The first impression was good. The territory is large and well maintained. It stands on the shore of a small lake. But everything went wrong when checking into the room. The room is very cold. The batteries are barely warm. It's blowing from the windows. It is completely uncomfortable in the room. Especially when you come from the street where the air temperature is -10. The appeal to the administration has not yet given any response. An additional heater was allocated. But in a two-room room it is not enough. So far, the mood is disgusting. We checked in for 8 days. Let's wait and see. If something changes for the better, I will add stars. I will not add stars, we continue to freeze. I can't say anything bad about nutrition. The usual sanatorium food. But considering the cold, everything in the dining room is cold. We have to heat everything up. Fortunately, there is a microwave in the dining room. The rooms are not cleaned. At most, the floor is wiped at the entrance to the room.

The sanatorium is wonderful!
If you are an elderly person and have problems with the musculoskeletal system, then I recommend buying a ticket to 1 or 2 buildings.
It is a long way to go to the 3rd building and up the stairs, it is difficult to walk if there are health problems.
In the heat, I think the buildings are stuffy, there are no air conditioners.
For procedures that are in demand, for example, an underwater shower massage, you need to sign up before your trip to the sanatorium, a month in advance. I called the reception and they signed me up. Otherwise, you may not get in or get few treatments.
In general, I liked everything. There is something to compare it with. I have been to many health resorts in Belarus.

We took a ticket without treatment, we planned to buy the procedures on the spot. The program stated on the website could not be purchased, part of the equipment did not work. But they picked up other procedures. All employees are very attentive and took into account our requests and requests. We went to the pool once, and the bus from the sanatorium carries us. I liked the pool. The room was in the third clopus. Upon arrival, his mystery was clarified, the rooms when booking in other buildings were sold out and cost a little more. The building is located at a considerable distance from the dining room and the main medical building, and also on an elevation. 15 thousand steps were taken in a day. The territory is large, well-groomed, everything is covered with trees. There is a beach with sun beds, swimming was forbidden, unfortunately. A 15-minute walk away there is a public beach with a cafe and a shower, where people swam. Benches, swings, fountains, playground, swans, ducks, I liked everything. The food in the dining room was simple but delicious, there was enough of everything. We were invited to go on excursions and to the theater. There was music and a disco in the evening. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from the train station in Minsk.

The sanatorium is located in a wonderful location, on the shore of the Minsk Sea, surrounded by a pine forest. The territory is gentrified and clean.

Regarding treatment services. Little, very unimportant. Even on a paid basis, it was not possible to get a massage. They said there was no one to do it. And services like aromatherapy for an insane amount of time (we left after 25 minutes, we couldn't stand it) are not impressive at all.
Food. There's a complete failure here!!!! I never thought that food could be so spoiled by cooking ... plus the stench is terrible: from stale food, from a Soviet-style sink, from food cooked in unclear oil ... a meager assortment that is very quickly snapped up.
In our case, we either go to Minsk and have lunch there, or we buy everything in the store. Whether it was worth paying for breakfast, lunch and dinner is a question. Honestly, we did not expect such a failure in nutrition at the buffet, declared by the sanatorium.

