Conveniently located in the city center and this is probably the most important thing, a huge park with attractions is 5 minutes away. There are museums and restaurants nearby . We took 3 different rooms , in general everything is very decent , we were surprised by the lack of air conditioning, but at the same time the rooms were even at +34c outside.

The hotel is located in the historical center of the city. Everything around the hotel is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and friendly. I have been staying at this hotel constantly for 4 years now. The hotel itself is 3 stars, the furnishings are old, there is no service. But as for me, a business traveler, it is an ideal option. The bed is clean, there is a refrigerator and a TV. There is a kettle and dishes. What else does a working business traveler need (even if they have the opportunity to rent a hotel and more expensive). I strongly advise against arrogant managers, demanding tourists, and people with high self-esteem. Wet the status.

We came for a few days to stay and see Gomel. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station along the winter road. It is very convenient to choose and book a room in advance directly on the website. Closer to the trip, it was necessary to move the dates, this was also done on-line without any problems. Friendly hotel staff, daily cleaning, towel change, soap, shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper. We had a budget room for two. It has a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle (it's okay to boil water, but cold, after standing, it smells like plastic) and two sets of dishes. The mattresses are excellent, not failed))). There is a water cooler in the lobby on the floor. The Internet in the hotel is available, but weak, this is the only remark. So I recommend it!

Clean, cozy. Everything is there to comfortably spend the night. Yes, the hotel is a little tired, but good for its price. A hairdryer can be requested at the reception. There is a kettle and cups in the room. It's nice that you pay for the night and check out not at 12-13 days, as in many hotels, but after a day. We checked in at 11 pm and could leave at 11 pm the next day. The hot water really doesn't start coming right away, you have to wait a little. And one of the minuses is the coolness in the room

Отличная гостиница в Гомеле, расположенная в пешей доступности от гомельского паркового ансамбля и набережной Сожа. Цены на жилье стандартные, по моим меркам, средние. Приветливый персонал, чистота, порядок... единственно что сказать... это не особенность заведения, это почти стандарт в Беларуси. У гостиницы есть довольно большая парковка, но она бывает занята, и поэтому парковаться можно у заведений рядом по улице. Дополнительно, у гостиницы есть еще отдельная гостиничная парковка, парковаться можно там. Номера довольно простые, но чистые и аккуратные, есть все, что нужно. Часто останавливаюсь в этом заведении, когда бываю в Гомеле.

Отличное расположение. Большой номер, чисто, свежий ремонт, всё в номере работает. Ванна, а не душ!!! Кондей работает нормально, не тарахтит. Тихо, спокойно. Тапочки, халаты, полотенца, принадлежности, холодильник, чайник, стаканы и кружки с блюдцами, широкая двухспальная кровать, диван, ежедневная уборка. Как по мне, это четверка, только без завтраков. Насчёт питания проблем нет, т.к. в этом же доме отличная столовая Бацьки.

During the last visit, I noticed the temperature in the room, with the windows closed and the batteries warm, it was cold, no higher than 20 Celsius. It's okay to stay overnight, I don't want to stay any longer.

Очень хорошая гостиница,каждый год останавливаемся здесь на отдых. Находится вблизи городского парка. Рядом с ней расположен ресторан Батьки,там всегда вкусно готовят. Большой выбор блюд. Персонал вежливый. В гостинице чисто и уютно . В номерах есть кондиционер.

Останавливались в гостинице не первый раз, но вот во 2 корпус попали впервые. Нормальная гостиница, без изысков. Для временного проживания в центре Гомеля по приемлемым ценам- вполне. Радует наличие охраняемой закрытой парковки. Сгладил впечатление отзывчивый персонал. Охранник на парковке Александр всё рассказал, подобрал место по ближе к выходу из корпуса, чтобы не далеко вещи таскать. Большое ему за это человеческое спасибо! Немного смсзало впечатления не работающее окно и наличие под этим окном летней веранды ресторана.

