I want to go for a massage at the thermal spa - before I could just come, they meet me and I pay for a massage and that's it!
Now, if you want to go there for a couple of hours for a massage, you definitely have to take a couple of hours of a thermocouple.... Although you will not use their resources (baths, saunas, swimming pools, etc.)

This did not happen before and everything was fine- but now they explain to me that the Thermo spa is on the territory of the thermocouple and they say you have to pay for it (even though you will not be with them). Previously, he was also on their territory and did not have to pay anything.

It is very clean, the pools have warm, clean water. Bleach or not, or it is not felt at all. Inside there are two fairly large pools, one with sea water, the second with fresh water. A huge selection of saunas, baths, hammam. An amazing shower of impressions. Food prices are very affordable. The rooftop saltwater pool is very warm. We are thrilled. The attitude towards customers is wonderful. We were on Saturday, there are not many people, there are enough places for everyone. We recommend it.

I prefer to visit the Thermal Park in the morning on Mondays! It's clean and not a lot of people, if there is a wait at the entrance, it's just a few minutes. The staff does their job trying not to be noticeable to vacationers.
The favorite time to visit is the deep autumn and winter, when you get the maximum pleasure from Swimming in the pool with water + 30 on the roof…
This summer, granddaughters from Tomsk and St. Petersburg came to visit…
And for us, the Thermocouple is a must-visit place in Kostanay)

It's a pretty nice place to stay. Of the disadvantages, I can say about the lack of communication at the reception.
I read a lot of reviews, everyone seemed to have cold water everywhere. Inside, the water was at a comfortable temperature, outside it was a masterpiece. Cold spring wind, and hot water.. paradise..
The price is in principle, not expensive, looking at the price of the food inside - the jaw may drop, but fortunately there is a food court near the Plaza.
Saunas are very good, a hammam and a Hay sauna have sunk into the soul.
The changing rooms are large, and more or less comfortable, the shower is clean, but it pisses me off to turn on the water every 10 seconds. As for the lockers, I initially did not understand their system of operation, but then it came to me, quite large, a backpack and jeans with a sweatshirt entered calmly. As for the numbering system, it's worth remembering the number, and no problem if you suddenly forget, there is a panel that indicates your number.
Finally, the place is very good, the price is good, a pleasant stay is provided.

The thermal baths were not impressed, there is something to compare, we visited 6 different thermal baths. The rooftop pool is very cold, especially after the Jacuzzi, you can freeze like that. The food court is terrible, there is practically nothing to eat, then there is no one dish, then another. For me, it would be better to make a dining room or cafe (with good food) also, the claimed hydro massage is only one name. All saunas are like a hammam - they smell terrible. There are no complaints about the other saunas. The locker rooms are separate, but for me it's better to make family rooms much more convenient. A very good example is the Summer - summer baths in Tyumen.
