The service in the store is at 0. Until you call the consultants yourself, they will not come, look around the hall. There is no queue at the warehouse, we are waiting for 28 minutes, there are no words! Employees do not wear masks, I understand that this is not necessary, I stand in a mask so as not to infect someone, I take care of others and I would like to have the same attitude towards myself. They also nod their heads, look, they didn't like that they made a remark in the hall, so they need to show a colleague who is not happy. It would be better to increase the level of service, with this approach, customers will go to a store where customers are appreciated.

I give one star precisely because the working time does not match the actual one! And also Sat and sun weekends!
And so the store is good!
Apparently he hurried to write a review saying that he was good! We waited for 9.00, and there were a maximum of 5 customers. None of the consultants came up. We placed an order at the reception ourselves. We stood at the checkout for 10 minutes, as there is only one cash register. The service has certainly fallen, alas... Not the one that was before. Plus, knowing that the situation with coronavirus is not the best, all employees are without masks.
And I will add more. We have been standing for 20 minutes waiting for the shipment of the unfortunate 3 boxes of tiles from the warehouse. I understand if there were a lot, but 4 square tiles and so much to wait for. It's a horror, not a store. They completely ruined their image for me personally.

According to the discounts, the designer will count so that it will be cheaper without a discount. I was not the first to fall for their tricks. I know more than ten people personally who got caught in this scam, from two to five BOXES of tiles remain superfluous for people .
