Not a bad place. It looks like an ordinary cafe, but my family and I were pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is definitely not going to disappoint! The prices are affordable, the portions are large, the food did not have to wait long👍 And what a view from the window.. This is a separate kind of art! We advise everyone not to pass by)

The food is just a bomb! The service is fast, courteous, attentive and pleasant, the staff also knows their job! The food was delivered very quickly, within 10 minutes the entire order was already on the table. The place is very beautiful, the music is pleasant, clean, neat, entourage. There are no questions about the dishes and their execution -8/10, prices are higher than Minsk. (They are from Minsk, there is something to compare with). The following days, we went to them every day and took cooling drinks (bumble) delicious, very! But guys, the waiters, they were counted by four (three girls, one hookah guy) please, somehow get ready to accept an order from customers, because EVERY time you visit an institution, it doesn't matter with boarding or just running to get a drink, the waiters are all absolutely (got on each of the four) having asked what you wanted, having given them an answer, they asked again every time, as if they had not heard (and this was done with such phrases (what? ) with surprise! It's very strange, okay, if the landing is full, music or something else, so it's in silence, muted music and a couple of people in the establishment. It struck me every time that we couldn't be heard.
!The most striking thing was the evening of the birthday celebration. After boarding, the waiters gave ONE menu! I understand the code is on the table, the menu is on Instagram, but kamon, you have to give a paper menu! And I'm not thinking where I should watch it, and I know where myself, and you didn't offer it to me!
Ok, we took the order after 15 minutes, so-so, everything was brought, ok, the food and drinks are very good, thanks to the bartenders - that's for sure like, smart guys! But the epicness of the whole evening is what, at the end of the evening we ordered our two Napoleons, informing them that it was their birthday and whether it was possible for us to arrange a candle in a piece of their cake, the answer is: yes, of course!
Bottom line: the hookah man brought the cake, because the girl who served our alleged table and in general it looks like the table does not have a fixed waiter, the waitress did everything she could, but not our service. The cake is brought, ok- delicious, candle? You tell us yes, it is possible for you to organize it, and as a result, after 30 minutes of waiting, we stupidly start eating a cake and they bring us a candle, they look at us like g... and at the phrase thank you, it's too late, "oh, sorry" IS IT VERY BEAUTIFUL?! The idea, the food, the drinks, the location- the top for a purpose. Service is 2 out of 10!

Panoramic windows on Lake Naroch! This is a huge plus! Delicious warming tea with ginger, orange and spices, I liked the cheesecakes. Still, the music would be more thematic, I would like less percussionists and rhythm...the sounds spoiled the aftertaste.

After boarding and ordering, there was a denial of service due to the fact that you can't go to the institution with your own, and the children ate ice cream! Is this such a Naroch-rural humor? That is, to go out or throw it away and order it in an institution. It's a pity such a service, a terrible place. And the prices are worthy of a good restaurant, not a summer cafe. And the second cafe nearby is the same. This is a resort village, we didn't come with our drinks and food! The cafes are both empty and there is no way to sit in an empty place and make an order! Regret for the disgusting customer orientation. The third year here, it doesn't get any better. The question arises-why come here?

Big questions about the positioning of the institution. 5.09 we came to breakfast with a dog, we clarified in advance whether it is possible to visit the institution with such a dog? We were politely invited to the table, offered the dog fresh water and well served. On September 7, they also came for breakfast with a dog, and they didn't let us in anymore! Referring to the size of the dog (17kg).
The dog was on a leash both times, behaved adequately and lay near the table without disturbing absolutely anyone. Please decide, is it possible to come to you with dogs or not? Ruined the mood for the whole day.

We have already been to several establishments in Naroch, but Montana is remembered most of all... The furniture is terribly dirty inside, but the food is delicious, there are no questions for the chefs, and there is a huge amount of cobwebs on the terrace (you would have already done something about it) The waiters are running back and forth, spoiling the whole atmosphere and rest with their throwing, they do not have time, the wait was about an hour with incomplete boarding, orders arrived cold (very disappointed). We got to different bartenders and all the same cocktails turned out differently, which is strange, because there is one recipe. Prices are higher than in Minsk, although this is not even a restaurant, but just a cafe, no more. The interior is interesting, the idea is also impressive. Good location, it is clear that they love animals. The institution itself is not bad in general, but there is still work to do.

Cozy cafe on the Naroch Riviera. It's nice to drink a cup of cappuccino, rocking in an armchair on the terrace of the cafe, covered with a blanket and admire the resort residents walking along the embankment. You can go inside and order a lunch of delicious dishes of Belarusian and European cuisine and continue to admire the embankment through the huge stained glass windows.

I put four stars only considering that such friendly waitress girls definitely deserve more than three stars.
I have been visiting this cafe for the second or third time, at the first room there is a feeling of something cool and unusual, probably the reason is that Montana stands out from the surroundings. The next visit makes you look at the details, and here the poorly decorated interior, especially the right part, the terrace has undergone more significant changes, namely, artificial ivy has been removed.
I would like to note that construction work is currently underway, and I hope that the next time I visit Montana I will be pleasantly surprised by the changes.

We came to lunch for the second time. They promised a wait of 20-25 minutes. I specifically asked if it was for all the dishes. They said yes. As a result, my husband and children were brought at the promised time, and I got Caesar salad (salad! not even meat!) they carried it for almost an hour. As a result, a spoiled family dinner. Everyone ate, I'm hungry. Then I ate this unfortunate salad in a hurry, and the family looked at me. It seems they just forgot about the salad.
There is smoke in the hall.
Well, the price tag is unreasonably high. A place filled with majors.

The waiter was constantly confused in the order, constantly asking again. They spoiled the impression, left a note in the complaint book. The lemonades are delicious, there was a lot of fish in the pasta, and this took 2 stars. The girl did not correct the situation in any way, did not even apologize. It seems that there is no manager in the establishment, the waiters are on their own, and this is wrong
