**Great family vacation!**
We recently visited the Minsk Zoo with the whole family, and we were absolutely delighted! The zoo area is very well maintained and clean, the paths are convenient for walking with children. I was especially pleased that many aviaries are equipped so that the animals are at eye level of the visitors - this allows you to see them much better.
The collection of animals is impressive - from the familiar lions and tigers to rare species that are rarely seen. The zoo staff clearly cares about their charges: all the animals look healthy and well-groomed.
I would like to mention separately the work of the guides - they are very enthusiastic about each type, answer all the questions of visitors. There are special interactive programs for children that make the visit even more interesting.
On the downside, it can be quite crowded on weekends, but this is rather a plus, which means that the place is really popular and loved by the townspeople. The ticket prices are quite reasonable, and the time spent here is worth every penny spent.
We will definitely come back again! I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time with benefit and pleasure.

We finally got to the Minsk Zoo. It is small but cozy. Very friendly staff, starting from cashiers and supervisors. The zoo has birds, a small pavilion with poisonous snakes and insects, an aquarium pavilion, and an exatarium. There is a dolphinarium, but we did not visit it. What I like about the Minsk Zoo is that you can get around it in 2 hours, the most important thing when you are passing through the city. And you can catch the train and show something to the child in the city. We were on weekdays - you can safely explore the entire exposition. Of course, it is unethical to compare with the Moscow Zoo, Minsk loses in terms of modernity and arrangement, but the staff care about the park, about the animals, everything is clean and beautiful. We got to feed the animals. In Moskovsky, there are signs on each glass with the feeding time of an animal so that you can come and look at it. There is no such thing here. Employees just walk around with buckets of food and feed the pets. It is very interesting for children to see it. Overall, the impression is pleasant. At the entrance, they sell cups with carrots, which can be treated to the inhabitants of the zoo. They cost 2 rubles and quickly run out, but this is the support of the zoo itself and its inhabitants. It is clear that the animals are calm and comfortable there. All of them have already been born in captivity. And the female arctic fox was brought from the trap. She doesn't have a paw, which is what the sign on the window says, but the zoo veterinarian took her out and now she's fine. Foxes look good, all the animals are clearly taken care of and well cared for by the staff. You can become a sponsor of an animal, take care of a pet.

Clean, spacious, not tiring. Cages with predators are well made-they can be seen from any point. The white tiger is simply magnificent! The pavilion with exotics is originally decorated. Without leaving the zoo, you can visit the dolphinarium, and going a little further, you will find yourself in the dinosaur park (growling, moving). Great idea! It's original! It's worth a visit! And the meeting with dinosaurs will be remembered by both children and adults!

We visited the Minsk Zoo for the second time in my life. The first time was 17 years ago. Then the adults were disappointed, but the son was growing up and he was interested in everything. You can't recognize a zoo right now! The territory has increased, clean aviaries, well-fed animals, cool decoration. But the most important thing is that our Russian lion Sherkhan, whose fate I am following, is in great shape, cheerful and playful. We met like-minded people at the aviary, and we came to Sherkhan from Moscow, not for the first time. They've been visiting Lexik and playing with him for three days in a row! It's a pity, but he's better off in Belarus than in Russia... We don't want to go to the Crimean Lion Taigan Park anymore and we won't go!!!
R.S. animals can be fed by buying food at the entrance. Holidays with children are just a fairy tale, there are cafes and carousels. There is a show with marine life, but it is scheduled and for a fee.

There are cafes and children's attractions on site, a dolphinarium and a dinosaur park are paid separately, there is a sale of souvenirs about this place. There are no problems with parking, even though there were weekends. It is better to visit the council in the summer, after all, animals at 4 degrees in November are not very active, and some did not go out at all. Dino Park is such a small child was afraid of dinosaurs, after all, many layouts make sounds and make movements, and the older ones were not impressed with only a couple of expositions they liked, it is clear that a lot of work has been invested, but some dinosaurs are already damaged from time to time and slightly spoiled, but you can take a look)

A wonderful zoo! I felt "at home" there, very cozy. What completely conquered is that all the animals can be seen, they do not hide at all, and they are very close. And how great it is to watch the cats from the upper gallery! Just a delight!
I really liked the wooden bridges along the shore, from where it is great to watch birds - and just have fun.
And the fact that there were very few visitors on a weekday afternoon is certainly a special bonus (I often visit the Moscow Zoo, where crowds of people are a common occurrence).

