I ordered the tile on 31.07 with delivery. They brought 3 boxes of a different caliber, but they said that their wines would be brought to replace them in the near future. After clarification, they said a maximum of 14 days, although they can go the next day depending on how they will go in this direction (Minsk is a world where construction is constantly underway). I think okay, I'll wait. And what do you think? -29.08 almost a month has passed and no one has even called me. I call myself and the delivery service shifts the blame to the salon, the salon for delivery, etc. There are no ends to be found. I call the information center, describe the situation, and of course they also refer to the delivery service, but promise to resolve the situation and contact me in the near future. 30.08 silence again. It was necessary to choose a tile of a certain color, I could not immediately find a suitable one. I went up to the designer, she immediately showed me what I wanted right away!! We drew a project and gave advice on care. Of course, I doubted that the tiles would be combined, but the designer suggested going to the warehouse so that I would make sure that the selected tiles were harmonious, at the same time I checked that the tiles would not differ in tone. I am very pleased that I found what I wanted and such literacy of the staff. It's a pity that I didn't remember the name of the designer girl.

I thought I was buying tiles from the manufacturer.... It turned out that it was just a retail chain. As a result, I bought ceramic tiles here for 30% more expensive than in other retail chains. Alaska tile 7. At the same time, the shock was not from buying 30% more expensive, but from the reaction of the store operator. In general, I advise you, before buying in Keramin, check the prices and you will be extremely surprised by the result!

The worst review for this store. I won't come back. We chose a tile, 2 options, and went to look for an electronic queue to the designer. I didn't find it, I turned to the counter to the bored guys. They gave out a ticket, announced to go to the designer 5, I had to go around the entire 1st floor - I don't find this! They helped, I found it, it turned out to be a bored boy who gave me a ticket. Was it difficult to say come with me here?
Further, the selected tile was discontinued, there was no note about it on the full-fledged stand! What's the point of working like this?
The second option of the tile I selected is the same story.
Customer orientation is 0 out of 10.

I chose and purchased the tile at the Keramin discount center at 27 Kosmonavtov Street, since it was not represented at the exposition even in the main store on Osipovichskaya. However, I had to pick up the order from the main warehouse in Kurasovshchina. I had difficulty parking in the courtyard of the house where the shopping facility is located. But the disadvantages were overcome by the responsive staff. I recommend it for visiting and shopping.

It is better to choose a tile on the spot. You can do it yourself or with a consultant. But I needed a non-standard tile, I first found out by phone what was available for my criteria and volume, booked or immediately arrived and was already determined on the spot. Non-grade is 3-4 times cheaper. I took everything I needed to the bathhouse, garage, workshop and was very glad.

We bought a ceramic tile for the bathroom. One tile from the entire batch was of a different tone and, as luck would have it, lay in the most prominent place. We toured all the warehouses that had tiles of this model and this tone, but it was all different. The most interesting thing is that even the tiles that the warehouse staff brought to us, in a new box, differed in tone, which they themselves noticed, after which they laughed just as cheerfully packed it and carried it to the place. So someone will be as lucky as we are. I strongly do not recommend buying this tile. I also recommend checking the tile immediately, the deliverers are in a hurry and do not want to wait until you check the tile. We were told that if there was a broken tile, it would ring when carrying it. As a result, there were a couple of broken tiles, written off as combat losses. The tile model is Edda 7D, tone 1.

I ordered a Canzone - R-7 floor tile. My order was assembled from two standard sizes (half of the order size 600 x 600 mm and half 598 x 598 mm). For the tiler, this resulted in the fact that the person could not lay the tile and withstand a smooth seam. Literally the next day, in the same batch, it was revealed that the order was assembled from two tones (tone 8 and tone 14). The tiles on the floor were different in color. I had to buy additional tiles in tone 14 and standard size H from the same collection in order to report at least in one room. The remaining tile still lies in the corner of the tone 8 and the standard size G. In addition to this, seven years ago I bought a suspended toilet from them, so out of five pieces in stock, only one turned out to be without a hole (Sink or crack).

The consultant, upon repeated request, said that according to the specification there should be Czech fittings, but they put a Russian one in which the gasket does not fit, although the necessary gaskets and Czech fittings are available at the enterprise. To get out of the situation, the consultant offered to buy suitable fittings on the spot, only for a fee. When buying, another consultant did not say anything about the fact that the fittings included in the kit would not fit during installation. Divorce.
