I've already stayed in this hotel twice.
The rooms are clean and cozy. Polite and considerate staff. High-quality service. The most convenient location of the hotel. Near the central square, the embankment, the palace and park complex, the circus, the cinema. Grocery stores, Batki restaurant and Staroe Vremya cafe are within walking distance.
The hotel has an atmosphere of homely comfort and tranquility.

Conveniently located in the city center and this is probably the most important thing, a huge park with attractions is 5 minutes away.
There are museums and restaurants nearby . We took 3 different rooms , in general everything is very decent , we were surprised by the lack of air conditioning, but at the same time the rooms were even at +34c outside.

It is only better to book a room in advance. I called to find out about the overnight stay, the room was free, they advised me to book it. By the time I arrived, there were no more rooms. We came for a few days to stay and see Gomel. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station along the winter road. It is very convenient to choose and book a room in advance directly on the website. Closer to the trip, it was necessary to move the dates, this was also done on-line without any problems. Friendly hotel staff, daily cleaning, towel change, soap, shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper. We had a budget room for two. It has a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle (it's okay to boil water, but cold, after standing, it smells like plastic) and two sets of dishes. The mattresses are excellent, not failed))). There is a water cooler in the lobby on the floor. The Internet in the hotel is available, but weak, this is the only remark. So I recommend it!

Clean, cozy. Everything is there to comfortably spend the night. Yes, the hotel is a little tired, but good for its price. A hairdryer can be requested at the reception. There is a kettle and cups in the room. It's nice that you pay for the night and check out not at 12-13 days, as in many hotels, but after a day. We checked in at 11 pm and could leave at 11 pm the next day.
The hot water really doesn't start coming right away, you have to wait a little. And one of the minuses is the coolness in the room

The only advantage is the location.
Minuses:
1. It was cold, I lived in the first days of January, while in the room I was wearing a sweater, but it wasn't enough, falling asleep in such conditions is not an easy task;
2. To take a shower, you need to "sweat", not only does the pressure leave much to be desired, but also water oozes out of all kinds of compounds, you can't even get warm.;
3. The bed is made of "oak" pillows and a mattress that has served faithfully for many decades;
4. The lighting in the room also leaves much to be desired, as well as the location of the sockets - you will not be able to work on your laptop while sitting on the bed.
In some regional centers, hotels offer much better conditions and for less money.

An excellent hotel in Gomel, located within walking distance from the Gomel park ensemble and the Sozh embankment. Housing prices are standard, by my standards, average. Friendly staff, cleanliness, order... the only thing to say... This is not a feature of the institution, it is almost a standard in Belarus. The hotel has a fairly large parking lot, but it is sometimes occupied, and therefore you can park at the establishments next to the street. Additionally, the hotel has a separate hotel parking lot, you can park there.
The rooms are quite simple, but clean and tidy, there is everything you need. I often stay at this place when I visit Gomel.

Great location. The room is large, clean, freshly renovated, everything in the room is working. A bath, not a shower!!! The battery works fine, it doesn't rattle. Quietly, calmly. Slippers, bathrobes, towels, accessories, refrigerator, kettle, glasses and mugs with saucers, wide double bed, sofa, daily cleaning. As for me, it's a four, but without breakfast. There are no problems about food, because in the same house there is a great dining room.

For its price, a good hotel, convenient location, in the center of Gomel. It is worth admitting that it is somewhat outdated and requires fresh repairs, especially bathrooms. During the last visit, I noticed the temperature in the room, with the windows closed and the batteries warm, it was cold, no higher than 20 Celsius. It's okay to stay overnight, I don't want to stay any longer.

For temporary accommodation in the center of Gomel at reasonable prices, it is quite enough. We are pleased with the presence of a guarded closed parking lot. The impression was smoothed out by the responsive staff. The guard at the parking lot, Alexander, told everything, picked up a place closer to the exit of the building so as not to carry things far. Many thanks to him for this! The impression of a non-working window and the presence of a summer veranda of a restaurant under this window was slightly confused.

The hotel, as for me, is very conveniently located — in the very center, near a bunch of coffee shops and cafes for different tastes, within walking distance of a chic city park with the Rumyantsev estate — in general, beauty (especially in summer)!
Right in the building, the self—service restaurant "Batski" is an excellent choice, in my opinion, very good food (a lot of meat from the grill, without "bells and whistles" — this is very important for me) at ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE prices)))!
In general, the infrastructure around is -5 ⭐️))!!
The hotel is 4⭐️ for the already inappropriate "authenticity" - the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, but renovation is already required!... The interior, unfortunately, carries over to the times of not the best design of the early-mid 2000s…
Sorry, but this is far from classic, and in the same way, far from modern! ..
But you can stop by for a night or two, if you are not picky, you can do it without problems!

The rooms are different, not all suites have air conditioning. There are none in regular rooms at all. There are few outlets. The rooms, which overlook the street and not the courtyard, are very noisy.
There was no "do not disturb" sign, I had to ask at the reception. Some rooms have microwaves, it is necessary to clarify.
As it is, the rooms are old, the doors are shabby, and the bedside tables are falling apart in some places.
