I give 5 stars for an excellent pizza, but there are also shortcomings.
We were a family during the daytime. We ordered 2 pizzas, dumplings for children, juice and 2 teas.
The dumplings were brought quickly, but they turned out to be fried -the menu did not indicate, the children did not eat them accordingly.
2 tall glasses were brought, dusty and with dried ant. A glass of juice flew into the trash-they didn't replace it for us, but just brought another pair 🤷🏼♀️
Tea is served in cans.. maybe it's so fashionable, but green tea in a jar looks like tests) Well, honestly, it's a nightmare 😂
And there is no pizza sauce on the menu. You want to eat lush crusts with sauce, not choke..
The pizza is great. There is a small selection of fillings, but the price / quality is more than enough. We still need to look for one.
Therefore, the conclusion is that the problem is only in the service. The kitchen is normal 👌🏽

The rating does not correspond to the institution. Wasps in the hall, sticky floors, terribly dirty chairs, wax from candles, the toilet is dirty.
The waiters are mostly children, running into the hall, then onto the terrace. We came at the same time with a large company and, of course, all attention was paid to those from whom you can take more tips.
We ordered a refrigerator and pancakes. The pancakes waited 40 minutes, they were raw. After 50+ minutes of waiting, they decided not to take the refrigerator and left.

In total, they served an hour in this place. This is the first place where we all get the first one after the second one. It's just awful. The second was delivered by 20 minutes after the order, the first by the 50th minute. It seems that everything is expensive and the service must be at the same level, but no, everything is cold and it can be seen that it was prepared in advance, and not at the time of ordering. Everything ordered had to be asked to bring and constantly reminded, a similar picture was observed at neighboring tables, waiters everywhere uttered words of apology...for such prices, this is not enough. Let's not come here anymore.

Waiter: is it cheap for you? Well, we may look like a family of homeless people, of course. But still. According to the menu, the emphasis is on different pizzas and there are really unusual and delicious ones, I also liked borscht (it is served with bacon, which is also unusual and pleasant). But the cocktail "white Russian" spoiled the impression very much. I have attached a photo of this cocktail… His number is just some kind of joke. This is the first time I've seen this, it's not a long shot anymore, but some kind of shot. And for less than half a glass of cocktail with ice - 10 rubles. SHOCK. I was also amused by the handwritten receipt (this is the first time I've seen it). Well, what kind of check is such a tip)))

On Thursday, we ordered three pizzas, they were delivered within 15 minutes. On Saturday, 7 pizzas were waiting for about an hour, which were brought in turn. At the same time, the number of visitors in the cafe was about the same. And the prices differ on the weekend in a big way.

The choice of pizza is large, but if you choose a hearty pizza: with chicken or meat products, it is quite meager - mostly cheese, vegetables or greens. Compliance with "price quality" - the price is clearly too high. Yes, I would go in once, I wouldn't go in a second time.
