Good servive and good food

I really liked the place! Everything is delicious. The service is at the highest level: fast, pleasant, clean, polite. Although the place is a tourist destination, and therefore the prices bite (for two servings of pancakes, two lemonades and one borscht they gave in the region of 2.5 thousand Russian rubles), they were satisfied with everything else.
The only moment that caused awkwardness was the proximity of the adjacent tables on the summer veranda to each other. There were a couple of strangers sitting across the small aisle, but it felt like we were sitting at the same table - you couldn't communicate properly. In general, this is clearly not for introverts :) But I do not lower my rating, I want to support the institution and wish prosperity and good customers!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the service, delicious food and wonderful service of this restaurant!
On the way to Vitebsk, we studied the reviews of various restaurants, but passing by this restaurant, we noticed that on Tuesday (working day) everything was packed, there was not a single empty table! On Wednesday, we came to have dinner here, took the last table on the veranda. We recommend- pancakes with caviar and salmon, burger pancakes, bread basket, tinctures, salad with avocado and salmon and bone marrow 😋😋😋😋

I really liked the restaurant - the atmosphere, the service, and, of course, the dishes! Everything was very tasty - it is clear that the cook is a great professional in his field!
I would like to mention the waiter Alexey separately - a high professional! We don't have enough such waiters!
The only thing that remains unclear is the design of the tavern - there are photos of some dark-skinned children, and not deer horns, which is more understandable for the tavern.

We visited this institution in April with a great atmosphere)
Wonderful, very tasty cuisine. The service is excellent, you will not find this everywhere in Moscow!)
Special thanks to the bartender Dmitry for the insanely delicious cocktails, we still remember them))) and the waiter who was with us (unfortunately I don't remember his name). He suggested, advised, recommended. And of course, thanks to the chefs who cook so delicious)
We will definitely visit Vitebsk again))) The place is not cheap, but it's worth a visit!

The tavern is located on the pedestrian street of. Vitebsk. A cozy atmosphere, a delicious dinner turned out. I really liked the borscht. I expected more from the draniki. There is nothing to compare the price tag with, since it was only here, if we consider the establishments located on this street. I recommend. Enjoy your meal, everyone. According to the price tag, it turned out that my friend and I ate for 1860 rubles of ours. Borscht, solyanka, a portion of pancakes for two, a bottle of water. Let's say it's not on a budget.

Everything is just great! Food is a complete gastronomic pleasure. All the dishes are masterpieces! Very tasty, beautiful, spectacular. I also liked the service, the friendly staff.
There is only one minus- it takes a very long time to wait for the dishes, but they are worth this time) you need to put at least 2 hours of time for everything and book the table in advance.

An iconic place, the location is wonderful. On a hot summer evening, we enjoyed spending a couple of hours at a table next to an open veranda, which, in my opinion, is clearly too small (for such a location in the very center of the historical buildings of the ancient city). Draniki had to wait quite a long time. The waiters know their business well, they try their best, although, perhaps, in the evening their number could be increased, again based on the location of the institution. Thanks !!!

We looked in the afternoon on Thu (about 14:39), sat on the veranda, it was comfortable, neither cold nor hot. The staff is friendly and efficient. The menu is quite diverse, the price tag is slightly higher than the average for the hospital (well, it's understandable :). We took borscht and a burger, the first turned out to be a C (in Pushkin and the arena - more creditable), but the second course is very good, and the idea is original. The restroom is clean, parking is not far away (if you're lucky ;).

We had lunch on the outdoor veranda, a good place at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. The menu is varied, the prices are above average, but this is a tourist place, the service is good, the staff is attentive, they helped set up local wifi. We specially made a detour along the route to visit this place again. It's very tasty here, believe me. The kitchen is the main thing, and here it is on top! Steaks are far from being able to cook properly everywhere, but here filet mignon is something, and the serving is beyond praise! The menu is fusion, it manages to keep the brand in all positions, which is rare - rolls, burgers, and meat are good. The price tag for quality could be higher, you get pleasure from food, keep it up!

I ordered caesar, cheesecake and beef tartare. In order: Caesar is delicious, a lot, a normal salad, nothing ordinary. Cheesecake, my respects, very tasty and fresh. The tartare portion is small, but the beef is just super, the sauce doesn't seem to exist, but that's just a plus for me.

