Meals for 4, buffet. The staff is friendly. The conday worked perfectly. The mattress was very comfortable. The bed is clean and pleasant. I slept great. On the downside, it's a pity that the windows didn't open in the room. I wanted to get some fresh air. When they forgot to close the bathroom door, the smell of cigarettes and sewage wafted through the ventilation from other rooms on the floors below. Cabinet furniture, by the way, was not wiped. The doors of the cupboards and bedside tables were covered with a thin layer of dust. Only the surface of the dressing table, on which we sometimes ate, was clean. It was a two-star hotel, but in fact it was a level higher. For 150K for four people (two adults and two children) in 10 days, I think it's just great! There probably aren't such prices anymore.

The hotel pulls more than 2*. Cleaning is done daily, the rooms are spacious enough, the breakfasts are varied and delicious, the staff is responsive and courteous. The only place to wash clothes after the sea, there are no dryers, the windows do not open and there is no balcony. I was drying it in the bathroom. I also liked the area; as it is located not far from the center of Dubai - 10 km and the beloved Kite beach is also 12 km away. We had a buffet, lots of dishes to choose from, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese every day.The beach is a 20-minute walk away, but every day from the hotel they take you for free to the beach and the mall "Maal", this is at Burj Khalifa. The bus runs twice a day. There is a good supermarket, many shops and cafes near the hotel.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff! Clean rooms, wide beds, pleasant bed linen, delicious food (by the way, it is cheaper to eat here than in urban cafes and restaurants), friendly staff. There is a bus service to La mer beach and the largest shopping center twice a day, but I often got there on my own. To La mer on foot about 20 minutes, by bus (stop diagonally from the hotel) a little faster, 10 minutes. I preferred to go to Kite Beach (aka Night Beach, next to the "Sail")- from the same stop on the city bus for about 30 minutes: there is snow-white sand, a gentle entrance, very clean water and, in general, a magnificent beach! The beach in Al Mamzar Park is even better, but it takes longer to go there.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. The price-quality ratio is perfect! You just can't find a hotel with breakfast and walking distance to the beach in Dubai for that kind of money! Overall, it is a great hotel for its stars (at the time of writing the review - 2*). The room has an electric kettle with cups and tea and coffee bags, bottled water (2 0.5 bottles, refilled daily). The bathroom has a hairdryer, liquid soap and shampoo. Cleaning is daily. The staff is basically polite, trying to help. The only point is that the transfer to the beach/Dubai mall is shared with another hotel, so there are not always enough places to leave on it. Walking distance to the beach is about 25 minutes. Beach towels are provided at the reception. The breakfasts are quite decent, it's difficult to leave hungry, unless, of course, the diet is not limited. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away, where you can exchange currency and buy necessities at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend the hotel!

The bed linen is perfectly clean and white (as new). There is a shuttle service from the hotel 2 times a day to LA MER beach and Dubai Mall, it would be possible more often, but this is not critical, public transport goes in any direction, if you walk to the beach, then 30 minutes. Once again, I was convinced that in Dubai, if you take a taxi, then only by the meter. Keep in mind that you must attach the card to the validator at the entrance and exit of the subway, in order to avoid debiting funds, taking into account the trip for the longest distance (7.5 dirhams). Among the nice bonuses: the card is also valid on the bus, trolleybus and taxi, and if there is no gap of 30 minutes between a trip to the subway (validator) and a trip on the bus, trolleybus (validator), then the cost continues, and is not charged first, as if you continue your route using subway services. What we expected from the hotel, we got. The breakfasts are monotonous (but this is 2 meals), however, you can eat well and with fruits. The room is already tired in detail, but everything is clean, there is a kettle with a tea set, a bed, pillows, and a decent blanket. I don't understand the good reviews about this hotel. The food is meager and monotonous. There is no way to order lunch with yourself - as a result, 4 lunches and $100 were simply lost. There is no iron, although it is in the description when booking. There were problems with the water too - it was only hot - it was unscrewed with a screwdriver. There are no slippers either. At the check-out, they were not allowed to have lunch 15 minutes earlier. We were in Sharjah a year ago, and there were dinners, and we were let in before leaving, and the food itself was much tastier and more varied (babaganush was always there!). But there's a 3-star hotel. This hotel is obviously no more than 2 years old. The shuttle service to the Dubai Mall was also unavailable when needed. The only advantage is a comfortable bed. The worst hotel I've ever been in. The upholstered furniture in the rooms is shabby and dirty, it smells very strongly as if it had been defecated on, it was impossible to sleep from this smell. Breakfasts and lunches are very meager, if you come at the end of breakfast or dinner, you will eat leftovers and nothing else will be brought, they only bring them separately to the tables of milking Arab vacationers. The room has never been cleaned, there is one small dirty window that does not open, there is high humidity and nothing dries. Transfer to the beach in the form of a small minivan, only half of the vacationers fit in, they climb into it and almost fight. Those who are unlucky go on foot or call a taxi, and the hotel employee just throws up his hands. It's the same with beach towels, only the first ones will get it, the rest are told that there are no towels, they have run out. Vacationing Arabs are provided with the same towels at any time. I do not recommend going to this hotel if you do not want to spoil your vacation.