A large sanatorium, near Minsk. There is a bus stop nearby, it is easy to get there without a personal car. Good service, helpful staff, a large selection of buffet meals. The room is neat and clean. It was unlucky that during the visit to the sanatorium, from 30.03.23 to 04.10.23, the second and third floors are being renovated in the sanatorium. The workers who were employed for this purpose behaved negatively, to put it mildly, without any respect for the patients. Finally. When pouring water on marble platforms after taking the toilets into the elevator, the water was not cleaned. After that, I'm disabled, slipped and fell. I broke my arm, and they didn't even move to help. Thanks to the other person. The help of the medical center was provided by wrapping a bandage around the wrist and smearing it with some kind of ointment. They did not offer transport to a medical facility where there is an X-ray, since there is none here. Pointing out that the drowning man's business is his business. And they did not understand that this is an occupational injury. Canteen. The Swedish table. To put it mildly. All that remains after yesterday, other ingredients are added and served. Mashed potatoes, the main course. After yesterday, it is warmed up and served. For 12 days, the side dish of pasta and buckwheat was 2 days, pearl barley was 2 days. The rest is mashed potatoes. Cakes, cutlets, meatballs are out of competition. Don't take it. 80% bread, the rest is not clear what. Take the fish. At least it's clear what it is. The meat, sometimes in the form of goulash, is filled with sauce and it is not clear what is there. Although there is meat there.. Salads for the amateur. In any case, do not go to the small hall. This is the unloading room. When the big hall is full, then they go to the small hall. But the risk here is that there is less choice of dishes and when there are empty seats in the large hall, all the dishes are taken from the small hall to the large one. You seem to have already chosen something, took it to the table, ahhh came for the rest, and there's nothing there anymore. Shortly This is not Turkey. Prices are certainly below average. But it was elementary to make it somehow more comfortable.. Well, the responsibility of the administration should be increased.

I liked the sanatorium. It is located in a gorgeous location on the shore of the reservoir, a beautiful promenade and territory. Minsk can be reached in 15 minutes by taxi or by train. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Good treatment, mineral pump room, there are cosmetic procedures (paid). As for the food: simple humble food. The food in the dining room is decent, I put a big minus for the dining room, namely: there are no trays, food is carried in plates, it is very inconvenient, plates and tea are at the beginning of the hall and you have to carry tea from one end of the hall to the other. And the last most unpleasant thing is when, during a meal, they go and collect plates and scrape the leftovers into the basin. This is generally a caper! We have never seen such a thing anywhere!!! It's disgusting to the point of vomiting. Give people a tray, I ate, I cleaned up after myself.

