The hotel is absolutely amazing, our favourite place to spend the holidays. My kids absolutely loved the kids club, thank you to the team and especially to Yana for assisting us with all the information and taking care of our kids, they really enjoyed the time there and asking us to come back next year.

The beach is amazing. The hotel is great for families with children! We liked it more than the neighboring rixos for a family vacation. The food is excellent. We cooked for the child according to a special menu, everything is very tasty. There are no evening programs like in rixos. A less chic interior. There is no car with a driver. They call a taxi without choosing the class of the car. The service is very good and the service is amazing. The managers at the reception were not very friendly. We are busy all the time and have not solved a single issue except with the issue of room keys. Please note that they do not have an early check-in for payment at the hotel. I don't know how it is now, maybe something has changed. You must wait until 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. We were already at the hotel at 8 a.m. And other guests were waiting to check in with us. We paid for breakfast and lunch for three and waited on the beach to check in.

We had a family vacation at this hotel in February 2025, and we are very satisfied. Very relaxing atmosphere, perfect cleanliness and high quality of the products offered in the restaurants. It's a wonderful opportunity to eat all day :)) restaurants for lunch work smoothly flowing into dinner- you don't have to be afraid of missing a meal and depending on it. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff we encountered during our vacation. Maximum care, a desire to help and embrace attention. We would especially like to mention Laith from Sama lobby, always great coffee and lots of attention and intelligence. In the Italian restaurant, the waiter Ivan also served us well and gave us delicious food :) The beautiful Nura was admired for her speed and professionalism! The beauty of this place does not leave anyone indifferent, but the beach deserves a special mention - it is beautiful! The location of the hotel is convenient - you can walk to the Cultural District, and it's very comfortable to admire the surroundings here!

We stayed at this hotel from 29.01 to 06.02.25 Overall, the experience was pleasant, the hotel was new, the rooms were spacious, clean, and we stayed in a room with a sea view. The choice fell on this hotel, as it has a more spacious territory compared to the neighboring ones. Since the hotel does not provide evening entertainment and the beaches are closed all over the island after sunset, we left for Abu Dhabi every evening, a 20-minute drive to the city center, and a 7-minute taxi ride to the Louvre Museum. The advantages include: 1. Clean rooms with new furniture, spacious enough. Cleaning 2 times a day 2. Polite and friendly staff 3. Well-groomed and clean beach, much neater than in nearby St. regis. And in general, the coastline is gorgeous. 4. Half-board meals provide a choice for the second meal, either dinner at the main Sim Sim restaurant, or lunch at the a la carte restaurants, we liked the Italian restaurant and the fish restaurant by the pool 5. Delicious desserts 6. A very quiet and comfortable hotel for relaxation Of the cons: 1. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff, only at the reception 2. The room is cool, the air conditioner does not work at +25 and above, and since there are tiles everywhere on the floor, the temperature in the room feels colder than outside. 3. There is a lot of Indian cuisine in the main restaurant and it is there all the time, even if the theme of the dinner is changing. But a couple of times we took beef stroganoff, Russian dumplings and solyanka. But seafood should not be taken, they are either very spicy or tasteless. They served crabs and lobsters at a fish dinner, but there were no appliances for cutting shells. 4. I was upset by the quality of cosmetics in the room, it is at level 3 *, an unknown manufacturer, poor hygienic filling in the bathrooms. For some reason, the makeup remover was removed. Toothbrushes are not put in the room, I had to ask separately. Usually, in 5* star hotels, cosmetics are much higher in level, at least loxitan, mouthwash and bath salts are added. It's not here, it's very frustrating. There are many guests from different countries in the hotel, and there were also Russian families, but there are few people and there is no crowding on the beach or near the pool. We generally liked going to Saadiyat Builds for the sake of a beautiful beach and a clear sea with turquoise water. All kinds of entertainment, animation and water attractions are not about this island at all. So if you want peace and privacy with nature, you will definitely like it.

A wonderful hotel with incredible sea views, caring and friendly staff. Very tasty and varied food. I would especially like to mention the kids' club, the children enjoyed visiting it all the days. Every day they came with crafts, they were escorted to the pool, fed, and before leaving, they were given a souvenir picture with a collage of photos of the children staying at the club with the names of the teachers as a keepsake, very touching. I rarely write reviews, but here the children strongly asked to give this hotel 100 stars.

