It's very easy to book a trip on the website, but using the free cancellation service offered is another quest. After booking, a 50% prepayment is required and a free cancellation is offered more than 20 days before the date of the trip. We rested at the Krinitsa sanatorium 6 times. In 2024, they rested from May 24 to June 08. We really like the sanatorium. Firstly, its location, well-groomed territory, the forest massif surrounding this territory, a beautiful reservoir with an equipped beach.
We express our gratitude to the director of the sanatorium, Viktor Viktorovich, for the fact that every year the sanatorium is transformed, thanks to modern repairs both in public areas and in rooms, new equipment and new furniture.
Many thanks to the canteen chef. The food is always fresh, tasty and varied.
This year we lived on the 4th floor of the 1st building in room 416 and thanks to the work of the maids, there was always perfect cleanliness.

Faced with an unpleasant situation . My grandmother rested in the sanatorium from 08/22/2024 to 09/01/2024. Initially, I had to go with a relative: the vouchers and a double room were paid in full, but at the last moment the relative refused to go. I did not return the funds, because according to the rules of the sanatorium, it is necessary to warn about non-appearance 6 days in advance. I'm not arguing with that.
However, my grandmother was forced to pay an additional amount on the spot for the fact that she would live alone in a double room, despite the fact that a) at that time there were no available single rooms, and there was nowhere to move her b) the ticket for the second person was fully paid.
Grandma was in tears , she was silent for three months , she was afraid to admit to us , she was ashamed that she had spent all her savings on this.
The employee of the sanatorium did not go to the meeting, did not express regret and understanding, and did not try to solve the problem.
Be careful when booking and be prepared for the fact that your elderly relative may be deceived.

I would like to tell you about bartenders who brazenly harass vacationing women. This is the case when one black sheep spoils the whole flock. Moreover, no words from the women themselves that they do not like it and do not need anything do not work in any way. How else to convey that this should not be done is not clear. - a lot of procedures - I recommend manual massage at Overchuk S.N., just great!;
- everything is within walking distance;
- lots of excursions and entertainment;
good girls at the reception desk, at the reception desk.
Now the cons:
cleaning leaves much to be desired (plumbing, dust), all the sockets in the room barely hold, the shower is very uncomfortable, poor Internet.
In general, I recommend both for rest and for treatment.

We are resting in a sanatorium now, for the first time in Belarus.We liked the sanatorium, I didn't even expect it for such a price.A large territory, the buffet is replete with dishes, there are many, varied,everything is in abundance,cooked products are reported on time, but not always delicious soups.We rest on a wellness package, we do the procedures ourselves, all without problems, at a reasonable price.But I will add a little negativity on cleaning.Wet cleaning is done on request, Or it is so routine, Or the maid does not cope well with her duties.And another big minus with the change of bed linen, on this day the maid put a set of bed linen on the bed and everything, fill it up yourself!!!!This is the first time I've seen this in a sanatorium, especially one claiming four stars.!I ask you to correct this issue somehow.I wish the sanatorium prosperity in the future, we will try to come here more than once.

We rested for the second year.very dignified. Very friendly staff, helpful, solve all requests (medical reception is super).
The rooms are nice, large, cleaning is regular, towels were always changed upon request (the shower comes out of the "banks"). The treatment is qualified, everyone is doing great, it feels like people are sincere about their work. The food is delicious, homemade, diverse (salads of 6-8 types, fish every day (pink salmon, mackerel, Hake, herring,, under a fur coat,,), pancakes-just space. The cooks are smart. Now a small one, BUT... the beach, there were not enough sun beds(the beach is well-groomed, beautiful, people come to relax from the city, take sun beds... Therefore, there are not enough vacationers.)
I would like to reconsider the beach access regime. They took a minibus to the pool (there were enough tracks for everyone).The territory is huge, there is a place to walk, admire the roses, breathe the forest air. The cultural program is diverse: excursions to the city, trade shows, concerts and how can there be no disco.
Of course, there were some vacationers who were upset about something. . . So that's what they want to say...you want it to be like in Turkey.. Buy a 3* hotel...and get everything like a 5*... We have a large selection of sanatoriums... Krinitsa is very decent.
Recommending it to everyone, and as they say... Yes, we want to go back there next year.