The hotel is located not far from the beach, "La mer", carries a shuttle, the beach is good, the sand is white and fine, but there is a lot of garbage, the water is clean... But there are no conditions to rinse after the beach, 2 toilets (female and male), but it's very dirty, there's no way to rinse either, there's a shower type outside, buckets weigh, water should flow from there, but no, water doesn't flow, there's nowhere to change clothes, there are some kind of boots without doors, for changing clothes but there's a stink, it's impossible to breathe, apparently someone didn't find a toilet, they went there..., I was very disappointed. I raised the issue at the hotel, I talked with the Guide Ramis, travel agents from the Ufa, Moscow travel agency joined this issue, but I did not achieve any result))) The hotel replied that it was financially expensive for them to take somewhere further to the beach, the guide Ramis promised that he would write to his office, the Moscow agent promised to write a complaint... but there was no response, because I asked them to correspond what they wrote and what they replied to them. I regretted that I had raised this important question. As a result, I found out that there is a dispute between 2 landscaping organizations, and they can't solve this issue in any way ... The beach is urban, abandoned, if someone wants to go to this hotel, so you know))) The agency has its own interests, to sell tours; The guide has his own way to sell the tour ; The staff in the dining room are kind and polite; In the dining room, the assortment is not large, those who are not picky about food will not stay hungry.; The room was cleaned every day, tea set, water were left; The staff at the reception is smiling, but there are no Russian speakers. The first and most important thing: there were three of us, the third sleeping place was a creaky folding sofa (we had a broken frame). When you lie down on it, it seems to fold in the middle, the base rises, the iron rails dig into the body. It is impossible to sleep. At the request, another one was brought, not much better. Bottom line: if there are three of you, someone will have to sleep on the couch, and this is a spoiled vacation, because it is simply impossible to sleep on it. Second: non-opening windows. It was a problem for us. Air conditioning is good, but it is simply necessary to open the window and ventilate. It turned out that the room was cool, but stuffy. For those who care about the availability of fresh air, pay attention. The third point: cleaning up the dump. When checking in, someone's sock was found under the bedside table. They were vacuumed only once in 10 days. The bathroom floor has never been washed. Basically, they take out the garbage, make the bed, put on water, report to the tual. paper and tea set. Tipping doesn't help. Among the advantages: a relatively convenient location, the availability of free transfers to the beach and shopping centers, food for 2 * is acceptable.

We took the simplest standard room, the reservation says no extra bed, of course we did not want to sleep three on the same bed. But everything is OK, apparently all rooms have a sofa that was made for us for the child. The food is good, we took breakfast and dinner, we always ate enough, the breakfast was very varied, there was always meat, fish, fruits for dinner. The beach is a 25-minute walk away, it's too hard with a child in the heat. There is a transfer from the hotel, we tried to go once, but the bus was already full, five people got out of our hotel, there was not enough space for the rest. We took a city bus, two stops to the beach. The metro is about 30 minutes on foot, or 15 minutes by bus. If you feel good about walking and public transport, then it's a great option for your money))

The room is just right for two people. An ironing board and iron are available on request free of charge. Bottled water was brought in new every day, tea bags and coffee with milk substitute, sugar. Room cleaning every day, but also on request. Breakfast, lunch and dinner: buffet. Breakfast: coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, omelette, sausages, various salads, porridge, cereals.. Dinner: broth, rice, pilaf, pasta, gravies, meat, salads, fruits watermelon, orange, melon, apples, carbonated drinks, cakes. We liked everything. Eat as much as you want. They took apples, oranges, and bananas with them. A HUGE PLUS. We had a plane at 23 o'clock, and the check-out was at 12 o'clock. We left our suitcases in the luggage room on the ground floor FREE of CHARGE before the arrival of the transfer. And we walked around the city. Thank you for your hospitality and your benefits.
