Nice 3-star hotel. Honestly, I expected more. The room stock is good, but there is no normal hairdryer, bathrobe in the room, the guest is forced to go to bed naked. Please replace the old hair dryer, it dries the hair for a very long time and there are no bath accessories.

A good hotel, clean, tidy, cleaned regularly. From the incomprehensible: they track whether you smoke or not, even electronic cigarettes. They dig in the trash and look for cigarette butts. They tried to sell a fine, but we didn't smoke. Do not put new water on daily basis. Only upon check-in. Everything else is fine. Very convenient location. Wherever you go, everything is nearby.

With all the advantages that can be listed for a long time, the main advantage of the Ibis Yerevan Center hotel, in my opinion, is its location - next to the most beautiful pedestrian and shopping street, Severny Prospekt. Add to this the charming staff, excellent cuisine, neatness and cleanliness and you don't have to think about where to stay in Yerevan. Only in the Ibis Yerevan center!

I lived here for a week and a half in September. In terms of service, it is a very good 3* hotel. The staff is polite, daily cleaning, towels, mini fridge, safe - no complaints. The location is in the very center of the city. This is both a plus (it is convenient to walk to any point of the city) and a minus (nearby is the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, therefore it is quite noisy late at night). The minus is not critical, because with the window closed and the air conditioner turned on, the sound insulation is of high quality. A couple of quibbles: the shower cabin is not the most successful design (the door opens outwards, so the water drips onto the floor) and the coffee machine in the restaurant (cappuccino is often prepared at breakfast without milk, then without coffee). Well, in my opinion, the cost of living is still too high, even taking into account the location of the hotel. But this assessment is subjective, and as it is, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation.