About the Krinitsa sanatorium: in general, if you are over 60 years old, then it's fine. Somehow I was not ready for such a format of rest and realized that it was too early for me))) . The medical staff is polite, everything will be explained and shown. The rooms are not big, but we had enough. Nutrition: depending on which shift is working. When we first arrived, I didn't like it at first, it reminded me of the dining room. Then it was tastier. The territory is huge. In general, the rest was a success. We slept it off.

An excellent sanatorium. It is located 3 minutes from the MKAD, if you are by car and want to visit Minsk, then this is a great option. The car park is both free and paid, please have three meals a day (buffet, we were only at breakfast, but after breakfast we could safely skip lunch), Minsk is 2 minutes away and you immediately get to Independence Ave. Of course, the numbers may differ from the photos, so this point needs to be clarified. We had a rest with my husband at the sanatorium "Krinitsa" in late March- early April 2024. It was the first time in Belarus, the choice fell on this sanatorium completely by chance and turned out to be very correct from all points of view!
We went to the sanatorium from Moscow by car. We left Moscow at 3.40 and were at the sanatorium at 12.40 (it was raining and very heavy fog that night, visibility was 150-200 meters, so we drove at a speed of no more than 70 km/ h until dawn), the road back took 8 hours (including 1 stop for refueling, 1 stop for a snack and walking- to warm up, crossing the border (which took us 5-7 minutes (in both directions), there were one or two cars in front of us, the border guard checked the passports, examined the interior and trunk of the car).
Location. We really liked the location of the sanatorium, a huge territory in a pine forest on the shore of the Krinitsa reservoir, literally a kilometer behind the Minsk ring road. There is a bus stop nearby, from which you can get both to the city center and to the railway station, large shopping complexes, to the Zhdanovichi market.
Somewhere about a kilometer away is the railway station "Zhdanovichi", from which you can also get to the city center. The nearest supermarket "Korona" is about 1.3 km away, but half of the road passes through the forest and does not tire at all. The territory of the sanatorium itself is very well maintained, a lot of flowers (we were in spring, and in summer there is probably an extraordinary beauty), beautifully trimmed junipers, paths all around, a huge number of benches, benches, swings! There is a children's playground and a gym, a barbecue area. The air, thanks to the pine forest, is simply amazing!
And what beautiful sunsets on the shore of the reservoir!
There is also a paid guarded parking on site, for those who arrived by car, and there is free parking outside the territory.

And now the most important thing is the sanatorium. The sanatorium buildings (buildings 1 and 2)
are connected by warm passages to the medical department and the dining room, but buildings 3 and 4 are located at a considerable distance from the main buildings, as well as the mud clinic.
Mud baths
There are many procedures, although now they are prescribed, as well as in Russian sanatoriums, a very limited number. The only drawback is the schedule of procedures, it is very "ragged", there may be one procedure before breakfast, one at 11 a.m. and 2 more after lunch, and also at my husband's, because of this it was very difficult to get out somewhere on an excursion or just go for a walk in the city. However, when contacting the medical registry, the administrator, if possible, postponed the procedures to another, more convenient time, which we used several times. If you have a ticket for more than 4 days, then a visit to the pool is provided (there is no pool on the territory of the sanatorium, but they take you by minibus to the Ratomka recreation center, it's 7-10 minutes away), the pool is large, clean, there were only vacationers from the sanatorium and 1-3 outsiders. There is a grocery store on the territory of the sanatorium with a very good working schedule, if I'm not mistaken, it works every day until 21 o'clock. You can buy both groceries and cosmetics, basic necessities, the prices are exactly the same as in other stores in the city. There is also an industrial goods store and a hairdresser.
We liked the staff of the sanatorium, the exception was one of the canteen administrators, I don't know her name, a girl with long hair, very unfriendly to vacationers, but for us this lady was exactly the exception, the rest of the staff we encountered was always polite and friendly. For treatment-5.
Number. We had a two-room room in the 2nd building, as I wrote above, the 1st and 2nd buildings are connected by warm passages to the medical department and the dining room, but during our stay in the bathroom department (through which the passage from the 2nd building to the 1st is carried out) there was a repair and we had to pass through the street. The room was cleaned daily, or rather the garbage was taken out daily, and wet cleaning, as we understood, was carried out once every 3 days, bed linen and towels were changed on the 5th day. The room has a bedroom and a living room, a TV, a small refrigerator, a kettle, cups, spoons, glasses, the only drawback is the lack of air conditioning (which will be very significant in summer and there is no hair dryer). Food. In the sanatorium, meals are organized according to the buffet system, which means that you will definitely not be hungry. The range is not very large, but there is always something to choose from. The only thing I didn't like about the word at all is soups. I really love soups, but it was impossible to eat them here, vinegar was added to almost every soup, especially borscht. The first few days I took soup, but I never finished it, and then I just stopped taking it. Good steamed cutlets, meat, several types of salads and side dishes. In the morning there were always porridges and almost every day pancakes, omelets, boiled sausages or sausages, cutlets, cheese, butter, sausage. Of the pastries, there were mostly different cookies, freshly baked buns, if I'm not mistaken, there were 2 or 3 times in 12 days. Food is solid 4.

