A good hotel, the usual level of Ibis. The location is excellent, close to a pedestrian street, all the sights and the most popular restaurants are within walking distance. The superior room has a kettle, slippers, bathrobes, etc. A pleasant restaurant on the 3rd floor on the terrace. Overall, the credit. Breakfast was not taken, there is nothing to say about it.

I have a great impression of the hotel.
The staff is polite and professional, it is clear that they really want to help you. Everyone I've talked to speaks Russian. The room is cleaned daily.
The building itself is modern, with good sound insulation, my room was warm, cozy, with a small refrigerator, safe, TV and bathroom, drinking water from the tap. It is a pity, of course, that there was no kettle in the room (
The hotel is located right in the center of Yerevan, there are many attractions around, it takes 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi.
The prices in the hotel restaurant are higher than around, but the food is really good, the portions are large. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, although some positions have gradually become boring over the week.
Wi-fi works fine, but apparently the speed of wi-fi is not limited between connected devices and someone sometimes ate up all the bandwidth.

We stayed in this hotel for about a week. On the whole, we were satisfied: cleanliness is above all standards, towels were changed every day; delicious, varied breakfasts on the wonderful terrace; very friendly staff.

Nice 3-star hotel.
Honestly, I expected more. The room stock is good, but there is no normal hairdryer, bathrobe in the room, the guest is forced to go to bed naked.
Please replace the old hair dryer, it dries the hair for a very long time and there are no bath accessories.
