Not bad procedures, pleasant staff in the majority, the beautiful territory is well-groomed, but the food in the dining room is a boooooooo minus of this place! On the plus side: the staff is responsive, the area is beautiful.
Cons: the reception is open from 8 to 17!!! I can't understand it at all, it's just some kind of nonsense. Secondly, there is absolutely no WiFi, only near the reception, it constantly crashes in other places, everyone complains and moans, but nothing changes.

An excellent sanatorium, we did not even expect it, because we were vacationing for the first time in Belarus. We had a rest in early May.The weather was sunny.Many thanks to the staff for their care and sensitivity.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day and towels and linen are replaced (this is who wrote in the reviews that they do not change towels - lies!!! ).The maids are helpful, they will always help.The food is excellent, you will not stay hungry.Special THANKS to the chefs!!!! The procedures are all great!!! Proximity to Minsk.You can get there by bus - 90 kopecks, by minibus - 2 rubles or by train - 0.48 kopecks..We went on excursions to the Brest Fortress and around Minsk in the evening - we ordered at the tour desk at the railway station.The sanatorium has a huge territory, good service,food, staff attitude.

It's time for me to write a review. I rested from 03/26 to 04/05/2024. I returned to this sanatorium for the third time in the last 8 years. I have only positive impressions. If there were any shortcomings, they were compensated. I got a single room in the second building (as I indicated in the booking), but on the ground floor with a view of the lake. The view from the ground floor at the end of March is not very good. It was pretty cool. But they immediately brought me a heater and offered me another blanket. For the summer season, this side will be very comfortable to live in. The room was cleaned in good faith, it was necessary to replace towels or a sheet for procedures - please. The territory is large, clean, well-groomed, the paths are tiled, benches, gazebos. Those who like walking are the best. Nature is awesome! I saw such a large number of trees, birds, and squirrels, which also pleased me. Promenade. There you can disappear for hours, rocking on a rocker, admiring the water, ducks, seagulls, swans. All conditions have been created for this. The staff is friendly and friendly. On the penultimate day, for technical reasons, the coniferous pearl bath was canceled, but they immediately contacted me and offered a contactless hydro massage at a convenient time for me. Natalia is a very pleasant administrator of the dining room - she is always friendly, friendly, with a smile. The food is quite varied. For every taste. There were various sweet biscuits, sponge roll, charlotte, pancakes with poppy seeds, jelly, cream with berries. From fruits: apples, oranges, grapefruits, pears. I didn't like the coffee from the machine at all. But this is my personal opinion. In the 1st building, the device was launched in the lobby before my departure. The cappuccino is very tasty there. 4 rubles, but payment is only by card. And, in general, with the payment in cash, not very much. Therefore, it is better to pay with a card when paying for procedures, and in a cafe, and in a store. Dancing in a sanatorium is a separate chapter! Whoever comes to dance, dances. Of the three DJs who led discos, I liked Elena the most. She was sociable, cheerful, attentive, knew which song to turn on for which vacationer. Good girl! In general, I had a great rest! Everywhere they give out napkins, disposable diapers, or sets of clothes for procedures, hygiene at the highest level. The only disadvantage is the lack of water, there are very few coolers with water, there is no water at all in case 2, either from the tap, and then into your bottles, or you carry it from the store. The room stock is different, the 1st building has been renovated, it is very good there, I lived in 1m and was disappointed, there are 1 sockets in the room, so either tea or charging the phone or a table lamp, because there is no bedside lighting. The territory is well maintained, there is a place to walk, some entertainment in the evening, but we went for a walk to Minsk, 25 minutes and you are in the center. We were from June 15th to 26th. Apart from the fact that we lived in the 3rd building on the 3rd floor without an elevator, with a baby shower (if you want to bend down to wash your feet, then you need to open the cabin doors, there is no other way) and there were more than 1000 steps to the main building and the dining room in one direction, we were satisfied! We rested in the sanatorium 2023-2024 And went purposefully with a New Year's corporate party. That's where it all started! We were traveling in a company, some Belarusians, some Russians, wanted to celebrate the New Year together. But, the corporate party was divided into two parts! The 1st building was marked in the dining room of the 1st building, 2 and 3 in the dining room of the 3rd building. Our whole company was divided into 2 parts. The corporate event cost us 250 rubles (7,500 rubles) per person. We celebrated the New Year, went out in the morning hoping for a continuation (ear, entertainment program), but if you want to have fun, have fun YOURSELF! We walked around and went by the numbers! IT'S SAD!
IF you are traveling in winter, watch the weather! It's cold in the rooms, those who grabbed the heaters more quickly, the rest were given extra blankets! There were such nights, we slept in hoodies with a hood on our heads!
As for the entertainment program, there is none at all! A bar with a disco program a la the 80s, it's beyond comprehension!!! When the "DISC JOCKEY" was asked to put on music to dance, he replied: "Don't you like it? Get out of here! "AWESOME!