The list of procedures is very modest, some are not available at all, there are no diets, although the site indicates that the buffet is meager and monotonous, of scoop quality, while queues at the distribution, as a result, some dishes are not enough for everyone ..., I stayed there for half of 10 days, poisoned myself and went home to be treated, of course about there is no question of a refund for services not rendered...!(((. My husband and I have been vacationing at the Krinitsa sanatorium for the second year in a row. And we do not regret the choice of a wonderful sanatorium. Having arrived this year, it is clear that the sanatorium is developing and is not standing still. Please accept my deep gratitude for the fabulous vacation in the sanatorium "Krinitsa ". A large and well-maintained area with a variety of plants, including many beautiful flowers and conifers. There are many benches with canopies and various swings. The resort's huge private beach is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very tidy. The rooms have a TV, kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator, wardrobe, hangers. Everything for a wonderful holiday. Cleaning is done on schedule and upon request. I would like to mention the employees of the canteen separately! It's just super. Everything is so delicious and beautifully served. The variety of buffet dishes is no different from the Swedish tables abroad. Always clean and the dishes are cleaned at the time. We are here now. The only advantage is the location. Very close to Minsk, it is convenient to get from the station on foot. There is a pine forest around. The territory of the sanatorium is large and well-groomed, swans with chicks swim. Beautiful sunsets over the water. Otherwise, it is a complete disappointment. Considering the cost of a trip WITHOUT treatment - 9 thousand for a 2-room room for two, the expectations were completely different. The food is terrible, it's just a pain, the simplest, cheapest, although cheap can be cooked in different ways, here it's as if the cook specially makes it as tasteless as possible, as once in school canteens. The same tomatoes with garlic roaming from lunch to dinner, Korean carrots, inedible pollock, overcooked potatoes, cottage cheese on its own, then in pancakes, waste-free production...they gave the meat in chunks, so it was impossible to cut it with a knife, it is hard as a sole, how can you give this to people? Chemical juices, orange juice was simply impossible to drink. Again, the cheapest, from the series of products "red price" from pyaterochka. The same coffee from the vending machine. For dessert - poor cookies, no cakes. Once they gave buns, so they were all attacked at once and immediately disassembled, not enough for everyone. The plates are put wet, an excellent breeding ground for germs (the same thing happened last year in Turkey at the 4 * hotel in Side, but at least here without traces of food, as it was there). When you enter the dining room, you immediately feel an unpleasant smell, there is no desire to eat there. The feeling that they came to eat in the most miserable St. Petersburg dining room, only there the prices will be different. The room itself has been out of repair for a long time, the photos on the site do NOT correspond to reality, the smell of dampness from the linen, the beds creak, and they are very narrow (I fit with my small build, but people, let's say, it will definitely be uncomfortable to sleep wider). Shampoos and shower gels were given twice as much as needed for two people for our number of days. Cleaning - garbage removal. There is no pool, this is the price purely for the room and food without any extras.WiFi does not work well, even Yandex maps do not load normally. Well, it does not pull in any way by 9 thousand per day. For this money, you could rent a room in Minsk itself and go to restaurants together, and it would definitely be cheaper. Only the proximity of Minsk saves you, you have to eat there. It's a pity for the money that went down the drain, but we already have to sit here somehow until the end of the trip. Unfortunately, the beauty of nature does not cover the disadvantages of this place.
P.S. Here they complained about the boorish treatment of the girl at the registration - this did not happen to us, I can't say anything bad here, everything is very polite, maybe another shift is simple.
P.P.S. On the last day, at exactly 8 a.m., a woman who cleans the rooms broke into the room (you can't say otherwise), opened with her key We were still asleep at that time (the eviction was only at 10 a.m.), we did not hear the knock, maybe she was knocking. They jumped out of bed and I didn't understand what was going on at all. She began to demand to give her some sanatorium leaflets, which we did not have, because the trip was without treatment. Then she began to ask for a payment receipt so that she would sign it from behind and take it somewhere for a report. I said that this is our receipt that we were given, I don't have to give it anything. She signed the back of it (why??) And she left. One question - what was it? The request to the administration, firstly, is not to give idiotic orders to her subordinates, because she obviously did not come to us of her own free will, and secondly, to hold some conversations with the staff, in general this is not done in normal places, this is the first time I have come across this. The staff can't just break into the room with their key early in the morning while people are sleeping, or taking a shower, or sitting on the toilet, or it is unknown in what form they are in the room at all. This is not a barracks, after all, where everyone is required to stand at the whistle. Respect at least a little the privacy of your guests, who leave you a lot of money. Order at least hanging signs on the door with the words "you can enter / you can not enter", it's a shame not to have such in our time. We definitely won't be coming back to you after this last episode.

The territory is huge, right on the shore of the reservoir-there is no need to go anywhere, pine trees, a lot of walking paths. The terrain is quite uneven - both uphill and downhill. But very cool. You can get to the city by any bus and walk 10-15 minutes to the train station Zhdanovichi. The food is good-a buffet, you definitely won't stay hungry. Well, they will prescribe treatment, and I don't want to be treated at all for an additional fee! Twice during our stay we were taken by bus to Ratomka to the pool. Quite decent, if the request to turn on all sorts of massage strays in the pool, the viewer did not answer - you only have a pool and that's it! Well, these are small things, but of course it's worth going this way.People, nature, conditions are very conducive to this!

Sanatorium Krinitsa
We rested here for 11 days with treatment. There were 4 standard procedures. Manual massage could not be achieved, a massage chair is imposed on many, one of which does not work completely, and there is no effect from it. For an amateur. 😏
Magnets are not about anything. Mineral water baths are a plus. Dirt is normal. The salt cave is good, you rest for 40 minutes, but the couches are very uncomfortable and hard. The coolest procedure is a Charcot shower, Olga is well done, she does it from the heart. But it's paid.
You need to carry sheets and towels with you for the procedure... Which is not very convenient.
The staff is normal, indifferent, and not particularly friendly.
The territory is large, well-maintained, there is a beautiful and long promenade, a beach and a pier. 4 residential buildings, the first and third after renovation, cozy and modern. The third building is the furthest away, and uphill. The 2nd building is old, the rooms are not cozy, dark, small, the furniture is terrible, plus only that there is a large balcony. The room has a hairdryer and a kettle, cups. The Internet is very slow-it is impossible to use it.
The tap water smells bad, you probably can't drink it. The coolers are empty. Stock up on drinking water!!! The bathroom is small, with a micro-sink, water pours from the shower onto the floor, as a result, everything is flooded often. The room was cleaned 2 times in 11 days, and bed linen and towels were changed 1 time. But I would like to do it more often.
The procedures are scattered in different buildings. You can get to the spinal cord extension only after an MRI scan and a referral from your doctor, keep in mind who is going for this procedure.
The food is good, buffet style. There is enough food, varied, but half of the dishes are poorly cooked. Coffee in the morning from the coffee machine is instant and watery, terrible.
Entertainment is designed for the older generation. And mostly pensioners rest here.
Delicious mineral water in the pump room. By the way, herbal tea and inhalations are also prescribed only 4 times. And in other sanatoriums you can visit it every day!!!
There is a barbecue place, but it is paid.

