The sea is a canyon, rivulets flow down from both sides of the hotel beach, the sewer stinks wildly, on the second day they belched and shit, nothing helps. The rotovirus was caught, we lost a week, and everyone is sick here. Now it is not possible to leave the hotel by elevator, we are on the 16th floor, draw your own conclusions, you can stand for 20 minutes. Food, well, what can I say, as a person who is not sophisticated, I can't eat it, that's the truth, slop seasoned with mayonnaise, they recycle what they haven't eaten, sometimes it's already sour. And finally, Gudauta, this is a fierce village, there is not a shop or anything around. You won't be able to go to a cafe for dinner in the evening. Would you come here again? no way. I didn't like the hotel.
- They moved into a room on the ground floor and from above there is a dining room where the dragging of chairs can be heard day and night, peace and quiet was not provided.
There are also two separate beds, although one double bed was indicated.
- Three meals a day in the canteen, all the simplest of food, a buffet is a big word, there are constantly not enough glasses and the food is put out yesterday.
- There are not enough sun beds on the beach from the hotel, there are not enough umbrellas.
- Cleaning staff are swearing in the corridors among themselves, shouting.
- The service from the word is completely 0 at the reception, the girls don't care what you need and what your requirements are.
In general, I do not advise, it costs a lot of money, but in the end you will not get what you expected.

The trays are greasy, the cutlets, which I eventually poisoned, gave away with a dirty rag🤢 I got sick on the 2nd day, my friend on the 4th. There is a pharmacy, you have to stomp, one and a half stops. There are not always medicines (take them with you). I wiped the elevator buttons myself 1 time from greasy finger marks. Apparently, only I was "lucky" to get sick with this infection twice (on the way back home, everything happened again) And everything else; polite staff, almost clean sea (after the storm it became dirty, but after a day everything is OK) ... etc. have already written. I want to write an honest review about my stay at this hotel during the season, since all the previous ones relate to May. The three of us rested for 10 days and 9 nights from 07/31/2023 to 08/08/2023. The total cost of the trip cost us 180 thousand rubles. The price per night was 8,500 rubles. This price also included a flight to Adler, a transfer (you need to tell about it separately) and the hotel accommodation itself with buffet meals. I put 2 stars out of 5 for my stay at this hotel: I put one star on the new comfortable large mattresses in the room, which are comfortable to sleep on, I put the second star for the presence of a built-in air conditioner, which has never let us down with a wonderful clear scoreboard on the wall, with temperature and power control. That's where the advantages ended. When choosing a ticket in advance, we paid extra for the view of the sea from the room. As a result, we were accommodated on the 4th floor, and the sea was slightly visible in the distance, but the main paid view was on the black roof of the dining room of this hotel and its windows. By the way, you can't go out naked on the balcony, since all the vacationers who devour food in the dining room see you as in a picture, because the balcony is not sewn in any way, except with thin railings. If you want to enjoy the view, take a room with a mountain view. At least it won't have that awful roof and chewing public. Next: during the 10 days of our stay, our room was vacuumed 2 times, and then only because we met the cleaner on the floor (hello Rita) and she did not refuse us. And once our bed linen was partially changed for the 5th day. Why partially? Because there are no available rooms in August, the hotel is packed to the brim! That's it, no one washed our room anymore, at all, even at the request. Considering that we had caught a terrible rotovirus there, like most vacationers, the restroom required cleaning. At our request to give us a rag and a remedy for an hour so that we could clean everything ourselves, we were told that there was nothing. However, the rag was eventually given... I want to pay special attention to the dining room and the food in it: do not go, never and under no circumstances! It is almost impossible to eat this food: boiled potatoes are always raw, buckwheat is always dry and salted, broccoli is added to the cutlet, and it is also hard as a stone! Porridge can only be eaten oatmeal on water, rice porridge is more like some kind of slurry without cereals... And cucumbers with tomatoes are Abkhazians, who taught you how to cut them LIKE that? They are cut into a maximum of 3 parts, they might as well have just put whole vegetables. There are not enough mugs for such a huge hotel. There is always a queue waiting for the previous batch to be washed. It's a special thrill to listen to all 200-300 people moving heavy wooden chairs on the marble floor at once! The noise is so loud that you can't hear the interlocutor. And music. Music is playing from an employee's cell phone connected by cable to an old old radio receiver and this music IS THE SAME EVERY TIME... As a result, we went to eat in other cafes outside the hotel and tried to avoid this dining room. Separately, I will tell you a little about the beach: the sea is wonderful, clean, the entry into the water is excellent everywhere and that's it. Considering that the hotel accommodates 600+ people at a time, there are at most 50 sun beds on the beach and 15 umbrellas from the sun))) if you didn't take any of this at 5 a.m., then the battles and skirmishes for your place in the sun begin. Although what normal person on vacation would want to get up at 5 a.m. for this? On the 3rd day of our vacation, we bought our own beach umbrella at the local market, and we had our own large bedspread, and thank God our problems ended immediately. I would like to say separately about the interior of the hotel - there is none. There is not a single flower or tree in a pot (and this is in Abkhazia!), not a single painting on the wall, nothing that could catch the eye - only white marble. It is sad. By the way, on the 4th floor, the floor in the corridor is strongly inclined, so the builders could not even change such things when restoring the old building. Many thanks to the 2 Abkhazians- the hotel employees- who turned on their Abkhazian music on their phone at 7 a.m. in the lobby near the billiard table and tennis tables and swept the floor there: the sound is amazing, like in a well. It was not possible to sleep longer. And a special greeting to that Abkhazian employee who crept up to a harmless dog sleeping peacefully on the hotel grounds and hit it on the head with a stick with all his might. The dog bled, there was a heart-rending moan and howl. This situation has been brought to the attention of the hotel management, I hope measures have been taken against this scoundrel... Honestly, on the 3rd day I really wanted to go home. I hope my review will help someone make the right decision and not visit this place.