We had a rest with three children in late February and early March. We took the connect room, very convenient. I must say right away, you book an extra bed for children in advance , if you don't do this, then the night costs $ 100 for an extra bed. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is 10 out of 10! We always cleaned on time. Breakfast is always varied, lots of exotic fruits and a really sweet watermelon. We had an all inclusive, with three children it is very convenient. The beach is a fairy tale! White sand and endless beach. The water was warm enough to swim in. Large and warm heated swimming pool with instant maintenance. We really enjoyed the animation for children, there are only two animators, but what professional ones! The children also played volleyball, soccer, waterpolo, and archery with them. I really like this kind of non-intrusive animation. We really liked this hotel. We will definitely come back here again. Yandex.Taxi works here, and payment is made immediately, just like in Moscow with a bank card. The Louvre Museum and the Shopping Center are 12 minutes away.

I sincerely don't understand who might not like it there)))) Let's start with the sea: the best beach in the emirates (neighboring Rixos is crowded! A very balanced number of people. When fully occupied, it seems that you are alone)) Food: Excellent for 5+. We were worried that there would be nothing to feed the children, but in vain. You can ask the chefs in the restaurant to cook something (such as fish soup) 2 hours in advance and they will do everything for free! The restaurants are all very tasty. You do not need to book a table in advance! Rooms: huge, comfortable. Staff: I don't understand at all how you might not like the staff, unless you're sick))) Territory: small but very compact. The rest here is measured, calm, there is no screaming music and animators, etc. If you make a noise, it's in the pub in the evening)) Not far from Abu Dhabi, you can go to the Gallery Mall shopping center or to the Louvre - a taxi somewhere goes out in one line of 25 dirhams (600 rubles), catching a taxi is not a problem at all. WiFi throughout the territory catches perfectly and on the beach too. The meat is fine (roast beef, lamb), I cook fish better at home (salmon and sea fish). The rooms are tired, the level of a Spanish apartment for €1000 per month in 2018, 10 minutes from the sea. But in the UAE, everything is taken out by employees — there are a lot of them, they work great, everyone is attentive, polite and speaks English. There is a football field, a mini golf, and tennis courts on site. The kids' club is a complete misunderstanding. In any 4 stars in Turkey, the kids club is a cut above. But as far as I understand, all hotels in the UAE have a problem with children's clubs. 4 stars for not exceeding my expectations.

The best beach in the Middle East! Pearl sea and snow-white beach. Great food, drinks, rooms, service. I rested at the hotel 2 times. There are absolutely no complaints. Everything is nearby, and the museums and parks of Saadiyat Island, and the parks of Yas Island, and the airport and Abu Dhabi itself. If you want two salads or two main courses for lunch, no, you can't do that. You have an all-inclusive set lunch, so you can't have two second ones. At the same time, according to the inclusive principle, the choice in all restaurants except the buffet (sim-sim restaurant) is limited to 3-5 dishes, if you want something else from the menu, pay! At the same time, the menu consists of 70% paid items, the choice of dishes is fully inclusive in advance and is very limited. There is only ice cream on the beach, but fruit slicing is allowed only in the restaurant by the pool. You can't take her to the sea. Booking an Italian restaurant is a separate song: there are places, but you can't sit on the sofas (they didn't put you there with the children, the sofas were empty). They did not wait for juices and cocktails for an hour of sitting, the children refused to eat the dishes of the Italian children's menu - it was not tasty. And with orders from adults, the same principle applies to a "three-course set lunch" and to children from the children's menu only. In general, they chose something edible from what they received, drank some water and went to eat normally in another place. Cleaning during the... day. And yes, you can at least strip off the cleaning buttons - they won't come for a couple of hours. Pillows to choose from, bathrobes and slippers for children, a beach bag - this is not and will not be. Dental kit on request. Mini bar for a fee. You know, as a traveler with more than 25 years of experience in Europe, Asia, the USA, Russia... I have never seen such a discrepancy between the declared services and their execution. We had a rest in April 2024. Pros: excellent "sea", a beach with white soft sand, normal sun beds, a calm atmosphere. Questions: architecture, rooms, furnishings and service - everything is very similar to the level of the good fives of Egypt, but you expect a difference nevertheless. A separate misunderstanding - despite the fact that 2/3 of the vacationers were Russian speakers, which I think is not an exception, but rather a standard rule, THERE is NOT a SINGLE Russian speaker in the service staff. It's not clear. My conclusion: if abroad, sea holidays plus places, nature, and relaxation, plus cuisine and comfortable service - Turkey.
