We stayed at this fabulous hotel in October this year. A beautiful place, the sea is 20 meters, the beach is sandy with small pebbles. We enjoyed nature, the warm sea and the silence. A vacation in October has its advantages.
The hotel has a cafe and a shop. The prices are affordable. The rooms are simple, everything you need is there. The rooms are cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly and friendly.
The place is very beautiful!The hotel is unusual - a castle that harmoniously fits into the local landscape! Probably, his mistress dreamed of becoming a princess since childhood and created such a fairy tale. Even the locals proudly said that the "Marble Castle" decorated the Monastic Gorge.
It takes 20 minutes to get to Pitsunda at a leisurely pace or 300 rubles by taxi.
There are disadvantages, of course. Garbage along the coast. Many hotels seem to collect it. The neighborhood of luxury and ruin is everywhere.
But the purest sea and the nature of Abkhazia cover everything with a vengeance.
By the way, we only met good locals.

The hotel was pleased with its cleanliness, timely cleaning and of course its location. One step and you're in the sea. One step and you're on a soft, air-conditioned bed. Of course, this area is a village. There is one cafe and one dining room, and in the morning the roosters sing. But the cafe has great food and live music and dancing, and the dining room is quite edible. The ideal service is still very far away, and the hotel and the cafe and the dining room have a lot to grow. I wish prosperity to the Marble Castle! I wish you to keep the beach clean! The architectural idea is impressive. To fit a hotel into the landscape like this is simply amazing!
The location is great! 10 steps and you are on a sandy beach. It is regularly cleaned, which was witnessed and it is very good that the hotel has its own equipment, so everything is done quickly.
The rooms are very spacious! And what I want to especially note is the sound insulation! So tired of cardboard pretty hotels where you can hear every sneeze of a neighbor. I got enough sleep here.
I read the reviews of some vacationers who write that everything is terrible! Nothing but bewilderment does not cause. Well, or it is clear that competitors are pouring mud. Let it remain on their conscience.
I will say for myself - a good hotel. For a holiday with children, that's the thing. And that's a minus for some, well, for example, "standing on the sidelines", so for me it was such a thrill to take a break from the hustle.

My friend and I came to their supposedly beach to relax. I lay down on a chaise longue, and my friend went swimming. JEANNE appeared, who demanded that I abruptly pay for a chaise longue and a canopy. I said that everything was fine, my friend would come out of the sea and we would pay, because I left my bag in his car, and I had no right to rummage through his things, he would get everything himself when he came out of the sea. To which I received a bunch of obscenities and threats, then things were thrown to the ground from my friend's chaise longue, and they promised to beat me. 15 minutes, or even less, and we would have paid for everything, but this woman decided that she was super in charge and 15 minutes is a luxury for us beggars. At the same time, she stated that everyone in this hotel is like her, and it is useless to inform the binifiars of this business about this incident! From the 10th to the 23rd of August, we had a family vacation , we liked EVERYTHING , the location, the beach (the desire of the child,,the sea at our feet,,) . The room on the second floor is 8th , sea view, the territory is landscaped, the dining room was used periodically (lunch and dinner went to Pitsunda-Gagra-Gudauta-Sukhum). We were met by the hotel manager Natalia , who completely owns the ENTIRE situation on the coast , a cheerful, sociable , kind person who is constantly in touch. All the questions that arise are solved competently and WITHOUT problems. We were supervised by the assistant manager Svetlana , a professional in her field, sociable, smiling ... the room is always clean, timely cleaning, change of linen, towels.... there is such a word NEAT !!! Our family really enjoyed the communication, rest, well done, the TEAM is well-coordinated and, most importantly, efficient .... we left in a great mood, I can advise friends and colleagues. We rested at the end of July 2023 (9 days).This is a great place!The food in the dining room is not very good, but the cafe next to the golden sand is excellent and who before that writes that the first 500 rubles, you probably chose a local dish baked with a flatbread on top.And chicken soup and borscht cost 250 rubles, and they are very tasty and the portion is large.Regarding the cleaning, I don't know who you were running after, we lived on the 1st floor, the maid offered cleaning every day, we refused ourselves, but she persuaded, let's at least wipe, refresh, thank you very much.The beach towels were changed every day.We were very sorry that we left there for Adler, rented an apartment for 13 thousand , here you would go there, who is not happy with this hotel 2 times cheaper, our athletes once lived there, there is no shampoo, gel, diluted soap hangs, the curtain is all mildewed in the shower ,the beach is terrible, stones, full of people,the sea is deep. We stayed at this hotel in July- August 2023. But apart from the beautiful view of the hotel itself and the sandy beach, nothing pleased us! The territory is dirty, not well maintained. They don't take much care of the residents here! As long as you persistently apply several times, then they will do what you require!The administrator just throws up his hands and leaves!We were particularly upset by the dining room of the hotel. The canteen staff are like "sleepy flies"! Whatever you ask, they answer reluctantly! In the morning, tea and coffee were waiting for 40-45 minutes!!! Food has been on the shelves for a long time! You come for lunch, and the dishes are the same as they were for breakfast! We did not wait for bread and rolls (now we have changed the place of food) In the morning we have compote for breakfast, there is nothing to drink for lunch!!! Where the hotel grounds end, just a rural, dusty road begins. If it rains, it's muddy. Well, that's okay.There is nowhere to walk here. Where to eat: there is a dining room (accidentally found) at the address in the photo. It is twice cheaper ( if the first course is 500-600 rubles in the dining room of the hotel and in the golden sand cafe. that's 150 rubles in that dining room ) We are not thrilled with the hotel! The hotel has a dining room. At first it seemed good and inexpensive. But there was a situation: in the evening, the last ones left dinner, and the first ones came for breakfast. Salads and cakes have been standing since the evening, and they still are. Xs how long some dishes are idle. The child ate pancakes with cottage cheese there in the morning, then his stomach ached, vomited by lunch, then the temperature. Besides him, none of us ate these pancakes, so I sin against them. I finished a small piece of it myself, I didn't like the taste, I was surprised even then how he ate it all. I don't want to slander the hotel staff, maybe I'm wrong, everyone was so attentive to us, but be careful with the food.

We stayed at this hotel in 2021 with three families. We still remember everything as a terrible dream. We didn't have a worse vacation or hotel. Apart from the beautiful view of the hotel from the outside, nothing else! We lived on the 3rd floor, there was no water for almost 2 days, neither to wash nor to go to the toilet, to which the administrator suggested that we take buckets and carry toilet water from the sea (to the 3rd floor!). The lights are constantly turned off. Is it really impossible to purchase a generator?! There were no problems with this in the neighboring Arabica, the lights were turned off, they turned on the generator and the guests had electricity and water. The beach is creepy and dirty. We constantly turned to the hostess of the hotel to organize its cleaning. You leave the room and a dusty road passes by the porch. The food in the dining room is disgusting! Cutlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which stood on the counter all day to the delight of flies. There were no breakfasts at all. There's nothing nearby, there's nowhere to go, it's a long walk to the city. We do not recommend this hotel, do not waste your money and your precious time!

And those, in turn, get grub, dilute borscht so that you won't understand what it is, let alone compote. I do not recommend this particular hotel to rest, I doubt the cleanliness of the administration, everything that is nearby with this exception is just excellent.
