I would like to share my not at all ambiguous experience of staying in a hotel. The hotel itself and the beach deserve a good rating. The cuisine, drinks and service are all at a high level, if you do not pay attention to minor shortcomings in the work of the hotel. But in the evenings , the hotel is a bit boring . The walking area is very small, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel. If you don't have a trip to another restaurant planned for the evening, then there will be nothing to occupy yourself with. There is no cultural program on the other. In the lobby of the hotel in the evening everything is busy not to sit down! the waiters do not have time to serve all the vacationers, and there is nowhere to go! It's boring in the evening. The beach of the hotel is great, but the pool for the current hotel is very small and there is only one. In general, such a twofold impression, everything seems to be fine, but the evenings are boring, entertain yourself as you can. Of course, the rooms are good, you can spend time there, but somehow you want to have fun and have fun in the evening, and there is nowhere but to go to another themed restaurant, of which there are plenty, but this also gets boring. They are not allowed to go to the sea in the evening, there is nothing interesting outside the hotel. The same saxophonist gets bored quickly in different restaurants, that's the whole cultural program for you. Draw your own conclusions..

Wonderful hotel! 10 days flew by like a blink.
A room for 4 people (3 adults and a child) was taken the simplest, it turned out to be a 2-room room with two toilets, showers.
We checked in before the set time and extended the room on the day of departure for 2 hours.
In the shower gel, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
The cleaning is perfect, daily, within an hour for a room of 90 sq.m. Very diligent Jinky pleased with beautiful figures and flowers.
There are a million towels in the room, bathrobes for adults, at the request of a child - replacement every day.
At the first cleaning we were given a shoe shelf, at the second - a dryer on the balcony.
Swimming pool.
The waiter at the Furkan pool made our vacation! He gave us a master class in roller skating (we asked very much, because we get carried away), he carried out all orders with a smile, helped the child when one was lost with a choice at the bar. Although tin, what a heat, always with a smile! One hundred and fifty points out of a hundred!
In the booth with towels by the pool, you will be inflated with any accessories for swimming.
There are always friendly bartenders on the beach. And rest assured, you need ice! They already know for sure, don't refuse!

Almost everything is fine in it, a beautiful beach with white sand, gorgeous water, well-groomed territory, but small, beautiful restaurants, nice staff, good drinks, but the food is very similar to Turkish for me and this is a minus, a lot of overcooked grill. The only thing I would change in this hotel is the kitchen.

We were in the UAE for the first time. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of friends.
So you need to choose this hotel first of all because of the GORGEOUS beach!!! The beach is really fabulous! A wide and long sand spit. The sand is the purest. The water is the purest! We were at the end of the season, in the middle of May 2022. The water is warm! I don't want to get out! The beach is also very convenient for kids, because it is not immediately deep. At the entrance, a 3-4-meter-wide pool for small fry is formed. Then there is a sandbar. On which you can sit quietly. Then the waves and the deepening gradually. And every day the state of the sea is different. The waves. The amount of water near the shore. The size of the sand ridge. When the waves rise, it's also very cool! There are fewer of them in the morning. By the evening more. And what incredible shells the sea brings to the shore! There are a lot of sun beds. No one bothers anyone.The only surprise: there are no toilets in the beach area. Only by the pool. But the distance is not very big. So it's tolerable. But small children probably won't make it. And they will do their business at sea, which is sad. And it's also tedious to take into account that the sun is very intense. The children will need sun suits, and so will my husband and I.
The hotel is located on the island of Sadiat. It's not far from the airport. About 25 minutes. The hotel itself is large and beautiful. In oriental style.
The rooms are very bright and beautiful. We stayed in a room with a sea view for a few days, and then with a garden view. I liked both there and there. The beds are very comfortable, including an extra bed for a child.
The room was cleaned very well and quickly. Sometimes we forgot that we needed 4 towels. But for some reason, many hotels forget. If there are any complaints and complaints, then everything is quickly solved. They're going to a meeting. There are also Russian-speaking staff at the reception. But it is also convenient to communicate in English, because the staff knows the language well and the pronunciation is excellent.
There is another large swimming pool with small baths for kids around the edges. There are a lot of sun beds by the pool. But in my opinion, he alone is not enough for such a large hotel.
There is a small water park. More for younger kids, but my 8-year-old son was having fun there too. And a small pool with a sea wave and a waterfall. The kids liked him.
The food is not to say that it is strong but diverse, but you can always find something to choose from. The meat is delicious, the fish is dub, the squid rings are excellent, fruits are given 3 times a day. Seafood (shrimp, mussels, etc. are not cooked tasty). Sushi is medium. We went only to the main restaurant, because it is more convenient with children, but there are also ala kart restaurants. At the buffet for children, too, you can always pick up something. Even boiled buckwheat and oatmeal on the water. All alcohol is of high quality. And wine and spirits. Baskin robins ice cream. In the bar by the kids' club and by the pool in the restaurant. In general, such high-quality everything is included. In the evening we walked to the children's club. There were discos for children. Sometimes detmky kobe organized events. Magician. Acrobats. Trampoline Town came. Painting pictures in the fresh air.
We recommend it. It is comfortable with children. By the way, there is a division on the beach: families with children are on the right, those who want peace of mind are on the left. It's convenient.

The territory is large, a nice large warm pool with a bar and a large beach area with its own bar. Everything works, they pour it, they take care of it. One thing should be noted. ‼️🆘the cuisine at the Mermaid restaurant is simply terrible, the food there is not edible, after the grilled octopus, the heaviness in the stomach was felt, and our whole company took different dishes. We didn't go to Italian)
-there is a separation on the beach, who is with children in one part, adults in another ( ‼️but unfortunately, guests with children do not use this rule, although they are approached and say that they rest with children in the other side anyway, they do not observe this rule, this is a big minus 🆘) there are a lot of small children in this hotel.

4. When checking in, they forgot to say about the tourist tax, the tour operator also did not inform.
5. There were no tempura shrimps in the main restaurant, sometimes there were Squid and fish fillets, too tasty, but rarely and little served. I would like more of this.
In general, there are definitely more pluses than minuses, but I hope you will also correct the minuses. I will definitely advise my friends who are already planning a vacation to you .

A great hotel, I liked everything, there is everything for children, a children's club and children's entertainment at a very high level (thanks to the animation guys), adults are not bored either, the beach is super, the general restaurant is on top.
There are two buts!
Firstly, in some rooms on the third and fourth floors, especially in the far wing, there is a very strong smell of dampness and fungus. This is eliminated for a while if you ventilate constantly, but then it smells again and you will not ventilate constantly, it becomes at least hot. This is very stressful, and this is something that the hotel team can fix.
Secondly, I would like more authenticity in a la carte restaurants. If you go to a la carte, then it should not be worse than in a general restaurant! And it was worse in some cases, especially with children. In this sense, I personally liked Italian the most. The hotel can also change this.
Otherwise, it's great, the highest score is 98%!