I rest in the sanatorium for the second time, both times in winter, there are a lot of questions about scheduling procedures, as well as making changes to the schedule of procedures.
The distribution of procedures was absolutely thoughtless, just to "mess up" and quickly close the issue. For example, there could be 9 procedures on one day, and only one on the other. The doctor's recommendations for visiting procedures every other day were not taken into account when making a schedule by a specialist at all. For example, every day or with a break of several days, instead of one. With two water treatments, a bath and an underwater shower massage, the distribution was as follows: then not one per day, then two at once, and almost one after the other. First, a water procedure in one building, an hour later a thermal procedure in another building (walking down the street in winter), an hour later another water procedure, again in another building, walking down the street again in winter. We asked to put an aromatherapy procedure for two people together. The specialist who distributes the procedures explained that there is no possibility, although in fact, when they came with their husband at their different times, there were plenty of free places, for one time or another. The person who distributed the procedures to us has no idea and no medical approach to this issue. I would like to note that both arrivals were scheduled by the same person, Rapinchuk Anna Yuryevna. The question is important, the employee is not competent. Several times we asked to postpone the procedures, put them together, already to other employees, they also coped with this task once. The attitude to paid procedures is like this, paid is your problem if you can't visit for any reason and there is no way to reschedule. But if you haven't paid yet, then they will definitely reschedule. Tested on yourself. There was no such terrible schedule in any sanatorium (the number of sanatoriums visited by my husband and me is more than 10), as well as none of the sanatoriums had problems with postponing procedures.

The dining room is a separate topic. After the first day of your stay, it became clear that you need a separate set of clothes for the dining room, otherwise, if you don't take it off, then the dining room will be with you everywhere all day. The smell eats into the fabric tightly. It's tinny. The dining room itself stinks like hell.
In terms of food, a solid three. The food is not hospital food, but analogies arise. It's good that I'm full wherever there are grated carrots and sour cream.
Most procedures last 15-20 minutes and are quite simple. For example, mud treatment is the application of a mud cloth to a joint, etc. Smeared, you're sitting. The rest is the same. Nature is wonderful. It is 20 minutes to the center of Minsk, a taxi is two times cheaper than Moscow, for example.
As a result, it is a mixture of a rest home and a hospital.

The biggest advantage is the cleanliness and well-groomed territory of the sanatorium. Food is a separate article, they are fed like a slaughter, buffet, very tasty and homemade!! The rooms are nice and cozy. Everything is there. The staff is not intrusive, they will explain everything and prompt you. The location is fabulous right in the forest, the air is fresh, the beauty!! Treatment and accommodation: treatment for 5. There is everything your heart desires. Five treatment options for five sessions for free. The rest is for a fee. The accommodation is also good. The rooms are budget and not very normal on the 4th floor. We were in 427. Another 322 is good. They are very spacious. Payment is cash or a mir card. The latter method is more profitable.
Demand a contract for yourself, so as not to get confused about what was paid and what was not. There's some kind of system with checks, you get a bunch of options and you walk around with checks with a roll of toilet paper. This one's in one office, this one's in another. In short, it's not convenient, but you get used to it. The treatment schedule is made up at the medical reception very conveniently and they will always go to a meeting.
Rooms: there is an elevator, but it is closer to the dining room. And the treatment is in another wing of the building. It will be difficult for those with limited mobility.

And the work of the puncher was not conducive to rest. Room cleaning was practically non-existent. But the food is a buffet. There are always four salads to choose from. Two side dishes, fish, meat dishes. If you take good paid procedures, it is better to call and arrange. In the evening, the musicians perform for money. A disco every day. Not a bad sanatorium. They take you on excursions from the sanatorium. But you can also drive to Minsk on your own for a walk.

The food is below average. I don't know what to expect from a place for 120 rubles a day and whether it's worth it. I visited this sanatorium twice, a weekend tour. The impressions are twofold. I travel around Belarus to different sanatoriums, there is something to compare it with. The rooms are excellent in the 1st and 2nd buildings, it was cold in January. The food is varied, but not always delicious. The procedures are the same as everywhere else, but the price is different, an order of magnitude higher. There is no room cleaning for 2 days, only garbage collection.

I rested and was treated in September 2022, I really liked it, the food was very tasty, many different procedures, very attentive staff starting from the reception, the kindest people in Belarus, I want to get there again. We had a rest in Krinitsa with my husband from September 18 to 27. We arrived in our own car. At the reception, the girls were very cordially received, everything was told, explained, before settling into the room they managed to put the car in a paid parking lot (100 ross.rubles a day), went to the doctor's appointment, discussed and prescribed all paid and free procedures, had lunch and checked into the room. We got the 3rd building, it's a bit far from the main one, but we've had enough for a year ahead.
The procedures are cool. I really liked the pearl baths and massage chair, my husband was getting high from manual massage and underwater shower massage.
The territory of the sanatorium is very well maintained, and the reservoir is generally out of the question.
There are no complaints about the room, clean, tidy,cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every 5 days. Refrigerator,kettle,dishes, everything in the room.
On nutrition:buffet in two shifts. We liked everything. The food was very varied and there was a lot of it, you definitely won't stay hungry. Surprised some vacationers who were outraged by the lack of fried and spicy, you're in a sanatorium, not in Turkey.
In general, everything was very pleasant and we had a great rest.
Of the minuses:
It would be nice to provide bathrooms with a hairdryer, we didn't have it in our room.
The rental did not work. We wanted to take bikes, but it's not fate, and it's a pity that there are no rental boats and catamarans.
It is also a pity that there is no own pool

Delicious food. Respect for the vacationer of all staff. The rooms are well equipped for living. The territory is well maintained. Landscaping is carried out regularly , which always makes it easy and pleasant to