Of the minuses, there is no kettle and shelves for tubes in the shower in the room, and so far there are only two working elevators, which do not have time to transport everyone during rush hours. There are 50 sun loungers and 10 umbrellas on the beach, there are not enough for everyone. Although the hotel has 18 floors and lots of rooms, people go further along the beach to find a place somewhere.
First of all, there are not enough clean dishes, the staff in the dining room is in no hurry until you tell them. There is enough food, varied. The reception staff is very unfriendly and rude.
The elevator cannot cope with the number of people who want to go. There is a constant power outage.
The rooms are pleasant, clean, cozy for 5.
There is zero entertainment, not a single cafe nearby. Recreation is clearly not for young people. To say that the impressions are good, then no. It's not worth the money.

This is probably the best hotel in Gudauta. On the plus side: the rooms are clean. Every day they vacuum, take out the trash and give paper. There is a bar on the 1st floor, a swing at the entrance to the hotel. Air conditioning in each room. Most importantly, the hotel has its own generators, we have never sat without lights (lights are often turned off in the city).
Of the cons: shampoos and gels are given only upon arrival. The buffet changes only by 2 positions, no more, on the 4th day we have already howled. The dishes at the hotel were 4/10 and there were raw potatoes, sour pasta, and smoked noodles. Sausage products are all cheap, the paper is bare. They don't have compotes every day. With elevators, the ass is full. At the reception, the girls can never help: they asked to book a table in a restaurant, they can't (this is the first time we have encountered this abroad). They asked how to get to the train station, they don't know. They asked if the amusement park works in the city, they don't know. Meal. Probably a lot has already been said about it here. 2/3 of the dishes are impossible to just eat. Pickles without salt, raw potatoes, smelly chicken, sticky pasta... Sometimes there was something more or less edible, but a couple of times we left without eating at all.
There is no access to drinking water in the hotel. I have to go somewhere to buy.
A beach with a private sewer drain. On the way from the hotel to the beach, it is sometimes impossible to walk without vomiting.
Among the advantages: a fresh beautiful renovation, the hotel looks simple and luxurious; a good swimming pool; good air conditioning system; windows with good sound insulation; the room has a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, clothes dryer; on the floor there is an ironing board with iron.