This is a very wonderful place! I was surprised, but the Minsk Zoo surpassed the Moscow one) I was there twice with a short interval, I will tell you about each visit. I should immediately note that the first hike was on May 26 after lunch at about 14:00 (Sunday), the second on June 21 at 11:00 (Friday). I can say that we managed to see more animals for the second time. Among them: foxes (white and red), a wolf, raccoons, a monkey with a cub, beautiful pink birds similar to flamingos, a lemur!! The first time these animals could not be found, they most likely hid in houses. I can relate this to two reasons: 1) it got hotter closer to lunch, it was more comfortable for the animals to hide in the shade, 2) the animals were already fed by visitors)) I was also pleased that on my second visit, the zebra walked right next to the fence and allowed itself to be seen and fed by hand. But, for example, I did not see a tiger on the second day, unlike on the first day))) summarizing all this, I can say that the behavior of animals and their desire to communicate with visitors is difficult to predict (although the bears willingly entertained us both that and the second time). Nevertheless, I recommend that you focus on visiting in the morning and probably on a weekday. All the animals are neat and well-groomed, especially the bears and bison! The bison stood at the fence on both the first and second days, they could be fed directly from the hand, it's incredible 😱😱 I was lucky enough to see baby zubrik, who did not leave his mother at all on the first day, and a month later on my second visit he already walked on his own and even came close to the fence) the dolphinarium is also ready to visit I can recommend it, the performance itself is short-lived, but interesting) by the way, at the entrance to the zoo they sell animal food in cups (2p), and there is a mini cafe for visitors throughout the territory. I recommend taking at least 3 hours to visit for sure!! I am glad that I visited here, a great vacation, thank you!

A wonderful zoo! We are tourists from Moscow and our city zoo simply cannot be compared with Minsk.
The zoo is clean, does not smell of animals, respectively - they are often well cleaned.
In the small territory of the zoo there are almost all possible animals that can be in the zoo, except that there were no elephants and giraffes.
The animals are well-groomed, not thin, but I would like all animals to have water in the enclosures in the heat of + 33, this is not even discussed.
It is more profitable to take a shared ticket with the dolphinarium, for ~ 1000 Russian rubles we visited in 4 hours - everything that is in the zoo.
Another small wish is to place an air conditioner in the dolphinarium, the dome gets very hot and the open windows can't cope.

Not a bad place to visit with children.
A pond has been made for the recreation of migrating birds, as in Moscow.
We were pleased with the bison and the exotarium, where you can walk along the bridge over the carp and look at some of the birds without cages.
The zoo is not bad, but it is much inferior to Moscow, Berlin or Prague.
If you are a local resident, then at least once every two or three years it is worth going to it, and if you are a tourist, then you can skip it. Although I personally walked with the children there for 4 hours and everyone was satisfied.

Like it. The animals are well-groomed, not sick, beautiful. It was interesting, informative and fun for the children. There are attractions, a shooting range, a laughter room and a playground for children on site. There is a cafe where you can buy snacks, drink coffee/ tea. At the entrance you can buy treats for animals, in the terrarium you can buy souvenirs ( toys) for children: spiders, snakes, etc

Loud parrots, big fish and crocodiles will definitely appeal to children!
P.s - only it didn't work out to stay near the fox enclosure for a long time - the smell is "impressive" :) but I don't think it's the zoo's business.

We spent a couple of hours with the child at our zoo. Of course, the condition of the animals leaves much to be desired, the smells from some enclosures are simply overwhelming. I was surprised that toilet paper was still present in the toilet, although not in every stall. There is something to compare it with, but the Minsk Zoo has conquered me and my family. Everything is thoughtful, exciting, amazing, and the dolphinarium is, of course and undoubtedly, the TOP!!! Great time, convenient and large parking. I definitely recommend it. If only there were an interactive zoo like in the forest tayamnitsa in Baranovichi where you can feed, pet deer, ostriches and the rest of our smaller brothers, it would be generally SUPER. But even so, my personal rating is 10 out of 10.

The impression is amazing! I write as an adult with a three-year-old child. Everyone was happy. Both mom and dad and son. Firstly, a large area. Surrounded by greenery and ponds. Well-groomed. There is no crowding and dust. There are urns and benches everywhere, I will note flowers separately. Beauty. Flower beds are not forgettable. That is, it is certainly pleasant to be on the territory.
You need to take a lot of time to visit, because there is also a dolphinarium and a park with dinosaurs.
We were delighted with both dolphins and dinosaurs. I especially liked dino, of course. It feels like they live literally, each in their own zone. It's a great idea to place them right in the greenery. You walk and come across a huge screaming and moving monster. We all liked them very much. There were few people. This is after the dolphin show, that is, after 7 p.m. They are very cute. The park itself and the reservoirs are all advantages!!!!! Animals should feel comfortable that there is water nearby.
Plus, there are toilets everywhere, free of charge, and there are no queues. Clean and decent. Well, it's very beautiful.
The zoo itself is also above all praise!!!!
I definitely recommend you to visit. The pavilions are unusual. You can climb up and look at the animals from above, feed them.
There are souvenirs in the pavilion with exotic animals.
We can have a snack. The cafe also has something to feed the baby. And there is even a room for a mother and child in the toilet.
It is better to come a couple of hours before the dolphin show, even after 3 o'clock. That is, by 15. To take your time to inspect the animals, then the dolphinarium and dino in the evening. And not every kid is capable of such an excess of impressions.
In general, everything is great.
Thanks to the zoo staff and of course the animals. We are very satisfied. We spent a day of happiness.
