I was not satisfied with the fact that when checking in on the reception screen there was only one price per room (25.000)drams on 04/15/25 , but after filling out the documents, 33.250 drams were solemnly announced to me I asked why the price varies, it turned out they forgot to switch the screen. But the date remains early. According to consumer rights, I can buy at the specified price! But the polite staff couldn't change anything. They just forgot to flip through it. In general, this is nonsense.

A chain hotel. In the center of Yerevan (in an alley off the pedestrian street). The standard room is very compact (in other words, small in size!). If you live together - I can't imagine how to "disperse" - there is only a narrow passage around the bed ... But at the same time it is clean, the furniture is in good condition. Don't expect one-time toiletries. In the bathroom there are dispensers with liquid soap and shampoo gel (in one bottle). If anyone is ready to use it ... there are slippers in the room (they are bad, but there are). The breakfasts are great!!!! a wide range (as for such a hotel) and delicious! You can also have lunch there (buffet). In general, if you don't get hung up on the room itself, or rather its size (you can't spend time in the room in Yerevan!!!!), then the impression of the hotel is pleasant! The location itself, cleanliness, staff, kitchen - OK!!!

The modern, comfortable hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. The room is cozy, clean, cleaned every day, linen is changed every day. A comfortable bathroom, a spacious shower cabin, 4 large towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room. The mattress is very comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. In general, everything you need is in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much! We are sincerely grateful and thank the hotel management for such a high level of hospitality! We definitely recommend it

And while we were waiting, and there was another taxi waiting for us, people were also leaving the hotel with us without any delays... "thank you" ibis for such a dismissive attitude.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. Excellent location. The center, all attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are very quiet, no matter where the windows overlook. The standard room is not large in size, but it was not particularly important to us. The furniture is the same as in the entire line of Ibis castings, it does not differ in any way. We took breakfast because we get up early in the morning, and they are from 6.30 to 10.00. The breakfasts are pleasant, the standard menu plus seasonal fruits, three types of nuts, basturma, rose jam was also there. Nice. If you oversleep breakfast, do not worry, there is an excellent DOC cafe nearby with excellent breakfasts. And Yerevan is a <delicious> city, you definitely won't stay hungry here. The room service is excellent, the staff is very pleasant and friendly. Special thanks to the staff. But my husband and I were not much surprised, because we were in different cities and countries of this line of Ibis hotels. For some reason, the water supply in this hotel is not replenished and only one towel per person is issued. I understand that it is 3*, but there should be two towels. Thanks for the slippers. Otherwise, everything is fine. Accept the WORLD cards without problems.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but compared to previous visits, there is a noticeable tendency to aggressive savings. The room is pretty much used and has not been repaired for a long time. Even the individual hand towels have disappeared. At the same time, the rooms, bed linen and towels are clean and in good condition. The air conditioner was turned off for cooling and worked only in ventilation mode, which made the room hot and uncomfortable. The window did not open normally, as it was locked, probably for security reasons. The cost seemed excessive and did not correspond to the services provided .