About the hotel: undoubtedly beautiful, new. There's a big problem with elevators. There are two of them on the 18 floors of the hotel. They break down all the time. It's a dubious pleasure to constantly stand in line to leave for the 15th floor. During rush hour, you stand for 10 minutes and ride around the floors.
The bed has not been changed once in 7 days. Toilet paper is a strain, I had to carry napkins from the dining room. The towels were changed a couple of times and then at my request and with a very dissatisfied look.
The food is usual, salads- cabbage and beetroot for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cabbage and cabbage again, baked, stewed. To be honest, on the 4th-5th day we simply did not go there, because the digestive tract failed from such food.
There are no fruits or sweets. In 7 days, I saw oranges, apples and strawberries a couple of times, but people swoop in and grab them as if from a hungry land.
It is still far from the Hotel level! I won't come anymore.

We stayed at this hotel from May 22-24, 2023. The renovation is fresh, the rooms are clean. But the food is disgusting. if you come at the very beginning of the meal, you can still see vegetables and salads, but you should stay for 15 minutes and you will still eat a cutlet with pasta. People run around and even grab with their hands everything that ends quickly (berries and fruits) and generally rake up as if they had never seen these pasta in their lives.
But meanwhile, there are very few vegetables, fruits put 1 tray for the entire meal.
The food itself is nothing. I had to buy ketchup at the store. The hotel positions itself as an all-inclusive. Therefore, 3 stars.
Everything is clean in the hotel building itself, everything is new in front of the hotel. There is a swimming pool in the backyard, there is devastation behind it ... I was very upset that there is no playground for children ... except for 1 evening master class, there is nothing for children to do. Well, there is nothing to do around the hotel except the beach and the ruined city of Gudauta all around. Those who come for a beach holiday may come in, but those who like to walk are better off choosing Gagra.

3) the guide who is staying at the hotel is not interested in upcoming excursions (there is no elementary reminder to the guests about the upcoming tourist package);
4) the swimming pool, as stated in the description of the heated hotel, is actually without it (for fans of cold water, that's the thing);
5) there are no sun beds on the beach area, although it is stated that they are there, as well as umbrellas (therefore, comrades, take bedding and folding chairs with you);
6) elevators are a separate adventure, for example, from the 17th floor, to get to the 1st route will take from 7 to 15 minutes, as they say, "the train will proceed with all stops if it does not break down along the way";
7) representatives of the reception, they are also formidable employees with the badge "Administrator" - they cannot give information without the "gray cardinal"
8) the observation deck is closed, it is impossible to get out, although so much has been told about it;
9) a big plus is the hotel staff who cleaned the rooms! Girls, thank you very much - you are great fellows!!!;

3) Maintenance. We lived on the 16th floor. During the 7 days of arrival, towels were replaced 1 time (for the 3rd day) and that's it. The bed linen was not changed at all. When asked why there is no replacement, the answer was that there is a problem with the laundry (there is no one of its own) and all the dirty laundry is accumulating.
4) Animation. This is a nightmare!!!! There are no discos or entertainment. A girl came out 2 times in the morning and danced the same dance with the children during the days that we were there.... Vlad saved the only thing!!!(I was entertaining the children in the pool. For which he has a huge respect!!!!!
5) They caught rotavirus. When asked to pour broth into a container and take it with you to the room to somehow feed the child, they answered NO, IT is FORBIDDEN!!!!!
Bottom line: the impression is ruined, we will not come here anymore!

"Rested" here from June 4 to June 12.
1)there are 2 turtle elevators on 18 floors. About 400 rooms and 2!!! the elevator- what a genius designed it.
2) Environment- city-village...cows, a bunch of stray dogs mixed with the owner's, who climb incessantly if you're sitting, say, on the beach
3)There is no sound insulation
4) The rooms are cramped, you beat your elbows and hips, you left bruised
5) There is not a single outlet by the bed, apparently the designer is the same "genius" who designed the elevators
6) Nutrition. How to put it mildly...The approach to pigs in the village is more delicate. Queues for normal pasta-type food are huge. Pasta is terrible.
7) Enterovirus. Arose specifically after this meal, did not eat anywhere else. We didn't buy any food. Except for the dining room. When I complained to the administrators, 4 people began to defend me with one voice...hotel.
The rest was naturally ruined. 100,000 wasted on this creepy nightmare hotel.