City. The city of Minsk was simply a delight, cleanliness, beautiful architecture, everything is very well maintained, no shabby housing stock has been seen anywhere. New neighborhoods each has its own architecture, there is no high-rise construction, each neighborhood is built according to an individual project, but neighboring neighborhoods all combine with each other and therefore the city makes a very pleasant impression, it has its own face! Excellent transport, runs on schedule, you can always plan your trip.

In the dining room (which is called a restaurant), they forget to put napkins where they should always be, there are not enough dishes either; there are no glasses, pie plates, not to mention pies. You can say no to baking , it's been the same cake and cookies for three days now. Where are the delicious Belarusian pastries and pancakes?. There is no such dish that can be said - Oh, how delicious. The cook even managed to spoil the cheesecakes and casserole, it's just baked flour. Morning liquid porridges are laid out on trays - horror. And the DJ is ON THE SOAP!!! It is not even clear where such music comes from...

Even mashed potatoes are whipped with a blender to the state of plasticine. Salads are made from 90% cabbage. There is no gym. There are no entertainment programs for children. The children's room is open from Monday to Thursday for a limited time. All procedures are strictly on schedule. I arrived earlier or I was late, but I didn't get there. We had a rest in November 2024. Room 501, building 1. It's tinny. It was cold, there was no hot water (slightly warm-summer). We turned to the reception, it became warmer in the room, but not in everything, only where you sleep. You can't go out into the corridor without slippers, it's warmer in the common corridor. To wash yourself, there is no question, you will get sick. A surcharge is required for changing the room. There is a buffet in the dining room, there seems to be food, but there is nothing to eat.

I had a rest from March 10, 2024 - 14 days.
A big minus: a cold room in building 2, the heater does not save, it was also cool in the assembly hall and the room next to the bar-they sat in jackets for movies and events. The kettle is bad, there is a lot of scale and the water is all white, cleaning the spiral did not help and scale appeared again. From the second week I moved to the 1st building with an additional fee, the room is warm there, the kettle was excellent.
In all rooms, the plums in the shower are forgotten.
I washed up and arrived with bronchitis and a runny nose.
Catering and food: you won't stay hungry for a lot of food, but it's not tasty. The buffet did not get all the dishes, fruits, and desserts if you did not arrive at the beginning of the shift.
Positive:

I don't even know how to describe my impressions. We had a trip without treatment. Meals are served in two shifts, we had a second shift. On the first day we came for dinner, everything was cold and there was practically nothing to eat. However, vinaigrette and small cutlets were brought later. In the following days it was better, probably someone complained, the food was warm. If anyone likes to eat meat, it's not here. They were treated to sausages and cutlets. Once there was a chicken, small pieces. This is understandable, people take such an amount, you think, do they really eat so much at home. Of course, I understand that there are no companions for the taste and color, but I did not like the Food.
The accommodation was good, probably recently renovated. Wi-Fi rarely appeared on my phone, it worked well for my husband. The territory of the sanatorium is large, there is a place to walk by the lake. Beautiful sunsets in the evening. I've been to a concert with Belarusian pop artists twice, I liked it (the concert is paid). The location of the sanatorium is very good, you can get to Minsk by train, by taxi. Zhdanovichi station is 10 minutes from the sanatorium and 15 minutes from Minsk.

I rested in the sanatorium for the 3rd time!And I saw the differences from previous years! First of all, the price of paid procedures!!! We are all in shock! We rested for 11 days, from September 23 to October 4 this year, and received only 4 free treatments, the rest are paid!!! Mud treatment, mineral pearl bath,speleotherapy, vortex baths, hand massage,SMT DDT Amlipulse!!! What are 4 massages??? Yes, nothing!!! It's a shame! And the prices for paid procedures range from 450 to 750 rubles!!! The repair was done perfectly in the 1st building!!!Towels are changed every 3 days, bedding is changed once a week! Buffet for 4-5!!! And finally, concerts, often paid - prices from 600 rubles to 750!!! We were pleased with the dance evenings, especially when Elena Matetskaya and Alexander Eduardovich worked!!! All requests of vacationers were fulfilled!!! And they even danced the Belarusian polka and Padespan!!! super!!!Many thanks to them for such fun!!!

