Very nice hotel. The location of all recreation areas is excellent, everything is nearby and at the same time no one bothers anyone. The beach and the sea are just a bomb: there is no need to go to the Maldives, the sea, the bottom, the snow-white sand - everything is amazing, the entrance is very smooth. We were in October 2022, it was very comfortable, not very hot and the sea is not very warm. There are always Russian speakers at the reception, the staff is friendly, helpful. I would especially like to mention the staff in the main restaurant - they clean and cover the tables very quickly, so there is no queue for boarding, there are a lot of empty tables. Food certainly does not pull for 5 +, at best for 4: there is a lot of food, but in fact you can only eat where there is usually a queue: for fish or meat. Everything else is either spicy or with some seasonings. As there is no such children's menu in the main restaurant, there is only some kind of milkshake, and the notorious French fries and nuggets. I would like to diversify the food for children or put at least dishes from Alyakart restaurants. Alyakart restaurants are good - there are delicious dishes and a children's menu, but you can visit them for free 1 time, other times you need to pay. For a 5* hotel there is no Benedict for breakfast, not to mention Shakshuka, red fish. Plain fried eggs and scrambled eggs. The alcohol is decent, the Chili and South African wines are not even bad , proseco , beer, cocktails , everything is there . From a decent all-inclusive system, there is Hennessy, there is no real champagne. The water park is very good, conveniently located, has its own bar with fast food and juices; slides for different ages, sun beds are located around. There is a children's room, but we didn't go there. The beach and the sea are like in the Maldives. There are 2 zones on the beach for families with children and vacationers without children, which is very competent and convenient. Lifeguards are sitting on the beach and by the pools . Stingray and dolphins were seen in the sea. The pool is not very large, but very comfortable, there is a bar inside. There were plenty of sun beds for everyone. The rooms are clean, cozy, sound insulation is good. There is also a bar and lounge near the reception. There is a souvenir shop, a shop with swimwear and swimming trunks on site. There are also villas with hotel infrastructure. In general, the hotel is amazing: you need to tighten up the food and add real champagne to the all-inclusive system, then there will be 5*+++++ !

I must admit that if you look closely, the rooms are not the first freshness - somewhere the tile has broken off, somewhere a scratch, somewhere an elastic band has fallen off from the shower door, somewhere a hygienic shower is leaking, but these are all the little things that you can ignore if you really came to rest)
The large territory of the hotel, gorgeous pools (there is a pool with gradually increasing depth, there is a children's pool with a couple of slides, there is a basic standard pool), an excellent clean beach and a comfortable sea. In the pool every day there are classes on cycling in the water,
They are fed heartily, there has always been a wide selection of meat, seafood, soups, and vegetables.
Good quality algocol, cocktails for every taste. We managed to go to an Italian a la carte restaurant - tastier and more beautiful than in Moscow.
Live music in the evening. From the entrance of the hotel, the receptionist will arrange a taxi without any problems, if necessary.
There are Russian speakers among the staff (only the reception and the restaurant), but not all shifts - it will be difficult here without English. The reception promptly solves all problems that arise, there are adapters available for a European outlet (they are issued free of charge).
For early check-in / late check-out, you can take a shower in the spa - there is a hammam area, there is a Jacuzzi and a small pool, as well as a sauna. Perhaps there is something else in the public domain that they didn't have time to study at the spa in a hurry before departure)
We will definitely come again and recommend it to friends!

From the unpleasant: the room is not designed for living, sockets are not conveniently located, there are few storage boxes, the shower watering can is damaged, which led to a deep cut. Two adults had a rest in December 2022. The hotel is very nice. Smartly decorated before the New Year. Good food, a great beach and a gorgeous sea. That's why we stopped in Abu Dhabi. They say the sea is worse in Dubai. But, despite so many advantages, there were also disadvantages for us that spoiled the initial impression and did not give us 5 stars. We travel a lot and for the first time in our lives we encounter so many children in a hotel. Wherever you go, there is noise and uproar everywhere. Even we had to go to the meal at the end, when all the children were already fed. In the reviews we read about a quiet, respectable vacation, which we fell for. The hotel's photo gallery confirms this. But, in reality, everything is different. There is a very good concept on the beach of the hotel: on the one hand only adults, on the other with children. Even the sign is FAMILY. Apparently, we are not the only ones who want a quiet holiday, at least on the beach. But, as it turned out, the staff is not looking after it. And the people didn't care about their signs. Conclusion: the hotel is gorgeous. But if you are traveling without children and dream of a quiet, relaxing holiday, definitely not here!

Drinks for every taste and color)) alcoholic cocktails do fine, everything in moderation. The food in the main dining room (it's hard to even call it a dining room) feels more like a restaurant, the choice is huge, there is both vegetarian and regular food. Different types of cheeses, meat in any form (fried, grilled, steamed), similarly with fish, there is risotto, you can order separately roast steak or make pasta to your taste, any side dishes: mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, bulgur, boiled potatoes, rustic, fries and much more. Sliced and whole fruits, fresh and pickled vegetables, desserts - this is generally a fairy tale for a sweet tooth especially.
There are also various services, we took advantage of a photo session with Aladin, who professionally did his job, chose photos in digital and printed form, we really liked the photos.
There is also a Russian-speaking staff at the hotel who will always be able to orient you.
I highly recommend this hotel, there are no disadvantages, everything is fine!

The biggest plus of this hotel is the sea. The purest turquoise water, no boats and other water sports that pollute the water like in Dubai. Otherwise, the hotel is so-so.
