevators are very few, especially in emergencies. Food = poison (there's only good tea).I insist on adding flavored borjomi-like water to the bar. As soon as the refrigerator was occupied and the sockets were broken. There is no toilet paper.The best plus is the umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach.