We rested in the sanatorium from June 22 to July 4. I liked the location of the sanatorium: near Minsk, buses and trains run. The room for two is spacious and clean. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV, balcony. The food is a buffet. The procedures are scheduled according to a computer program, so there are no queues. A large park, silence, only the birds are singing. There are many excursions. Of the "cons". The Internet is terrible, it constantly "flies off" and works intermittently only when you are in the room. Half of the programs on the TV are not working, and those that turn on are broadcast with ripples. In terms of nutrition, I prefer an ordered menu: the buffet is the same every day. Treatment rooms are located in all buildings, on different floors, and not in one place. But in general, I liked the rest.

We were in the sanatorium from April 28 to May 5. We were very lucky with the weather, as we could not just sit by the river, but also sunbathe. Everything is prepared for a rest on the water. The staff is friendly to vacationers, you always know that you will get not only answers to all questions, but also help if you need it. The food is excellent, and so is the mineral water. Thank you for your help to the head of the accommodation service. We took a wellness package, but we took medical procedures last year and were satisfied, the room was always cleaned in good faith.We hope that we will come again.

Krinitsa Sanatorium is located in a picturesque place, not far from Minsk. The territory is large, there is a place to walk. The service and staff are at the highest level. The food is healthy and balanced, you will not stay hungry. My room was a single economy room, in the first building with a long-standing renovation. But I cleaned every day. In general, everything is fine, the main thing was clean. There is no pool, but an alternative can always be found. Nearby is the Lebyazhy or the Raketa sanatorium. I was satisfied with the rest and procedures.

