I did a complex coloring with master Elizabeth, everything is super, I liked the result, the hair is magical. I also note that the master is very polite and tactful, I was comfortable with her.
However, the studio itself is quite "tired", the management would like to recommend updating the equipment and the space itself.
There is also a small nuance that I noticed: the masters whisper to each other while working with clients, giggle quietly, it seems that they are discussing clients. It's probably not true, but I felt uncomfortable about it.

Not so long ago, I became a client of this salon, the first time I signed up for master Tae and everything was fine, I had to do repeated tinting of contouring and I signed up for master Tae again.
I came to the right time, they told me to wait, I sat for 10 minutes, no one said anything, they didn't offer water, nothing, then the master came and said that she didn't have time for me and force majeure came out and that another master would tone me under her guidance. To my questions as to why they didn't inform me, she said that I don't have a difficult service, any master can handle it and that her client is more important and more complicated now, she's not up to me. I swallowed this statement, I signed up for the service a week in advance, it was for Tae, while on the day of the appointment I wrote to the salon and asked if she would be there, the answer was: "yes."
I agreed to another master, I'm sitting again waiting for someone to come up to me, 10-15 minutes have already passed since the beginning of my recording, as a result, a girl comes looking about 17-20 years old, it's clear that she's afraid, withdrawn, not sure what she's doing, I understand that most likely this is a student who she will learn from me, she does not take a napkin with much confidence to put it on my neck, she did not even greet me
and tries to start doing something.
Naturally, this did not suit me, they gave me a book of Complaints and Suggestions right away, they did not even try to stop, they did not bring any apologies, no one even thought to make amends for this incident, no one even thought to transfer my record, it did not occur to anyone to call, or somehow negotiate, they were only rude.
I do not recommend this salon because they have a lot of masters, they change, as I understand it often, they say that they are pros, but in fact you can come and get a student who will study at you, it is not clear what kind of mess you will have on your head + you will still pay for the service of a professional master, no one warns you about anything, there is no respect for customers and their time, rather the salon works purely on making money, and does not care about its rating, customers and quality. It is not surprising that insta is always running ads with big discounts on services, probably students do them. In general, Sharashkin's office is full of tricks.
I do not recommend this salon, dear girls, take care of yourself and trust your hair only to real professionals!

Which left questions - instagram is full of value for new customers at a discount, whether it was or not, I still did not understand, it turned out to be 50p more expensive from the price "from" + they ruined the sweater with a lightener, and to remove it, they offered a paint brush, which absolutely did not save the situation, the thing was ruined - and not a word of apology I didn't hear it. I advise you to come in something that is not a pity…

I want to write right away that there are no questions to the master who painted me. Questions to the masters who conducted the consultation. First, I waited half an hour for someone to come up to me. Secondly, one master started the consultation, and the second one continued (maybe this is normal - I don't know).The request was for me to be repainted from red to cold light brown (a photo of what I wanted to show) and they said that this could be done. When I arrived for the coloring, the master (the third in a row since the consultation)she was surprised as I was, because she said that it would not work to get the color I want (explaining why) and as a result, the painting was done in a different color. Bottom line -if you go to this studio for a consultation, then write down the procedure you need to the same master who advises you, so that later there would be no such situations after which you leave the studio with a sediment.

My hair was heavily darkened before an important event, I came with a fairly good and light base, which was spoiled. They just put them in the sink and silently did what they thought was necessary. I note that the girl was pleasant, probably just decided to simplify her work.
I turned to the director of this institution with a request for advice after an unsuccessful coloring - the girl is very pleasant, upon arrival at the salon she assured me that everything is fixable, even though the hair is in bad condition - they will fix everything)) We signed up for a top master this time, once again I appeared in this salon with hopes and in the end I regretted that I came. It was necessary to ask for a refund for a substandard procedure and moral damage. And never set foot on them again.
I waited for the top master for 40 minutes...
She did a strand test and said that the hair would not withstand lightening, to which I clarified why the owner of this institution said the opposite, she replied that she did not care who said what.
Many times I was assured that what was done to me was what I asked for myself, while calling other masters and asking their opinion.
In the end, they just sent me home, even though I repeatedly asked: "let's do something to remove this terrible color."
The master was hysterical, scolding me until I made a scandal - only then they deigned to paint me. The color has stretched out a little, it has become more accurate - at least something, but with what efforts)) Absolutely does not hear the client. But she was able to talk about the whole salon and take my hair on video without asking at the same time)
By the way, when I decided to make this situation public, I realized that I was not the only one. In general, Instagram ads and "hefty" prices did not turn out to be an indicator of quality. It is a pity that such "popular" salons employ such boorish employees who do not know how to hear the client.

The blonde turned out to be a very small percentage, after half a year you have to go back to sit for 5 hours to add a blonde, but you will have to look for another studio.

I specially chose a complex coloring, because I like my natural hair color and with the previous master we only emphasized its beauty . The coloring was worn for half a year , grew naturally and beautifully . But because she left for another city, I decided to choose this studio. They have a lot of positive reviews (but only because they delete the bad ones .And I am an example of this) I told the master several times what techniques I had worked in before. Everyone seemed to understand each other . As a result, the root was completely painted over for me (although I did not ask for it and no one warned me ) All this looks like dark spots on the roots . There are spots on the top of the head , spots near the bangs . If I used to have expensive and good coloring, now I have a quiet horror on my head

The most interesting thing was to listen to the opinion of the masters (in the number of three people), who came up without a banal greeting, touched my hair and discussed me as if I couldn't hear them, although they were standing 10 cm away from me.
They also said that, in fact, they had to come to the consultation first (why didn't they offer it when making an appointment?).
As a result, they were sent home to "grow roots."
A few days later, a notification arrived:

Why didn't they offer another coloring technique or other services, because I have already freed up 5 hours for them? Hair care, hair toning, haircut.
How can you lose customers so irresponsibly?
Fortunately, I went to another place and was very pleased with the quality of the coloring and the attitude towards myself.