I do not recommend it! Especially if you have above-average travel experience. We stayed at the hotel with a family of 3 people with a child of 9 years old. The room is very small, and there is no way to fix it. Pillows are one name small and thin, there were not enough towels for the face, then for the shower. There were no beach towels at all. The bathroom corresponds to the size of the room, and even the placement of the shower, toilet and sink is confused. Cleaning is done with fights, the maid's argument is that according to the schedule, cleaning should be 1 time in 4 days, the rest only grew garbage. Elevators cannot cope with the load even when 50℅ is full, because of this, you can lose a meal. They feed in the dining room, they don't pull at the restaurant in any way: the food is very canteen-like both in taste and in serving. Drinks are refilled from plastic buckets, omelets and casseroles are served cold. The staff promptly removed all the food from the distribution exactly minute by minute and sat down with the whole team for a meal. In fairness, it should be noted that the beach is within walking distance, there were enough sun beds. And I give one more star for the animation, the child was satisfied

This is not a hotel, but an anthill. Two elevators to such a large building, it's just TERRIBLE, and at check-in hours, you'd better walk with your suitcases, which we did to the 14th floor, you just can't wait for the elevator at all.
At the reception, the administrator Laura does not know how to communicate with guests, I came to her with a problem, we were settled with children in a room with one double bed, when I went to the reception, I began to figure out how we should sleep three together on one double bed, the administrator Laura, began to raise her voice at me, and then in general "yell," I wrote a complaint in the complaint book, there was no response. The extra bed was brought to us two hours later. You can also describe how they feed there, but I will leave it without comment, I will only ask that tea and coffee be provided at lunch, and not just compote.

There are long queues in the dining room, it is better to walk 20 minutes before closing, as the crowd is tough, there are not enough places. The elevator was practically not used, there are too many people willing and you have to wait for 10 minutes, walking is faster. Linen is changed every 5 days, soap and shampoo are only available upon arrival, and room cleaning is also a problem.

Hello everyone! We had a family vacation from the 13th to the 19th of August. We had two economy rooms, with mountain views. The rooms are very small, to spend the night. The room has a hair dryer, a TV (many channels), a refrigerator (freezes normally), a balcony with two plastic stools, a metal dryer (it's in the closet), a large table for this room, a bedside table and a chair! We got the kettle! 2 glasses in the room. Air conditioning and wi-fi. There is no safe!!! As many people have already written, we had towels for one person (1 small and 1 large, 1 for legs) . We lived on the 12th floor, often walked up and down (we have already written about elevators). The cleaner on our floor, I don't remember her name, cleaned well, responded to any request, thank her for that.
I would like to mention the work of the bartender Eugene, a great guy, nimble, cheerful, sociable!
We had full board, you won't stay hungry.
Many people wrote about the sea and sun beds, I will not repeat myself, the rotovirus did not pass us by, everyone took it in turn.
I hope next year everything will be completed at the hotel, purchased for guests and the hotel's rating will rise!
By the way, the ironing board and iron are on the floor in general, free use.

The rest was a success. But we were at the beginning of the season, at the end of May. We paid a penny, but we got a great vacation. The hotel is clean and newly renovated! The only problem is with the elevator, there's a queue. But it was not difficult for us to climb to the 4th floor on foot. The food is good, without frills. The beach is a 1.5 minute walk away. Don't count on the pool - it's very small for this hotel. There is no animation either. But it's quiet, calm, peaceful.

