We arrived in Kostanay for two days and on the first evening decided to relax in a thermal park. This is an amazing place, there is no such thing in the cities of millions! It can be considered one of the attractions of the city. Not expensive, but what a variety! My wife and I liked the Scythian bath on the ground floor, the Russian bath, the herbal and Finnish sauna on the fourth floor more than others (although they are also on other floors). All the pools are very nice, it was especially nice to swim on the roof of the building. Both the grandson (12 years old) and the granddaughter (7 years old) were delighted. Everything is clean and beautiful. We liked it so much that on the second evening of our stay in the city we came here again. Time flies by here. We arrived in the city without bathing accessories, but we found everything in the shopping center. There is a small accessories store in the park itself, but I didn't want to spend the paid time shopping. After visiting the complex, everyone felt very well.

Disgusting service, obscene attitude towards customers. We were vacationing with family and friends. There were 4 adults and four small children in total. We rented a VIP room. The time was not bad if you do not pay attention to the dirt in the room. But when we left, they started demanding two towels and two bathrobes, which we did not have and we did not even see them. We were detained and not released, they demanded to pay a fine of 60,000 tenge for a set that we had not even seen in our eyes. The whole matter came to the police and two investigators. The head of security was called, we demanded to see the cameras, as we are sure of our innocence. The administrator Alexey did not offer to clarify the situation and did not offer to view the cameras, demanding to pay a fine. They kept us with small children for more than two hours, they found out the situation. As a result, of course, we were released and we proved our innocence on camera, but what was it worth. But the children's impressions were completely spoiled, the children were tired and crying. This is the attitude towards the lord's clients. This place is not worthy of even one star. Be careful and vigilant!

The service is disgusting, it spoiled all the impressions of the time spent on the territory of the thermocouple.
Firstly, the drawers on the territory open and close according to individual magnets on the bracelets. But the system is not set up, and in order to open some boxes, we had to spend 10-15 minutes, because the magnets were not recognized for an unknown reason. Instead of spending the time we paid for in the pool or the sauna, we were stuck at the drawers, trying to open them.
The impression was completely ruined already at the exit.
There were four of us — two adults and two minors. We specially timed it and left the territory early so that we wouldn't have to pay extra for being late. An underage girl was allowed to go ahead, who put a bracelet to the reader. The light turned green, and she calmly walked outside the park. I went next: I waited for the command to apply to be displayed on the reader and only after that I attached my bracelet. However, after that, for some reason, the male observer attached the bracelet of the first girl, who, I remind you, had already left the park area. The reader showed a fine of 350 tenge. He drove her back and refused to let her out. The other three of us calmly left, and we began to prove to him that we had all come in together, then how did only one of us have a debt? Besides, she had already left the territory, why was it necessary to apply her bracelet a second time, already without her presence?
The man could not give a single clear argument, but he refused to release the girl anyway.
I had to pay the debt.
Moreover, the man also accused me of attaching the bracelet incorrectly, which caused confusion. But I'm not blind — I saw perfectly well that I put the bracelet on time. It was a shame to hear his unfair remarks and outright rudeness addressed to him.
Bottom line: not only did we spend our time fiddling with the boxes, but we also got rid of the debt. Convenient: a good increase in earnings is obtained if you regularly fool visitors like that.
They came out feeling upset. There is no desire to return.

I will write down everything that did not suit: there is no comfort, it is not cozy and it is cold (it feels like you are in the hall of the Soviet entrance, and on the sides of the door), the Jacuzzi is cold and a bunch of children who think that this is their mini pool, keys without a number, you must definitely go to the scoreboard to understand where your drawer is, the absence there is no Internet at the reception (it is not possible to pay by qr), there is no information about where and how to go after buying a watch, the outdoor pool is not thought out from the winds, the amount spent is not worth seeing the same bathrooms just with a different interior and aroma oils, every 10 seconds to click on the shower button well, it's generally wildness, why such complexity, "dead" staff. A huge minus for the layout and interior. This is a place just to bring together visiting guests and show that there is at least something in Kostanay. One plus, I learned to appreciate time, because there is no clock anywhere, well, it's clear that such a move would make people get lost in time and pay more.