We have been vacationing with my husband since June 9, 2024 for 13 days. We booked at the end of January, according to the early booking promotion, a 20% discount on the main seat + a 10% discount on the pension certificate, the social card was not an official document, an additional document was taken from the MFC. They contributed 50% of the ticket price.
We lived in 2 buildings, on the 5th floor, a single room, with a large balcony, a double bed, without air conditioning, without mosquito nets, the room is not renovated, but everything is in good order.. There were no mosquitoes, there was no heat in the room either, the windows overlooked the pond. The photo on the website is true. The maids are wonderful, they solve any issue, they gave a basin for linen, a clothesline was stretched on the balcony, the refrigerator was changed, it was very ancient, the towel is changed on demand, bed linen every 7 days.
The Russian rubles were slightly changed in the sanatorium in the bank to Belarusian ones, cash is needed in public transport, taxis, at the market.
Minsk is nearby, the march is 30 minutes and you are in the center, they walk every 15 minutes.We went to the market by car for 7 minutes, we bought homemade strawberries from grandma, the taste is divine, the choice of berries and vegetables is large. Because homemade berries were not brought to the sanatorium for sale.
The food in the dining room is excellent, there is a large selection, basically everything is delicious, except porridge, there were no pastries, everything is mostly purchased. We chose meals in the 1st shift, but it was possible to come in the 2nd shift. Everything is clean, cleaned promptly.
We went to Minsk, to the Gorky Theater, the musical The Count of Monte Cristo, it's a masterpiece!!! I ordered tickets from Moscow, paid with the Mir card. I chose based on reviews and was not mistaken, tickets are very difficult to buy, they are disassembled in a few days. We went to the puppet theater, and Bulgakov was not impressed by the young doctor's notes. We returned by taxi for 25 bel rubles. We went to Nesvezh, in our car, to a gala concert of classical music, to the Radziwill Castle, we liked it, but the rain overshadowed the whole evening. I ordered all the tickets from Moscow 2 months in advance. Although the sanatorium offers a lot of excursions, and Brest and Grodno and Khatanj and Minsk, and theaters, about 15 excursions, there are a lot of people who want, groups gather. There is no silence from the word at all, the MKAD and the railway are constantly noisy and from all sides, the food is the same day after day, there are no trays it is not very convenient to carry, the plates are constantly damp, the toilet in the suite was met with yellow spots and hair, dirty floor with fir needles and garbage, dirty soap and the stained curtain is such that it can be put up and will stand, cobwebs on the front door and windows, thick layers of dust on the window sills in the corridors and a cemetery of flies at the end of October. They were forced to pay the resort fee twice, without understanding why and how they would be returned, rudeness at the reception, in the baths, at the cash desk, in the dining room, they did not hear about the service here. And now attention! At six o'clock, all the staff leaves, except for one person at the checkpoint, who does not decide anything, entrance and entry are free, there is no access control, the three buildings of the rest are left alone from six in the evening to eight in the morning. The offered excursions are more expensive than those of other travel companies, the exhibition sells knitwear at inflated prices, unlike the city of Minsk. Everyone complains about the untimely replacement of towels, they change only when they start swearing, and the lack of cleaning promised according to the schedule, or its poor quality. There are no smoking areas, non-smokers will have to put up with smokers everywhere. I would like to wish the sanatorium adequate management and adequate staff. The only good employees are doctors, so if you live nearby, it is better to come only for treatment. I wish the sanatorium development and a change of leadership.

We have been vacationing in Krynica for the third year in a row. We lived in the second building in a two-room room. What is he like, look at the photo. Compared to last year, the price increased by 30% for similar conditions.
On the plus side: the renovation of the first building was finally completed, the hydrotherapy room was repaired, and slippers in the room.
Among the disadvantages: the number of points with drinking water in coolers has decreased to three (dining room, reception, mud baths).
If you put marks on a five-point system, then the food is a solid 5 (we had enough of everything, the food is quite varied, although some are a little dry, some are a little hard, etc.); treatment is almost 5 (the medical base is in order, although a couple of times the nurses disappeared for 30 minutes and the procedures were not released and one procedure had to be postponed altogether, because my sister was suddenly taken away to study); living conditions and accommodation are closer to 4 (the toilet tank was constantly buggy, 3 of the 6 sockets in the room are covered with furniture, so take the tees with you - they will come in handy).

We rested in this sanatorium for two weeks...They provided a room with a leak near the shower.There is no hood...I'm not talking about the air conditioner.....in the rooms facing the sunny side, people were just suffocating from the heat.The number was changed after a violent scandal.It is clear that the food is sanatorium....cheap but angry.It seems that the maintenance staff just like in Soviet times is sitting out their time ...... does not apply to doctors and medical staff.The territory is beautiful...but the water is so dirty with oil stains that you don't really want to swim in it.....Entertainment at a minimum....in the evening there is a disco for pensioners....yes, the visiting artists all work only for money.....and this is in a sanatorium .....I understand the residents of Belarus ..... they have vouchers from trade unions .... but what do we do when we buy with our hard-earned pension and want convenience.The site says that there is a swimming pool, but it is not only in another sanatorium and you have to pay for it again......And so I want to say that many thanks to the people living on this fertile land..they are very responsive and kind....To all of you, health and well-being to your family and friends.

Good location, beautiful and well-organized territory. Standard treatment. The room is ordinary (furniture, refrigerator, TV). The New Year's banquet is great. The food in the dining room is "you won't starve" and the room cleaning is disgusting. The bed linen has not been changed in 11 days, shampoo and soap too. I knocked out the towel with a fight. We won't go there anymore.
