I came to Brest for one day, after visiting the fortress, I wanted to have a delicious meal and my choice fell on Jules Verne. It's a very atmospheric and cozy place. Polite staff, and especially the receptionist (sorry I forgot your name). I liked the music that was playing in the hall👍 The food is delicious, I really liked the foie gras, it is very tender and perfectly blends with pears and strawberries. Excellent fish soup, rich broth and fresh seafood. The stewed mutton was falling apart into fibers, and the beans were delicious👍 For dessert, I took chocolate mousse with sugar violets (don't eat it, it's not tasty). I didn't really like the consistency of the mousse, it should be more delicate and airy (my subjective opinion).