A good sanatorium is not far from Minsk. It is convenient to get there by train and by car. Respectful staff, excellent treatments (held until the evening), varied buffet meals. Very beautiful nature, lake. I liked everything here.

The sanatorium is located in a nature reserve on the shore of the lake. It's a very beautiful place. The sanatorium was built in the 60s. The housings are in good condition. A very good medical base. There are many procedures, mud baths, herbal medicine, massage, baths. There is a sauna on site. In summer, there is a lake, a beach, a cafe. The food in the dining room is varied, boiled or steamed. The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. The staff is friendly. I recommend to rest and get some treatment.

For the first time I had a rest in this sanatorium.
Positive:
Check-in is fast and high-quality, I immediately made an appointment with a doctor. You manage to do the procedures. The procedures are of high quality, the staff is responsive. In the morning, the procedures begin at 7 o'clock.
The territory is large.
The rooms are cleaned every day, there is an iron and a blackboard on the floor.
A shuttle service is organized. From the airport 75 bel.rub
Cons:
-Smoking on balconies and in rooms. I contacted the administration several times, to no avail.
- It's very noisy in the territory. The janitor works all day with the wind blowing under the windows.
The music is very loud on the dance floor from 8 to 10 p.m.
The participants of the Spartakiad of trade unions arrived, they ran around the territory, shouted, and drank until one-thirty in the morning.
- the main disadvantage is nutrition. A meager buffet, tasteless food. One side dish for four days. The menu for the day does not match the availability. Heavy food for dinner (meat, fish). There is no cottage cheese or cheese. It's not easy to have dinner. Of the drinks, only kefir or tea. No milk in the evening.
The buffet range between the halls is different.
I'm going to the sanatorium for silence, clean air and treatment, not for the noise and smell of tobacco.

I rested in the sanatorium "Krinitsa" 6-7 times and considered it one of the best sanatoriums in Belarus. Therefore, we paid for a standard double room from 28.10 to 9.11 2024, based on the description of the room on the sanatorium's website, where, in particular, the availability of Wi-Fi and good TV was indicated. This is a deception - in fact, there is not even an available network in the room. There is a TV, but it shows 1 program, the rest - through thick ripples. It is impossible to read or knit in the room - there is no individual lighting, there is a bedside lamp between the beds. The sanatorium offers treatment of the musculoskeletal system, and in the room, instead of comfortable chairs, there are only 2 stools, on which it is impossible to sit with a sore back. There is a large glazed balcony, but it is completely empty, not even a chair on it. There is only 1 (one) hook in the towel rack in the bathroom.
The number of procedures included in the treatment package has been reduced to a minimum and offers mainly physical therapy, physiotherapy, salt cave, mechanical massage.
The mud treatment procedure is of such quality that after it it is enough just to wipe the skin with a napkin. All effective procedures in the "Krinitsa" are only paid, but even then some are denied.
The staff of the sanatorium has changed significantly for the worse. When registering at the sanatorium, we, in outerwear, tired from the road, were forced to wait about 25 minutes while managers Julia and Victoria discussed personal matters, communicated with vacationers who came to the counter. After the people in the queue for registration began to be indignant, the girls condescended to do their job... It is important for me to have Internet in my room - I sleep very poorly and often listen to audiobooks at night, so when I discovered the absence of the promised Wi-Fi, I turned to the same Julia. She sent me to G.Kovalsky to solve the problem on my own. G.Kovalsky, who introduced himself as the head physician of the sanatorium (?!), in response to my bewilderment about the absence
The Internet, said (quote) : "I didn't promise you anything! Let's try to do something...it will not work, so there will be no Internet."
There is no Internet in the room!!! The "kind" staff advised me to use the "couch in the hallway" when I need Wi-Fi. I guess I'll have to spend the night there.
On the positive side: comfortable beds in the room; a wonderful, large sanatorium park; delicious and varied food (especially first and meat dishes and dairy products).
I would like to add that the price of vouchers has been increased by 2 times compared to 2022, and the level of service has significantly deteriorated.
I do not recommend the sanatorium "Krinitsa" in terms of price-quality ratio.
