An interesting case just happened, we came to have a snack, drink a little and play board games, the waiter said that they can't play board games, the strangest thing is that they didn't have any more customers besides us, I still understand if we just came to sit. And on the previous day everything was fine, there were no such rules, and we sat quietly before that, but there was another waiter. It is also interesting that they met a former employee of Montana, he (a) said that there were no such rules. I would advise going to dark fox or craft.

Table reservations are extremely unsatisfactory- reservation tables are in reserve 4 hours before booking under the pretext of "what if they arrive earlier" - this is simply absurd!!! Admins- so adjust the booking conditions and inform during registration, clarify the relevance and prolongation of time.
Food: waiting for an order of soups and hot food for 40-50 minutes. Pizza- 20-30 min. But these aren't pizzas- they're fresh pita bread and some toppings for 25-30 rubles.

The only place in Belarus where they cook real delicious pizza in the oven! Italians would be jealous because they can't cook like that! Excellent dough, lots of filling and cheese. And if you like spicy things, then pizza with Bavarian sausages and jalapeno peppers will simply conquer you. And yes, pizzeria Montana is, for my taste, the only decent establishment in the resort village of Naroch.

There is a choice of drinks. It is fashionable to smoke a hookah. Unfortunately, there is no competition in Naroch, where you can spend your time in a civilized way.

But what I didn't like the most was that in the heat at lunchtime they forbade drinking ordinary water from a bottle brought with them. Apparently, if you are very thirsty, buy ours, for example, 200g lemonade for 12 rubles.

I have been to this institution twice, the first time with a young man in the evening and with my family at lunchtime, in both cases the workload of the restaurant was average, if not low.
The first time left the same twofold feelings as the second. In the evening, two other tables were occupied inside the establishment besides us. The interior leaves much to be desired in every sense, it seemed that we were in the basement, where the club is located and the place was temporarily turned over to a restaurant. Disgusting oppressive music, a concrete unfinished interior with tables made of the cheapest materials. It is quite suitable for a cheap eatery in a regional town, but not for a restaurant with positioning as the best in a resort town. Yes, and with prices like in the center of Minsk (you still need to try to find a cooler for 15 rubles, so far the maximum price was 13). There are no questions about food, except for the cooking time and waiting, they cooked for so long that there was a desire to leave ten times.
The staff is a separate topic, I have absolutely no bias towards young people, but there is a bias towards the training of waiters. There was a feeling that the yard was served by punks who did not know how to behave. Our main waiter was being chased by a young man who just stopped at the table and stood over his soul. After that, as I understand it, friends came to the waiters and the evening, in addition to club music, was brightened up by the shouts of young people mixed with mats.
The second time, we were on a day off at lunch, I ordered pizza with me, the waiting time was almost 40 minutes, which no one warned about. The pizza was delicious, and I add a star for the quality of the food and the location. Tea was also ordered, this is generally a separate story, tea with ginger was carried for 25 minutes, after which my father went to find out the delay and brought the tea himself. The funniest thing turned out to be that tea is a couple of pieces of lemon and ginger and boiling water for 15 rubles…