Любое блюдо как произведение искусства.вкусно,сытно.
Обстановка душевная.
Трактир имеет шикарный ассортимент настроек и драники с сёмгой- просто любовь.
Но, пару нюансов есть- если вы любите стейк rare или medium rare получите вы в любом раскладе medium или medium well. Рибай это будет или миньон - суть в том,что повар видимо именно не ладит с прожаркой стейков и ...ещё момент аливарии не было в последний мой приезд в Витебск.у них была всегда лучшая аливария в городе"(
Но в целом шикарное место и однозначно 5.
Европейка ,национальная кухня и частая смена меню.
Для посиделок,разговоров и душевного времяпрепровождение.
Считаю им нужно дать звезду Мишлен

I came to Vitebsk, I was pleased with the assessment of the institution.. I ordered Prosecco with my wife. Carpaccio, sushi, pancakes and beef tartare. The pancakes are perfect! It's a pity they don't put sour cream. Carpaccio and sushi are 4 out of 10. Tar tar leaves much to be desired. The price of a good Minsk restaurant! Supply.. the worst tartar of all time. And I really love tar tar. There are 3 pieces of cheap toast. Lettuce leaves (which by the way are in all dishes), generally tartar (minus 5). Tinctures that the institution is famous for. They are terrible. Lard.. Grandma's is better.
In general! The only thing that attracted Us. This is an assessment. Everything else leaves much to be desired.
The only thing I got was an adequate waiter. But the kitchen, 5 out of 10

I've been here several times, the last one today. I did not leave a review, because every time I had new impressions, something was good, something was not very good, but after today's visit, I decided to write.
The dishes are really cooked for a long time, even coffee and tea have to wait 10-15 minutes.
Of course, prices are not for everyone, for me personally they are above average, but not all dishes correspond to price and quality. For example, I didn't like any dessert from there, somewhere not bad, but no wow happened. Now the main reason is maintenance. Apparently, it is quite normal in an institution to take away glasses with a cocktail and lemonade, if 1/4 of this drink remains there. No one will ask you if it is possible to take the dishes if you do not hold them in your hands, apparently you can.
When the bill arrived, I didn't have time to put the entire amount in, the waiter already came up and asked if he could pick it up, it looked very unprofessional (like in a roadside cafe). The management should definitely work with the staff .

A good place with an interesting antique interior. There is a place to take a picture. The waitress served our family table perfectly, brought a blanket when I got cold, tried to set up Wi-Fi despite the difficulties. Although it didn't work out. I hope that this problem with the Internet will be solved.
As for the food, there is a large selection of dishes and it is quite tasty. I especially liked the lamb tenderloin with pistachios, mashed potatoes and mustard sauce.
But the main dishes need to wait a bit: they were brought to us an hour after the order.

One of the most vivid gastronomic impressions of visiting Vitebsk. Planning another trip to such a beautiful country of Belarus. We could not deny ourselves the pleasure of visiting Vitebsk for one day. To my shame, not to plunge into the study of the historical sites of this city again, but specifically for dinner at this institution (we visited it a year ago). The expectations were not in vain. As last time, the quality of the establishment is excellent (the atmosphere is four stars. This is not for the Vitebsk tavern, the repair of the street right in front of the entrance spoiled the impression a little). Fusion cuisine - there are many different directions. From steaks to sushi/rolls. We are somewhat conservative, so we ate filet mignon again, the serving is super and very tasty! There is a certain disappointment in myself that it is impossible to try everything. Apparently there is a reason to come to Vitebsk next time:-) I concluded for myself that you should not look for native Belarusian dishes, except for pancakes / sorcerers, the cuisines are very similar. And some kind of name "gentlemen of the nobility" does not make the dish national. The attitude to craft is an indicator of tradition and skill. For me, this institution is an example of the national Belarusian cuisine. Many thanks to the restaurant staff for their hard work. And I hope that before the next meeting.

For the price, the food is disappointing. Not only that, we waited for draniki for almost an hour. So they also brought either unheated or cooled dishes. Our hall was empty when we arrived, however, we were told that there was a "blockage" in the kitchen. And all other problems were justified by this blockage. I can understand the long wait, but a blockage in the kitchen is absolutely no reason to serve dishes in an improper state. The service is just terrible, there is no one in the hall all the time, there is no one to ask. I don't understand where the administrator is looking at at all. The waiter changed and naturally did not know who ordered what, but instead of asking, he just put the food on God knows how, they say you will figure it out yourself. But the most unpleasant thing, of course, is that they simply forgot about ordering one of us, and at first they offered coffee with dessert instead, which, after an hour's wait, will not replace a full meal at all. The food was eventually brought, but the coffee, as an apology, tasted just disgusting. It was very bitter. In general, we didn't like the food or the service. They left the establishment in a terrible mood.