Гостиница находится в центре города, рядом расположены бары и парк. Рядом отличное кафе в стиле Лидо. Дешевые и вкусные драники и сырники. В номерах чисто. Было холодно, но есть доп. одеяла. Номер на двоих с раздельными кроватями строил 70р что значительно дешевле чем у арендодателей квартир, которые пытаются сдать чем подороже

Отель, как по мне, очень удобно расположен — в самом центре, рядом куча кофеен и кафе на разный вкус, в шаговой доступности шикарный городской парк с усадьбой Румянцевых — в общем, красота (особенно летом🤪👌🏻🔥)! Прямо в здании ресторан самообслуживания «Бацькі» — отличный выбор, по моему мнению, очень хорошей еды (много мяса с гриля, без «наворотов» — для меня это очень важно ☝🏻) по АБСОЛЮТНО ДОСТУПНЫМ ценам)))! В общем инфраструктура вокруг —5 ⭐️))!! Отелю же 4⭐️ за уже неуместную «аутентичность» — номера чистые, персонал вежливый, но ремонт-обновление уже требуется!… Интерьер, к сожалению, переносит во времена не лучшего дизайна начала-середины 2000-х… Извините, но это далеко не классика, и точно так же, далеко не современно🥲!.. Но заехать на ночь-две, если вы не привереда, можно без проблем😉!

Номер без особых изысков, вполне приличный, чистенько, удобное расположение гостиницы, есть охраняемая парковка. Понравилось, что во сколько заселение во столько и выселение на следующий день, а не в 12.00 как в большинстве отелей. Жаль, что в номере не было кондиционера, на улице жара и было душновато.

Добротное здание постсоветского периода с претензией на антураж. Расположение -лучше и центрее не придумаешь. Удобная парковка. Доброжелательный персонал. В номерах всё чисто, кровать очень удобная ,тапочки, халаты имеют место быть. Соответствует цена-качество. Единственное,что отметила для себя в номере было прохладно. Кстати, чайник и холодильник в рабочем состоянии.

Очень удобное расположение, в центре города, в пешей доступности от парка и набережной. Рядом кафе и магазины. Номера разные, не во всех люксах есть кондиционеры. В обычных номерах их вообще нет. Мало розеток. Номера, окна которых выходят на улицу, а не во двор, очень шумные. Не было таблички "не беспокоить", пришлось просить на ресепшне. В некоторых номерах есть микроволновки, надо уточнять. А так номера старенькие, двери обшарпанные, кое-где разваливаются тумбочки. Персонал приветливый. Убираются хорошо.

Отличный отель с большими комфортными номерами. В номерах чисто и уютно. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Во дворе гостиницы есть удобная парковка. Рядом с отелем, в соседнем корпусе хорошее кафе (столовая).

Именно 3 звёзды + "ностальгия" по советскому сервису. Гостиница с историей, построена на месте исторического собора в советские времена, напротив Горисполком города. Пафос при общении напоминает об этом. Это не вы здесь гость, а вам позволили тут поселиться ;) : регистрация в стиле "дождётесь", на этажах столы дежурных без оных, с чемоданами вас направят на лестницу (про лифт рядом только если сам догадаешься). Одним словом допрос "с пристрастием" администратора нужен по всем важным для вас пунктам, иначе не расколется. Парковка у гостиницы для Горисполкома (со слов администратора), не по дорожным знакам. Есть своя парковка с бумажной регистрацией. В номере есть всё необходимое, но качество "здравствуй СССР": белье ситец, разетки в самых непредсказуемых местах, светильники и мебель не согласуются. Были в конце апреля- ужасно холодно, попросили одеяло- принесли, спасибо! Город приятно удивил, красив и разнохарактерный.

Для Гомеля очень приличная гостиница. Чистота, порядок. Номера многие с ремонтом. Удобное расположение, цена=качество Люкс номер 3600 Стандарт 1500 В номерах халаты, принадлежности личной гигиены, тарелки, стаканы, вилки-ложки, чайник Ванная новая Если в Гомеле, то именно в СОЖ уже не первый раз
