I have been to different aqua (thermo) parks in Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg, so there is something to compare it with. I liked it very much. The water is clean in all pools, the saunas are also clean, almost every one has its own aroma, spontaneous exclamations are heard here and there- oh, how good. People are joyful, relaxed, you don't have to go to Turkey to get the sun, bath, water. It feels like we weren't the only ones who enjoyed it there. I didn't understand the "hamam". Hot benches are supposed to be poured with cold water, and while the bench is cold, they lie down on it and the body warms up parallel to the bench. The benches are cold here. Therefore, I did not understand the meaning)) All other baths/saunas/pools for 5+. Well, herbal tea is beyond praise. I am glad that there is such a place in my native Kostanay.

I would like to note the boorish administration and the list of "dumb" rules of location, while there are no elementary ones regarding sanitation and hygiene, in particular, there are no requirements for being in the pool, who is good at what, who is in dresses, dressing gowns, leggings and with loose hair. This also applies to being in the steam rooms.
You can't bring food to the food court, but the range of dishes and service provided by the establishments are a weak three. The price/quality ratio of the "establishments" of the food court is very lame.
In general, there have been recent changes, and many have been mostly positive, with an upgrade of the existing steam rooms.

When you leave the locker room and enter the recreation area, you do not enter the realm of water and pools, but into a bar.

To find water, you need to go down one floor or go up 2 floors.
We're going down. And again we find ourselves in the territory of the baths, a bar in the center and two waist-high puddles, more suitable for aqua aerobics aunts "who are over 60" than for full-fledged swimming.
But with a dozen and a half saunas and baths and a douche room, which the children immediately nicknamed "vomit", apparently linking this with the consequences of visiting bars…
The rooftop pool is also a rather boring event because there is no visibility and views. I will tell the owners of the establishment in secret that the rooftop pools are made so that people can enjoy the panoramas and views.
The height difference between the floors is quite large, 25 meters offhand, the areas are huge. Between the floors, it was possible to make a through slide of "prolonged sliding" that could start on the roof at sunrise, and arrive at the finish line by sunset.

The thermocouple itself is good, there really is a lot of things, for Kostanay it is an excellent option in terms of price / quality ratio. That's the only reason I give 2 stars, not one. And I cut three off for the most terrible service and rude staff, or rather one person, alas, I do not know her name.
We visited the thermocouple for the second time on 10/22/2022, took a VIP room, but the person working there is a horror. There is so much hatred towards visitors, so much disgust and rude communication, as well as a complete lack of desire to communicate with visitors. The robes were rusty, and the request to replace them in a rough form was answered that we were lucky to have such. A room for 6 people, and a room for 4 people, when asked to bring two more tea bags, again in a rough form, a corresponding negative response was received.
When we were about to leave, it turned out that the shower did not work in the VIP room, it was impossible to wash, with an obvious reluctance to provide or fix anything, the same rude lady, who clearly hates people, opened another room and let us wash.
The question is, why take people into the service sector who hate other people with all their guts and do not know how to communicate with them?
A satisfied customer will bring another one, a dissatisfied one will take 10.
In general, five for the park, zero for the service. The overall impression is 2.5 out of 5.
