When you go inside, you immediately feel the greatness and history of the place. The architecture is simply gorgeous, the interior is richly decorated, and it all adds a special atmosphere. Ballet and opera are at the highest level – performance is always on the verge of mastery. Even if you're not a fan of the classics, it's still breathtaking how everything is thought out and executed

By the way, you can place an order at the buffet for a discount, and if you take binoculars - but you don't have to stand in line at the wardrobe.

Corsairs from Moscow specially came to the ballet. An excellent symphony orchestra. The ballet group was slightly behind the music level. I am not a super expert in ballet, one might even say a layman, but the lack of synchronicity in some paintings is clearly striking. I couldn't take my eyes off the hanging thread like macaroni on Medora's dress in the fourth picture. Thank God, after the third dance, someone must have noticed her behind the stage too!!! I will note Ali's dance, it was great. But in general, everything is very cool! We had a great pleasure with our family. In no case do I want to underestimate the work of the team. Thanks!!! I would especially like to note the cleanliness, beauty and comfort in the foyer of the theater. But this is probably a national feature of Belarusians!!! Thanks again!!!

The Bolshoi Theatre, as one of the main attractions of Minsk, is recommended for art lovers! Beautiful, large-scale, culturally and inexpensively! We took tickets in advance, about a month before the trip and were pleasantly surprised by their cost, they gave 90 rubles for two tickets (this is about 2,700 rubles). In comparison with the cost of housing for the New Year holidays from 16 thousand rubles per day, the price of a ticket to the Bolshoi pleased))
We watched the Bat in a comedic interpretation)) The voices are gorgeous, the actors don't have much dancing))

My favorite theater! I recommend that all guests of the capital definitely visit this iconic place and watch the ballet. I've reviewed almost the entire ballet repertoire. Unfortunately, the productions have been repeated lately. Such performances as "Anastasia", "Six Dances", "Shadows", "Vitovt", "Anyuta", "Scheherazade", "Passion" ("Ragneda"), "Esmeralda", "Laurencia" and others disappeared from the posters, which adequately represented the main theater of the country and outstanding choreographers, in particular first of all, Elizariev, Troyan, and which I would like to review. It is important that the repertoire does not become scarce, but only enriched.

I really liked the theater building. Its exterior looks monumental! The interior is also solid and spacious. The hall was a little warmer than we would like (early May). The tickets were inexpensive (about 300 Russian rubles)
I watched King Stach's Hunt. In terms of scenery and scenes, the production is very good, but I can't say that the arias impressed me.

The theater is beautiful and majestic, as befits a Large One. What struck and pleasantly surprised me was the affordable, unlike in Moscow, ticket prices and in the buffet + of course the performance itself. I definitely recommend it not only to theater lovers, but also to guests of the city who are considering which places to visit.

The Bolshoi Theatre is a must-visit if you have come to get to know Minsk. A huge building, lots of light and air. It is better to come here an hour before the performance to go to the buffet (it is inexpensive here), walk along the floors and look at the columns, chandeliers, paintings, busts of Roman emperors, take a photo on the stairs, etc. We were here for the ballet Swan Lake and the opera Carmen. The audience is grateful - they applaud the artists for a long time and from the bottom of their hearts. We will definitely come here again on our next trip to Minsk 💪

Opera tickets are available, you can buy them at any time. To the ballet, they say it is impossible. I liked the theater very much both outside and inside, especially since it has recently been renovated. Inside there is an exhibition of costumes from different performances and 3d models of the scenery. But, unfortunately, from some places exactly half of the stage is visible (the upper seats on the last tier, for example). It is convenient that the text slider is located under the stage and not above - you do not need to look up and down.

The cultural face of the capital, For me the theater is Elizariev and Yeromkina! Every production is special. The theater itself, an amateur theater building. I hear different opinions, but I will express my own. Comfort is not provided in the theater, the winter queue in the lobby is especially depressing (therefore, arriving in a ball gown is a risky event.