I give 2 stars only because of the gorgeous sea view. There are a lot of disadvantages when it's cold, at the reception they say "you're lucky that you have a radiator, so we won't give you a blanket, cover yourself with sheets" 😂 it shocked me)) "we didn't put a radiator on the others, they were given blankets, so we won't give them to you, there aren't enough of them." What kind of circus? Are you serious? The food is full of hats, terribly cooked, like dogs. I want to leave a truthful review so that people coming to this hotel know exactly what awaits them, because, to be honest, I was not ready for this. We stayed at this hotel in August 2023. This hotel consists of one 18-storey building, and at the same time there are only two small elevators in the hotel, which completely fail to cope with the flow of people, so living in this hotel above the 5th floor is simply suicide. Initially, we were given a room on the 16th floor, after half a day I was ready to give up everything and leave, despite the paid ticket, because it is unrealistic to wait for the elevator, and it is impossible to climb on foot to the 16th floor every time. But 1000 rubles and a conversation with the administrator solved this problem and a day later we were moved to the 5th floor. We didn't use the elevator anymore. During the rest we managed to change 3 rooms, 2 of them were standard and 1 was comfort. I want to immediately warn everyone that shampoo, shower gel and soap are given only upon check-in and are no longer replenished, the rooms can be said not to be cleaned at all, we checked into a room in which pieces of shorn nails were lying on the floor. Nothing is processed by any means, even upon check-in (we were waiting for the end of cleaning and saw this "cleaning" with our own eyes), and do not even count on the current cleaning. Towels and bed linen are changed every 5 days(. Once a day, the garbage is taken out, and this is the end of the current cleaning. Towels are brought all stained, they are also changed every 5 days. There is practically no WiFi in the hotel. The food is monotonous and not tasty, the choice is meager. They wash the dishes very badly, so the whole hotel, during our stay in it, suffered from food poisoning, in particular, I was poisoned 3 times during the week, this has never happened in 40 years of my life, this despite the fact that we go to the sea every year and were on the Black Sea coast in August repeatedly That is, the matter is clearly not in the sea, but in the unsanitary conditions that prevail here. Although there are also questions about the sea, because some kind of river flows from the hotel directly into the sea. No matter who we asked, everyone was ill (diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever). I couldn't get over the last poisoning until I left. At night, the hotel does not sleep - you can hear someone in the neighboring rooms feeling sick, and in the morning the "survivors" are queuing at the pharmacy. Correctly, someone wrote that the intestine is flourishing here, it is true. I came across a hair in the soup - see the photo. There is no water at all in the hotel, there are no coolers, there is no water for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The smells from the canteen spread to the first three floors, so it is impossible to live on them, the extractor hood in the dining room does not work or does not cope with its task at all. The beach is rocky, so I advise you to take corals with you. There are a lot of stray dogs on the beach, marking sun loungers, barking at people and stealing their personal belongings. Sun beds and umbrellas are a separate song. There are only 20 umbrellas for a hotel of 18 floors! Therefore, to get a precious umbrella and a chaise longue, you need to get up at 6 a.m. and stand in the heat for 2 hours in line. Otherwise, you will have to roast under the scorching sun on the rocks for the rest of the day, because of this situation, scandals between guests who tried to throw away the things of people who occupied a chaise longue on the principle of "you lie down, let another lie down" have repeatedly become witnesses. In total, we stayed at the hotel for 2 full weeks. Of course, whoever wants what he sees, but there are definitely more minuses than pluses in this hotel. Gudauta itself, with its nature and clear sea, is beautiful! I would like to return to Abkhazia again - yes, I would like to return to this hotel - definitely not, and I will not advise my family and friends to rest here! This hotel should be closed for processing and the concept of cleaning and washing dishes should be completely changed! I hope my review will be useful to someone and will save them from spoiled rest and health.

Our journey started with problems. We arrived at night, 2 adults and 2 children. The children were assigned to the same room. They started to find out that this is impossible!!! I think okay, I'll go figure it out in the afternoon. I came in the afternoon, thought for a long time and pondered how to solve the issue to be closer, thank God they lowered it from 13 to 5. The dining room is fantastic!!! If you come earlier, you will eat at the window, if you come in the middle of lunch or dinner (it doesn't matter), you will just stay hungry... To the question where is the food? They say, that's it, don't wait any longer!!! Shock after shock! There are never napkins, as well as plates and cups... I went to the administrator, to the manager of the dining room, everything is useless! There are no changes. It was the 7th day of our stay here and we came for breakfast. I put a casserole, and there was a fly (((there was no phone with me in vain... You can never wait for baking, as well as fruits. They take it out at the very beginning and that's it. The food is monotonous, tomatoes can be killed if desired.))) we went for doshiki and pizza.The towels have not been changed even once!!! Well, respectively, and bed linen. Vacuumed once.You can forget about soap and shower gel. There is also never any paper in the toilet near the dining room. There are very few sunbeds on the beach. Don't waste your money and nerves! A. More maids! They come in without knocking (5th floor) keep in mind) of the advantages :
