At the moment we are in this hotel - well, what can I say??? There are just no words. Everything is just gorgeous. It's beautiful, the service is at the highest level. We were at the hotel from 27.01-01.02.23. We arrived at night, there was no Russian-speaking person at the reception, we settled into a room without a balcony and a remote sea view through the pool, although the room was paid for with a sea view and a balcony. The next day, of course, they relocated. I didn't like that the family rooms had beach bags and slippers for the beach, but we don't, although in fact we pay the same money. There were no creams in the rooms, although hotels always provide creams of this level. Another of the drawbacks is a bottled aperol by the pool (a rare muck). And in general, I really liked the hotel. There are a lot of staff, attention is constantly paid to you, the food is delicious, the drinks are excellent, the territory is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, the sea is clean. The Rixos level is maintained. I recommend you to visit. As the welcoming guide told us - we leave all the negativity at the airport!!!!

I don't know how a hotel can claim the 5th check-in and the premium title... this is the worst hotel we've ever been to (and we travel very often). We are resting here now as a family with 3 children, the youngest is 2 years old. Instead of the booked family room, we were settled in 2 standard rooms (united by 1 door), the rooms themselves are very mediocre and not comfortable to stay in. If you want to go to the shower in the evening, the whole family will not fall asleep, since the doors are glass and all the light shines into the room. We came across a room with a non-working conder, it froze up to 18-19 degrees without turning off and we almost died at night from the cold, it is not yet known how this refrigerator will end for our children. On request for a baby cot - we were provided with what kind of extra mini for newborns, a 2-year-old child is very cramped there, there are no other beds. When asked to bring a pot to the room, they brought us a nozzle on the toilet, referring to the fact that there is no other. We paid for the ultra all inclusive system, and at the entrance to the hotel it turned out that the hotel canceled this food system, forgetting to warn the tour operator, as a result, she is now knocking out at least some compensation)) after checking in until 12 at night, the staff shied away from us and carried towels, then water... And at 4 in the morning they opened the door without knocking, turned on the light and asked when we would leave (did they see the numbers mixed up). The beach is also stremny- huge umbrellas that, when the wind blows, just fall right on the vacationers, the water is standing like in a backwater, quite shallow. At lunch, the main restaurant is closed, so you can eat either in the room using the room service, or have a snack by the pool. The corridors and the restaurant are very cold, the food is very mediocre. There is no bar on the beach!!!! In general, it is really possible to list for a long time…
I edit my reviews (after 2 days of stay).
I would like to note that the hotel apologized for the current situation, also compensated for the difference for the lack of an all-inclusive service. It is very nice when the hotel management hears and understands the existing problems ..., it is a pity that it could not be solved immediately at the reception desk.

Oooh, this is one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. It's nice that everything is included, because Abu Dhabi has very expensive Restaurants, even by Moscow standards. And the food at this hotel is great. The rooms are large . The hotel itself is very beautiful ! In the evenings , various instruments are played in the lobby , sometimes on the harp , then on the violin . You will have to walk to the beach, because it is located behind the dunes, the dunes are listed in the red Book. You can't walk on them. You go to the sea on wooden bridges . I will definitely come back !

A fairly new small 4G hotel, located on Saadiyat Island, Turkish chain, all inclusive, for the UAE this is a rarity, there is an open-air bar inside the hotel, decent drinks are served very quickly by the staff. The hotel has villas, one large swimming pool, there is a small water park, a nice beach with an open Persian Gulf.

Yes, everything is included, but one working time is indicated, restaurants and clubs, but when you arrive there during working hours, you will see the chairs turned over and they will politely tell you that they have already closed, although in all information booklets it is still working time. Nice hotel. It looks great. The rating is 5.
Disadvantages:
1. The mini-bar has not been replenished for 3 days. They do not respond to requests.
2. Fruits: pineapples are wonderful, plums are tasteless, watermelons are not sweet. THERE ARE NO DATES! There is no ice cream either.
Otherwise, everything is fine.