Excellent policy: Bolshoi Theater at an affordable price (not like in Moscow Time) We visited Don Quixote on 04/23/25 - great acting , artistic ballerinas ( I always take binoculars to look at it all while sitting in the stalls ) I wanted to come to Minsk again and visit other Bolshoi ballet performances. There is a small cozy square around the theater itself: you can walk around and see the building from all sides at the same time)))

The theater is majestic and very beautiful, we were in the chamber hall at a concert of musicians of the Bolshoi Theater Orchestra of Belarus, wind instruments, the concert was ecstatic, emotions were off the scale, everyone played just super, trombonists, trumpeters, I remember the drummer Mikhail Konstantinov and the clarinetist forgot the name of the Bubble? Sorry, I can confuse it, but the musicians are just great, had a great evening, the ensemble is called Amadeus bass, bravo, everything else is there, buffet, toilet and elevator, though to the first floor, ballerinas' costumes are presented in the lobby, I recommend everyone to visit, a toy seller gave ballet in the Great Hall that day, I bought tickets for on the website, she showed on the screen at the entrance, tickets are inexpensive for 16 bel rub

Minsk is lucky with the theater! Actually, the repertoire here is very different, we got to the ballet, just because we had not been to the ballet for a long time and coincided with a visit to Minsk. The atmosphere is excellent, the detailed and very beautifully restored building both externally and with interiors sets a very solemn atmosphere. A lot of buffets are scattered on the floors so as not to create a stir. The prices are quite reasonable, both for tickets and in the buffet.
The hall is comfortable with a good slope - the audience in front does not block the view. Wide aisles, generally nice. The area in front of the theater with a fountain is also great.
The toilets are large and clean.
I'm definitely not a critic of art and I won't review a specific production, I'll just say that I liked everything.

It's a good theater, but the tickets are sold with a view of a painted white wall, and to make sure that the wonderful performance of the actors is not visible, there is a thick velvet curtain. Beauty, everything is monumental, brilliant and expensive-rich. Yes, not a Mariinsky, of course, but very worthy! Big stage, pretty good chairs/rows. One thing did not seem very good - the slope is too small, and if a tall man sat down in front of you, then it will greatly interfere with you. The acoustics are not bad, everything is audible.

We were on a backstage tour. The girl guide didn't want to tell me anything, her favorite phrase was: Ask!! And we came to listen. And the attitude is Soviet: "they're here! And they want stories!! " and when 10 people said : What the fuck??! The tour was conducted by a young man who was very interesting, professional, with a love for theater and performances. He just saved the day. But we didn't get any apologies for the idiotic start of the tour, there was only a hit-and-run: that we ran over a girl. Awful. I can't put the sediment into decent words.

The best theater in Minsk. A gorgeous poster every month. Colorful, meaningful productions. It's cozy inside and nice to walk in the park near the theater. Great fountain season opening ceremonies. I'm shooting a star for the attitude of some theater workers: some turned off the lights in the hall after the evening performance and drove away those who wanted to take a memorable photo, others drove people out of the wardrobe with the phrase "Let's hurry up. We are already closed." There was an unpleasant aftertaste.

A magnificent theater! The first time I was in Minsk and the first visit to the theater and watching the ballet "Swan Lake". The theater itself impresses not only from the outside, but also inside with its space and ceiling height. The decoration is made of expensive materials, columns, chandeliers, sofas. Also in the hall of the theater there are expositions of costumes from performances that were staged in this theater. I liked the decoration of the auditorium itself, without any extra pretentiousness, everything is tasteful. Comfortable seats both in the porter and in the boxes. It will be very convenient for the audience to watch the performances from any place in the auditorium. The hall is made so that from the stage to the end of the hall, the seats are raised higher gradually, and not at the stage level, as in many theaters in Russia.

Beautiful, pompous. The sweetest production of "The Nutcracker", absolutely doll-like, marshmallow-tender. The corps de ballet sometimes crashes, but the lead dancers are fine. The orchestra is also on a solid 4+.
